Although initially communication was very good, I felt like I was going to get good service. The part arrived in just a few days (I paid $28 extra to expedite shipping) but was defective and did not work. When I attempted to return the item, I found there was a lot of customs paperwork that had to be filled out and even though I get a substantial FedEx discount, it was $60 to return the item (which cost $65.00). Once I asked the company about the price of returning the item, they never communicated with me again. I would say it's likely they knew the part was defective and that I wouldn't return it. Pure profit for them. Just conjecture, but I have to wonder if they even tested it since it is unlikely it was damaged in shipping.

I ordered a replacement Laptop motherboard from WareSphere.com Not long after placing an order I recieved an email asking me to confirm that the model board I ordered was _exactly the one that I wanted_, and that -they had confirmed on their end they had the right one-. After waiting for international shipping I was dismayed upon opening the box to find that they had sent a somewhat similar, but wholly incompatible motherboard which had a different part number, a different incompatible onboard gpu, and an output which wouldn't support the Full-HD monitor of my laptop. When contacted after the item arrived they stated that they had supply problems, despite the fact thier website listed more than 15 of the correct model availible, and the closest similar listing for the part they sent having a lower price, that they considered it an "upgrade" and they refused to accomidate an exchange even after they admitted to having misrepresented the item sold. I would advise everyone to not do business with this company, as they can not be trusted to deal honestly in good faith.

This is my second order with you guys in less than 1 month time, in my first order i had no issues,i received the car way before the actual time promised to me, today i was dealing with [name removed],no problem with her,she answered all my questions very nicely,i called back and the call was answered by "[name removed]".i asked her is there any validity of the quote as on Friday i was given a different price and now its different, still i told her that i would like to make the payment and get it going, she disconnected the phone, before disconnecting the call i was able to experience a sudden change i her tone of voice and i asked her,what is this attitude all about, she called me a "damn Indian", please pass on this message to her that neither i am a "damn Indian", moreover she does not have guts or capabilities to match my knowledge, education or wealth.if she wants to go to India i can buy her the tickets so she understands that i am not a pond frog like her.ask her to be in her limits.i am only processing this order because i don't have any other options. I have just completed my Cert III and Cert IV (online) through Fit Education. When living in the country, it can be difficult to access the courses and help you need, but Fit Education made this easy. The staff were great at answering my questions and following up any queries I had. Their response time was very fast and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I needed any help with my study I knew that I could always ring or email a staff member and I would have the help I needed quickly. I would be happy to recommend studying online through Fit Education.

I stayed at Rydges World Square Sydney a while back now, and I have to say - I travel a lot for work, I've stayed in average hotels, seedy hotels and all of the ridiculously lavish ones as well - and this hotel has the absolute best beds of any hotel I have ever stayed with! Ridiculously comfortable, I had the best night sleep ever! Apparently you can buy them - so I'll be checking that out when it's time to upgrade FOR SURE!

I am at the tender stage now building a double story house very cheap compare to some of the other builders i have spoken to. So far the staff are awesome very helpful, responds to any questions i have immediately and always offering help! In all the appointments the staff will always help you to make the right choices!

My house is one year old and now I have got cracks all over the house and walls coming off the floor and rising up leaving big gaps (about 15 mm) between skirting boards and tiles. They came to have a look and took measurements for the slab levels. They said house is rising up and instead of fixing the problems, they started to assume external reasons to get away from responsibility. They said it could be a broken pipe in the drainage or your neighbor has a broken pipe. If this is true how come the 3 neighbors from all directions have broken pipes because the levels showing slab rising from all directions. They refused to check my pipe unless I pay for the test if they find it not broken. They simply trying to get away from spending money however they giving us a product with 7 years warranty. As I did concrete path around the house and caulking between external walls and the new footpath allover the house, I have been issued with a 25 years warranty. I would urge everyone reading this comment not to consider them as a builder. I am about to buy a land to build an investment house and I will never go back to them. I will keep posting in product review website every few days to keep every one aware of their bad commitment and not holding responsibility. I already know what they will respond with to this review. They would say they are sorry to hear this and we will work on the problem and get back to you soon. This is nonsense as they do nothing and leaving us behind. So please please please do not build with Carlisle Homes.

