I have had a great experience with them, I have shopped many times in the past, I love their items and they always deliver best quality at best prices

I think I placed my order on 12/16 in time for Christmas. It never came and never came. I thought I will get it on Christmas Eve at the latest. Still didn't come. Then I thought the day after Christmas. Still nothing. It is 12/30 now and still nothing. I would have never purchased the item if I knew it would take this long to ship. Very disappointed.

I order every year. Great website thats easy to navigate.

Have been using Best wishes for the last 12 years and have always had my delivery in a week or less . Iam very satisfied with them since what I looking for they have it.

Bestwishes.net advertises on its website that it ships via UPS. Bestwishes.net sent me an email that my package was shipped via UPS, as Bestwishes.net had charged me for UPS shipping when I placed my order, and even provided a tracking number. However, Bestwishes.net actually shipped via USPS. When I asked for clarification for why Bestwishes.net would have shipped my package USPS and not UPS as the website charged me for UPS shipping and in addition, their own email to me which included a tracking number stated my package was sent UPS, Bestwishes.net responded only that it cost less and did not clarify the cost difference for the UPS shipping cost and USPS shipping cost as Bestwishes.net charged me for UPS shipping. When I inquired as to why Bestwishes.net would have sent me an email that they had shipped UPS, when they actually shipped USPS, just to clarify why I would have been provided inaccurate information, Bestwishes.net would not respond to my email.

This is fraud website I bought something from the store for the first time I received, second time I didn’t receive it. I went to there facebook to comment that i didn’t see it... they blocked me. And am talking about $34

items listed as in stock really arent and you get a delivery date 2 months out. Not cool. wont use again

I have never purchased anything from Bestwishes until recently. I was prepared to wait about 2 weeks for delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I received my purchase within a couple of days! I am a customer & anticipate doing business with them in the future.

I have dealt with Best Wishes for the last 5 years. My packages always arrive in the very best of condition. I will continue to buy from them. I buy my grandchildren's Christopher Radko ornaments from them and they have a very good selection of ornaments and prices. I am glad I found them

Best Wishes of Boca is one of my 2 sources for Christopher Radko ornaments. I have been buying ornaments from them for several years now. I have had no problems with any of my orders. The orders have always been processed promptly and delivered in quality shipping containers with plenty of popcorn and bubble-wrap.

I was excited to see that the Rosenthal "Calla" vase I chipped was available at Best Wishes of Boca and promptly ordered it and paid via PayPal. But...I received notification the next day that the product was no longer in stock and discontinued by the manufacturer. Reason for the "4 Star" rating is that I also received a personal e-mail from Sandra that the only vase they had in stock was damaged which I appreciated. This item has now been taken off their website. I really wanted this vase, but was pleased with their quick response and apology.

I've been ordering the Lenox Christmas Tree plate for several years. Once I place my order, it never takes long to receive it. It's always packaged carefully, and I especially like the free Christmas wrap.

I ordered a Dansk product in Dec and after submitting all cc info, was later told the item is on back order until MAY. That's 5 or more months! not acceptable to find out after submitting cc!!!
Something did not FEEL right about the transaction.
I will now have to monitor my cc acct until I feel better and
confident my cc has not been charged by best wishes. I wish I could say something more positive but this is the truth.

I ordered the items on 6/23, realized that it is an international shipping, however, up today 7/9, I still haven't received it .....

I just ordered a product for Christmas and during the checkout process it did not show me anything about my total of the package..including shipping, which by itself was $27.50. AFTER I had already paid then I received a conformation email with the entire total coming to $47.50. If I had known that shipping was going to be almost $30 I would have never bought the item. I had to chose 3 day shipping because I only receive mail through a PO Box and the website indicated that their UPS carrier does not ship to PO boxes, so I had to change my mailing plan entirely.

5 star service with a 4 star rating given by me.
First up I need to clarify why I'm rating Bestwishes.net 4 stars when I was given 5 star follow up service, so here I go.
After placing my order and completing the payment process for some Villeroy & Bosh dinnerware, I received an email telling me that these items were not in there stock on hand in their US warehouse and they would order in the items from Germany for me and have them delivered to me in Australia. This was to take approx. 6-8 weeks and I really wanted the items a bit quicker than that, but I was prepared to wait. Additionally I was informed that I would need to pay an additional US$90 freight as it 8 plates were of excess weight.
Bestwishes.com asked me for further instructions and after considering my options, I decided to cancel the order. So disappointed a little about the wait time, not happy to pay the extra freight for 8 small plates, but they get 5 stars for the way they immediately communicated back to me regarding the order, the wait time, the additional charge and my options to proceed with the order or not. Further more, the voiding of the amount charged to my credit card was handled very quickly and efficiently by them.

We been collecting the Lenox Annual Christmas bulb since
they started the collection in 1982. In years past before we ever heard of Best Wishes, by the time we went shopping most of the stores would be sold out of that years bulb. Which meant we had to search all over Pittsburgh to find it. Your company by far makes it the easiest way to purchase our yearly bulb and keep our collection in tact.

I was told my order would take one to two weeks, as of today it is two weeks and I have not heard anything.
