I reserve ordered Warcraft III for $59 in June. The game was promised for July 3rd. All the time I waited for the reserved game the price dropped. When I inquired why I had to pay $11 more for a game that they could not deliver, they simply said to cancel the order, but they could not guarantee that they would have any games to deliver at their current advertised price. If you can't deliver, then you shouldn't be selling and changing prices daily.

I placed an online order @ 6:00 pm est on Tues. and recieved a confirmation email two hours later saying my order had been processed and shipped, Fedex 2 day as requested, and provided a tracking #. Software arrived on time Thurs. This was my first transaction with this company but certainly won't be the last. Great vendor to do business with. A+++

Ordered a mattress online at 8am in the morning, choosing a delivery date of the following day....email confirmation received...next day, no mattress....Airsprung said the couriers hadnt turned up, was given a consignment number and assured it would be with me the following day....next day, no mattress....Airsprung then said it hadnt been sent, as it was now Friday, it wouldnt now go until Monday...a simple email or telephone call would have eased the situation..decided to shop elsewhere having already wasted two days and my time....refunded

I was pleased with my first clean they arrived on time ,I was impressed how much the ladies achieved in a hour and a half .as the lady mopped the floor to the front door and left I waited a while to allow the floor to dry to do the check I was surprised to find the kitchen sink had been missed. ( just an over sight ) This week the ladies were a quarter of an hour later then the eta and they left a quarter of an hour early and as they were only spending 1 hr Cleaning , After the floor dryed I was very disappointed to find that only the surfaces that showed were dusted skirting board ect were not done . I will have the service next time and if there there is no improvement I will not continue with your service

On November 30 call again same of person said its company did refund and promise to send to me confirmation of refund and didn't, it's looks normal for this company. Don't buy from them anything, if something going wrong you're will have big headache.

I purchased a replacement tire online and immediately noticed that it was the wrong load range at which time I called online tires .com to cancel as the web sight link does not work and was told someone would be getting back to me [still waiting 3 weeks later].When the tire did come it was a different profile than the photo when ordered.

Payzone Mis sold contract. Payzone have been contacting me for a few months now offering me “much better rates” for taking card payments. I had about 30 calls from a sales person since December. When I finally decided to listen to his offer, he told me he couldn’t tell me offer over the phone but he could send a sales representative to my business for a chat and he would go through the charges with me. I told him I was still on a contract with my current provider but his exact words were: we will show you how much money you can save, then you can decide if you want to switch to us. Sales representatives came into my business and bullied me into signing a contract with Payzone, I told him I still have a contract with my current provider but wasn’t sure how long for. He then told me I could cancel this contract with Payzone in case I still changed my mind. I have contacted my current card payments provider in order to check how long I still had with then to find out I was still on a contract for a year. I have then called the Payzone sales representative who told me I can cancel my contract as he told me before, all I had to do was to fill in a “right to cancel" form he had already emailed to me. I have done so but after not hearing from Payzone for a bout 5 days I rang costumer services who transferred me to the cancellation team. Cancellation team told me i cannot cancel my contract as i am a limited company so the "right to cancel" rule wont apply to my case. I advised them i was informed by the sales representative that I could cancel but they said it is also irrelevant as this isn’t in writing. I have already sent 2 emails to this sales representative asking him to please confirm the information but he chooses to ignore me. I have been lied to, bullied into signing a contract with the promise that I could cancel and now Payzone expects me to use their services for 1 year. I wish I had never allowed this sales rep Into my business.

Took 5 attempts for application to go through due to sales persons errors. Took 12 days to arrive instead of 6. No instructions emailed how to use. Leaflet that came showing how to charge incorrect. Salesman not replying to messages even though he said as soon as it arrives to let him know and he would call and show me how to use it. Tried ringing office gave up after 40 minutes on hold to same repetitive tune. Very annoyed and disappointed.

I placed an order and called to cancel next day. But was told that I can't cancel the order. (Order number 3612110) So I waited for package to show up and prepared to reject that package. However, the package arrived with plain brown box, with no label indicated that it was from "Bliss", only an address sort of "customer fulfillment center" from NJ somewhere. I was expecting other package at the same time. Not suspected by the packing label and box, I accepted the package and opened it. Then I discovered that package was the order I tried to cancel or reject. I have to mail the package with my own cost. It is not a good procedure for not provide the return shipping cost for customer intent to cancel the order. It is not a good procedure that packing the package without any logo or name of the company. I am just a regular customer, your policy and procedure costs me $8.70 to get my $74 back. I am very disappointed about that. And seems that your customer service department executes your company policy very well, provides no help at all. (And even suggested to look for refund from my credit card company!) I am not happy about the entire shopping/return experience. And I will not continue to shop at your website.

I found Bliss when my mom and I stayed at the W Hotel in D.C. The toiletry products were by Bliss, and in an attempt to find their hand soap, I found their website a week later. My first order, a while ago, was shipped timely. The products were exactly what I wanted. I more recently ordered from them again when I saw they were having a huge sale. The prices were discounted already, plus they had a coupon code advertised on their site. I bought an obnoxious amount of facial moisturizer for next to nothing. I got an email telling me that the items shipped later that night. I received them on Thursday. And of course the products were fantastic. I highly recommend the triple oxygen cream. I've been using it since yesterday and already notice a difference. Tho it is super freezing (I live in PA and the North East is taking a cold hit) and my skin has been crazy dry. I will definitely buy from Bliss again.