This journey was started more than a year ago when the sales rep from Go Homes was highly motivated to get the customers. First couple of months drawing the sketches was all part of fun. Being an engineer, I have drawn the sketch to scale so that Go Homes draftee can draw it with an ease. There were errors and omissions most of the time on the drawings which I highlight again for them to consider in revised plan. When the plan was not even drawn there was a push to sign the prelim-contract always. There were some inclusions that were mentioned early during the design process but were not included in the prelim contract so I was hesitant to sign the prelim contract. The Site works were estimated to be $25k at prelim stage. Discussing it further, I have found out all the obligations were put back on to owners/us such that they will complete the easy part and other not that easy part such as removal of existing fence was not included in price. Anyhow, cut long story to short, I had to do some of the site works done myself so that they can commence the works. I have asked them to price me fixed price on site works cost, after feasibility they have increased the site works cost to almost double. During this stage, there were several times (more than 50% of times as an average), the emails and clarifications sent to them were ignored. Sales rep until now was helpful to keep the file moving forward. Prelim contract/inclusions was signed with anticipating dates of completion within 24 to 26 weeks (March 2020). I had to write several emails every week to ask them to correct the drawings and the contract inclusions that I have been priced for but ignored in the contract. It was a challenging task to get them into the contract. The file was getting tossed between different people and departments so I had to show them evidence when the inclusions were agreed with the sales rep and where the records were kept. There was always push to sign the contract. However, drawings were never drawn correctly. The risk in this was that team building the house will work from the drawings and if the drawings are not correct it is like hood of missing the details/works done correctly at site. It was a frustrating experience so far on getting this paperwork ready. When they have drawn the drawings (to 80% correctness) and contracts this time I have signed it to keep the ball rolling. Here it comes then, once I have signed the contract I have been sent an addendum to exclude the timelines from the contract i.e. now the completion time of 24 to 26 weeks has been excluded and they have to finish the Works within 300days of commencement of works. It was Covid time now. It was almost 10 months to get the drawings and contract get to this point. I did not want to delay it further as I have wasted 10 months already, I could not afford to spend another few months with a new builder so I have signed this addendum. I have signed the contract prior to Christmas last year, around 22nd December. Apparently, Go Homes have signed 1700 houses in a month when govt was giving building grants to people. They were falling behind on schedule. Perhaps, committed to more works than they could deliver. These numbers were given by their staff members. The pre-start has now pushed out by 6 weeks from contract signed. I have prestart in first week of February where we have discussed the electrical plans and some inclusions which they have mentioned during this process that they can include in pre-start. I was certain that I need minimum changes now as any small changes can delay the works for weeks. Regardless of our plan, I believe their intention is to delay the commencement of works as much as they can, Afterall they have signed so many houses to deliver and due to limited labour supply (brick layers) they wont be able to deliver all in one year. Again, I have marked-up the drawings for them to correct in their final drawings. It was so minimal changes, these errors were picked as they were not aligned with contract inclusions. They have taken 3 iterations this time to just add couple of things in the drawing and took more than 6 weeks to fix them. Again, the intention is to push out/delay the work so that they can distribute the work over a long duration. During this stage, their contract rep was not replying to emails and giving any anticipated date on the commencement of works. The Council has provided the building permit in February. The Letter from the bank has also been updated and provided third time to them. Now, the question is when the Works will be commenced? No answer from Go Homes, It is June now three months later we have received the permits and more than 12 months of this journey. They still not giving any time when the work will be commenced. They are not sure when they can deliver the Works and the frustrating thing is they don’t even know when they can deliver. Looking at the markets, there are several other contractors who are also facing labour shortage issues but organizing their work as per norms. We have houses getting built next door from Ideal Homes, RedInk and other private contractors who have finished the works by almost 70% even they have signed the contract after the date I have signed with Go Homes. I would advise anyone reading this feedback to please google the company’s which are owned by BGC group like Go Homes and make their call wisely. There are may companies under BGC group that may share same resources and material supplier, If Go Homes are having these issues there is likelihood the other contractor under BGC umbrella having the similar issues. I have tried to cut down this story to 1/10th of the experience I had and still having with them. I would give them the following scores based on the experience I have with them so far, hopefully it improves during the construction. Design/Planning: 1 out 5. Could not draw the drawings from the marked-up sketch in more than 10 attempts. Transparency: 0 out to 5. They have only responded to may be 20% of the emails and concerns. It was a painful journey with them. Professionalism: 1 out of 5. I have received many emails with inappropriate comments from their staff, evidence can be provided. I had to escalate the issues twice with the other teams manager. I have drawn the complete sketch and they have put their Patent to it. Planning: 0 out of 5. My whole comments shows how poor they were in planning. 6 months after signing the contract still not giving any commencement dates. I doubt they can actually deliver the job. I have met some of the labours worked with them in past and now left and working with other contractors. Average score: 1 out of 5. Never using them in future.

It was such a stress free build with my site supervisor Steve. He was so spot on with the estimate on times throughout the build. I would recommend Long Island Homes to anyone looking to build. Theary from customer support at head office was also fantastic, she did everything to accommodate my wishes. I can't speak highly enough about this company.

Signing with this company has been nothing but stressful and distressing. Contract signed, same week another contract issued asking for a significant amount of extra money. After months of lies and poor communication from the Toronto and Cooronbong offices and after promising our deposit back, we have now resorted to the help from Fair Trading and now The Tribunal. READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING WITH THIS COMPANY. WATCH THE CURRENT AFFAIR STORY DONE ON THEM. Sadly we are not the only ones having huge issues with them. This company has absolutely zero integrity and needs to be closed and own up to their responsibilities and stop taking peoples hard earned money.

I would highly recommend New Sensation as a builder. This is our First Home and we're really excited to see our new house this year 2019. Our slab just laid and the quality of the standard inclusions from New Sensation are really amazing that even other builders don't offer such inclusions. We recently built a house and land package with Welsh Homes. Right from the initial on site meeting to select a block of land,the sales consultant helped us pick a house that would suit our budget and price. The build process went seamlessly from start to finish.The customer service agent and supervisor kept us up to date and were very processional in the approach to detail. We did a full turn key with Welsh which included landscaping,blinds,clothesline and even a letterbox.The house was ready from day of settlement to move straight in. From contract signing to now near completion, Angel, Bessie, Brad and Chris have been amazing to deal with. E-mails and texts are responded to quickly and any queries have been sorted straight away. Any minor issues that our building inspector picked up were promptly rectified (again, these were minor issues) and Chris (our site supervisor) has been very patient and pleasant to deal with. This is our first home and we hae not had any hiccups or problems that our friends and family have warned us of. Could not be happier! Build with Tick!

Being a first time home builder you can imagine the insecurities we felt at the beginning , after all, you always hear of horrifying stories of having your home built , ranging from disastrous workmanship to up to and over a year to build, and worse, bad planning and no care attitude from builders Well, let me tell you, our experience with Davis Sanders Homes was nothing like that, it was nothing short of amazing, Our house was built in record time, excellent quality, and no dramas whatsoever . Thanks to Graeme Hargreaves for handling our affairs in a professional / friendly and organized manner. Always available and open to any ideas or questions and for all his advise given. Graeme went to great effort in finding the perfect block for us, and assisting us with our design choices on our house. To Katrina for helping us and guiding us through the task of selecting colours tiles bricks carpets etc, her recommendations have paid off , our house looks fantastic, we are truly thankful for her expert advice And to Peter van someren for his Contribution in organizing the actual build, and doing it in such a professional manner , always on time every step of the way, providing us with ongoing updates making sure we were always in the loop, even when we made mistakes , Peter would not just leave this, he would contact us providing ideas as well as solutions, nothing was to big a problem. with Peter as your site manager you cannot go wrong - Thank you Peter so much for your input and help throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with at Davis sanders homes including admin staff was helpful and what shone through for me was there ability to always be one step ahead. The other thing was all fittings and finishing that was supplied (with other builders normally classified as extras) as part of the deal, and the quality really great. Also the ability and flexibility to do small changes as the building happened was really a big plus. We have received a good solid and fair deal with Davis sanders homes. In the end what I'm saying is go with Davis sanders,sit back and be prepared to experience home building the way it should be. Tradesmanship was good, walls tiling fit and finish were straight and square, no dodgy workmanship

Building in the Wallan area, we had a choice between local builders and the standard Porter Davis, Metricon, etc. Wanting to cover all of our bases we made enquiries with everyone we could find, and researched hidden costs, site fees etc. We found that although some of the local, smaller builders advertised higher starting costs for a similar offering to the big guys, the overall cost would end up being higher with the big companies when factoring in the higher site fees being just outside the metro area, and whatever other costs may have sprung up along the way. Money aside, the biggest thing we hoped to avoid when building was what we had read about on this very site, people being palmed off by head office when unforeseen issues and delays arose, handballed between site managers, contractors, etc often without any resolution for months at a time. We spoke with a local land sales agent around the time we bought land, who emphatically recommended Davis Sanders, so we went to check out one of their homes, speaking with Graeme there, who didn't give us the hard sell, just ran us through the details and benefits and made himself available should we have any questions. Wanting to be thorough, we did have plenty of questions in the weeks that followed, and he was able to provide a straightforward answer each time, ultimately leading to the decision to go with Davis Sanders (Kimberley model home). Once colours and various options were chosen, there was very little deviation from the original plan, which is something I was wary of, having read the horror stories of other builders. It became evident pretty early on that we didn't need to be too hands on with looking over the site manager's shoulder, as he was constantly keeping us updated with anything we needed to be aware of. Being so hands on, anything we did need to ask about the house or schedule was at his fingertips, without the need to go through multiple people. When paperwork needed to be completed that we weren't familiar with, my wife was able to get on the phone instantly to head office and keep in contact as things cleared with the bank, and confirmations via email just to let us know that everything was progressing. A couple of times when we made errors on our end they were picked up and corrected without any hassles, and I can honestly say we found it effortless to deal with everyone throughout (sales, admin, site manager, contractors, etc). Having moved in, we're extremely happy with the end result, the experience dealing with Davis Sanders overall, and the attention to detail in the quality of their work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable builder. reliable, friendly, professional

TL;DR Delivered the box with 1 month delay, gots 1600$ for 6 Months for a box that was never running a week or sometimes day without hours of downtime (malfunctioning Hardware, overheating, network issues). Excuses and lying about what really happens. Refused to replace obv. broken Parts. After we tried to downclock the box for better stability we got accused for overclocking and violating ToS and got declined for a refund after 3 Months. He did the same to several others as we got confirmed in a bigger Server Owner Community where he got kicked out for that reason. We fot evidence for all that what happened. Our Story So we got contacted by him when looked for a new dedicated Server. He promised fast delivery with 1-6 days max. We got the box like over a Month later then with excuses to broken Vans, lost Shipment in UPS and so on. When we finally received it, we had to pay 6 months in advantage (about 1600$). Then, the real nightmare started. We had nothing but issues with the box. Not a week if not day without downtimes of hours due to broken Hardware, overheating, network issues, wrong configuration on Host side and so on. Countless... really for 3 Months straight. The Battlemetrics shows the poor availability during this time. No need to say the damage in Reputation we received and that most of them what was left of the Community went away. In the last 3 weeks of stay at EUGamehost we decided to help ourself because nothing what the Hoster did helped us. We tried to use XTU (Intel Xtreme Tuning) to lower turbo clock ratios from 53 to 50 to improve system stability (so basically downclocked the box). We also noticed unusual high voltage in default settings which we reported and asked a douzen times that the CPU should be replaced (Overheating, high default voltage, system instability). Since this was not working we uninstalled the tool 2 days later. Notice that XTU doesnt change BIOS settings at all and is reset every reboot so its only a testing tool for possible values to set (thats well known and can be read on Intels site). We had no access to the BIOS since the KVM solution he tried to peovide never worked. Top of the cream was its getting even worse last month and the Server crashed almost every startup and corrupted some Files which we had to restore manually every time. We then in an emergency moved to another host. Now that we asked for a refund since the box was never ever running without issues (which got us promised by EUGamehost and we have the transcript) we got told that its denied because we violated the ToS by overclocking the box which is a complete joke as you can read above. Just as an addition, he stopped to respond to us as soon we asked for the refund in Discord. 1 week after we created the dispute we got this answer. Not that this is just a lie and telling untrue facts, the subscription still has some weeks left and we handed over the box 2 weeks ago with no action. Since we are in a bigger Server Owner Community we got confirmed that EUGamehost did a similar game to others too and for that reason got kicked out of the community. All the told above is nothing but facts which we can proof. I'm just speechless how this went and the Hoster got over 1600$ from me for a Service that never really could be used and damaged our community and made me a lot lot of work for nothing. This review is meant to be as a warning to others. Don't fall for this guy (its a 1 man Company) and his false promises and lies no matter the other reviews or whatever.

I purchased a server on Monday evening. The server still said it was still pending Wednesday evening 48 hours since purchase. The discord room that is for support is fully muted no one can talk other then the developers. Given the ToS state that a refund can be obtained 48 hours after ordering the server I initiated a paypal dispute given that my server had not being active within the 48 hour period. I now have a server with another host set up and activated within 10 mins.

We received a box last Thursday that we never ordered and again one today. We cancelled our subscription back in April. My daughter has now been charged for 2 boxes that were not ordered. We tried to refuse the delivery today but she said that she couldn't take it back Last week there was no cream cheese for the Chicken Sausage Orzotto but we did get a soy sauce that did not go with any of the menus. We've responded that there is a problem with your food description Chicken Sausage is different from Sweet Italian Sausage, Please let us know what to do with the package that came today and make sure we are not on an automatic delivery. I think my daughter should be refunded for these last 2 orders that were never ordered.

Georgia immediately puts you at ease with her calm and confident approach and friendly manner. We had a family shoot in the woods which was a lovely experience for the whole family. Georgia was fantastic with our children and great at giving them direction. We got some beautiful natural photographs to cherish and it didn’t break the bank! We ordered a large montage frame for our lounge and everyone comments on how beautiful the photos are. I also recently had a new born shoot with our 3 week old baby and we couldn’t be more delighted with the photos. Georgia was very patient when baby needed feeding and shushing to sleep! She has captured her beautifully and when I saw the collection of photos they really took my breath away. I will definitely be booking another shoot in the future and would highly recommend her.

Bought a watch and the tracker wasn't working so i emailed them immediately and they responded within the same day and explain it's because it was bank holiday the delivery will be resume the next day. Received the watch via Royal Mail in less than 2 working days and the package is well wrapped with bubble wraps. The watch is authentic, model no. engraved at the back of the watch with legit label and serial no. attached to the watch. I'm pretty sure I'll buy again from this website.

Ridiculous company Terrible service its been 18 days since I ordered a phone and it still says preparation in progress. For the last 10 days I've been sending emails at the begging they were replying saying don't worry in the next few days we will send it; know they've stopped replying. Dreadful service buy from Amazon or eBay even if you have to pay 10£ more, it's not worth the hassle.

I purchased a PIPO TV box with Windows 10 (sent to a U.S. address) and received a device programmed in Chinese. Because it did not have a legitimate copy of Windows (no product key), I had to purchase a product key just to attempt to change the language settings. After several hours of trying to locate the right language setting (all were printed in Chinese characters), it was still running Chinese in the background whenever I logged onto the internet. So I tried loading a new English version of Windows (another expense) but kept getting errors messages and the process would not complete. Company finally responded to my complaint after several weeks and authorized a return but only if shipped via the postal service. As of May 2, 2019, the USPS will no longer ship any type of computer that might contain a battery, so I tried UPS instead. They wanted to charge twice the cost of the device, and since the company would not reimburse for return shipping, that made no sense. I've already spent way more trying to fix this device than it was worth. I've learned my lesson and will never deal with this company again.

I've used Lightblue now for a few years for income protection and would highly recommend their services. Martin Window has always found the best specific cover for me and never failed to explain even the littlest of details. As long as I need income protection I will always return to Lightblue.

I bought mine from there about 4 months ago and despite assurances from the blokes who runs it that they are brand new stock *just* in from Michelin, i was a bit disappointed when they arrived and, according to the manufacture date, they were very nearly 2 years old! The bloke at Lovetyres initially apologised profusely, told me he'd talk to the Michelin account manager, and I asked if he could get me a small token of good will (I was thinking like £20 or something) for having been promised brand new tyres, when 2 year old ones were delivered. He was initially very quick at replying to emails, then this slipped, then went to the usual "sorry i've been away" and "sorry the bosses have been away" and blah blah blah until he just stopped emailing. Won't be buying from them again and would advise others to think twice, mostly because of the customer services. I chose to go with Lovetyres, rather than F1 Autocentres (who actually had them for cheaper!) because I wanted to support a smaller business and the bloke was really helpful on the phone prior to me purchasing. Ended up getting bitten.

Bunch of incompetent idiots, sent wrong item to Alabama USA, I redirected package to find it incorrect when delivered, am now told that to receive a refund for their incompetence I must pay to return the item. It would cost more in postage than my refund. I guess the item delivered is of a high value and I will enjoy destroying it. My advice, deal with a company that knows what it is doing not with this bunch of pillocks

Took payment with promise of delivery in 2 days, then a day later got an ambiguous response declaring supplier issues. Think it was 'Michael' who said would contact us with new supplier but never did. Gerry then had nuts to apologise but insisted it would be a 2 week wait, turned out to be a further 2 weeks. Transfer box arrived 4 weeks late and is the wrong one, no top gear for PTO (which you were informed about) so how would you like us to proceed? We are losing money on a daily basis because you have not adhered to your mantra of quality service, it's embarrassing for you and ourselves for trusting lr centre ltd

I have just booked a White Water raft experience at Rotorua for two. The site stated that you could get picked up at a Rotorua Hotel however when I was putting in all my details to book it there was not a section where you could state that you required a pick up. I then contacted Backpackers and told them this and they came back to me quickly thanking me for the query and told me they have now put in a drop down box for this. I have now booked for December 23rd and received my confirmation with the pick up etc.. straight away. We are now looking forward to this amazing experience.

I used to order wigs with beahair in the passed, and The hair was okay. This time around, I ordered a wig BB988 360 lace full wig pre plucked frontal virgin blond beyonce wave, It was a total disasters. I cant believe I paid$ 369 USD for that. The wig quality was very very poor. And the wig is a see through...no hair density at all. Waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company as I am not coming back neither.

I started my Buisness nearly 3 years ago and decided to go with this company Best Sunbeds they installed 3 beds for me and I recently just had my 4th bed installed by these guys. On their most recent visit with the new bed my room was slightly different to the other rooms causing the chimney for the ventilation not to fit, after speaking to the lovely dee they immediately made a temporary one for me then returning a week later with a new one free of charge bearing in mind my salon is in Wales. I always order all my stock creams etc with best beds and will continue to do so as their products sell really well at my salon. I have had a few problems and things I’m unsure of but don’t all Buisness’s but they are always at the end of the phone to sort it out would definitely recommend dee paul and the rest of the team if you was considering opening up a Tanning studio ????

I received a reminder that my excess insurance policy covering only car hire, which I took out for the first time last year, was falling due and that it would be automatically renewed. I didnt open this email as I had had a recent family bereavement and thought it was a marketing email. Next thing I know I received an email that I had been charged for a policy renewal I never asked for. When I called in (very difficult to find a phone number online - none on their website) I was told this appears (in the small print, of course) in the Ts and Cs when I took out the initial policy a year ago. In fairness, when I did call in, they agreed to refund the premium - but I regard this as sharp practise which should not be allowed. Particularly where the insurance is more discretionary in nature, and (unlike house insurance), not take out by everyone who might hire a car.