I just purchased my second awesome bike from Giantnerd since late September. In each case, Jon wrote a 'best wishes and thank you' message on the inside flap of the box my bike was shipped in. As with my first bike purchase, I took a photo and distributed it to my family and friends letting them know that this is how a company wins a customer for life. The bike is in absolute awesome condition and a dream to ride in the Seattle area. For some reason, I can not stop buying bicycle stuff from Giantnerd. :) From a totally satisfied customer! I am VERY happy with my new BAMF Kumira Mountian Bike, it was set up ready to ride, so out of the box and on the trail in 10 minutes. I have bought two different humidors from Humidor Discount and i am very satisfied with the products but also the time of delivery. It took only one week from ordering the humidor to reciving it. I am pleased with the second mask I purchased recently. The first mask I bought was a micro fibre one "8-Bit Microfiber Mask". I ordered it because of the colourful design. However I found it difficult to breath while wearing it. I then read a review on Amazon for Vogmask which described the problems I was experiencing and with recommendation to order one of the cotton Vogmask "Organic Cotton Batik Mask" which I did and find very comfortable to wear all day long. I bought a vogmask because I suffer with bad hay fever every year in the UK, grass pollen especially when everyone is cutting grass! The service I received was very good in regards to web site usage and delivery. This summer I am very happy I can ditch the anti histamine tablets (which give me horrible side effects) and use vogmask instead!

I ordered two masks from Vogmask. A cotton mask and a non-woven microfiber mask. I love them both! The patterns on the fabric are lovely (looking forward to seeing the new designs, the masks fit beautifully and they are very comfortable. The turn around time from when I ordered to when my masks were shipped was lightning fast. So far i have used my masks to change the cat litter (keeps that pesky dust out of my nose) and to keep my face warm while riding my bike on chilly days. They get an A+ for those uses so far. I'm sure I'll find more uses for them once I get my chicken coop up and running! I have recommended vogmasks to my friends, and I hope they order some, they won't be sorry.

Sent us Pins 10 days after our event was OVER (and we paid EXTRA for expedited shipping). Then refused to answer our phone calls, voicemails, emails. When we finally reached them after pretending to inquire about a new order they said it wasn't their fault the shipping company didn't get it to us on time. Our 10 year old's were the only ones at World series without pins and were very disappointed. Parents were disappointed in the $650+ down the drain. Such bad business people with awful customer service.

Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

3 bedroom long distance within one state removal. Drivers arrived 40 mins late then proceeded to say items won't fit truck. Asked how much I paid for service. Tried to tell me charge by hour. Then they offered services of a friend with a truck and suggested I use him and not go through company for larger truck. Project manager told them to load truck and customer service confirmed all items will fit with spare capacity. Drivers then loaded mattress without plastic protection and only did so at my request. At delivery washing machine and fridge dented and scratched. White sofa marked with stains. Washing machine only assembled upon request and then with hot and cold water hoses connected wrong way around. Left without assembling bed. Driver asked me to fill in this survey comments box (after answering above tick box himself with 'excellent'. Unbelievable. Customer service, fixed pricing great. Delivery standard, terrible. Dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend you to friends.

We moved a small 3 bedroom house, which should have taken 4-5 hours. We know this cause we moved exactly a year prior and only gained a handful of extra items. This company took 8 hours, and as they charged by the half hour, it cost us nearly $900. They were extremely slow, insisted it would take 2 trips and took more than 3.5 hours to pack a 6ton truck. They made fun of some of our precious items (a large painting that could not be dismantled) and they complained about it being too troublesome. They told us to take some of the load in our own car and half way through, they changed their mind and decided our stuff would all fit in one trip, made us disassemble small items (a small cot and children's table) but then realised they couldn't make it fit after all. A complete waste of our time and money. We are in the midst of trying to get a partial refund which they are currently refusing - saying that they feel the 8 hours they required was reasonable. Unbelievable. We are currently seeking legal advice and in contact with the department of fair trading - This company will do all they can to make your move as long as possible, it means more money for them - be careful.

I spent several years looking at homes to build and I kept comparing everything to the Sarah Homes Whitely 180. So I decided to build it. My dream has always been to have a beach house to live in. I knew nothing about building. Sarah Homes helped me every step along the way. They adjusted the plans and materials to suit what I wanted. The Building Supervisor was so helpful and kept me informed of everything that was going on. He even provided advice and help for the other things outside of building the house, like rainwater systems, suppliers in the area and all the other little things a new home builder/buyer doesn't know. Even when and external contractor let them down, they wouldn't compromise on quality and insisted on replacement of the materials until it was 100% right. In the long run, the time delay was worth it for the quality of the finish. Overall, I love my new home and would recommend Sarah Homes to friends. Quality results, dependable communication, helpful all the way and the building supervisor had great local knowledge of the area, conditions, standards required by law... Timeline blew out due to delays by roofing contractor who had to replace roof 3 times due to quality issues.

We built the Lawson two storey. From the start our experience with Sarah homes was great, our sales consultant was very helpful and we felt very comfortable with him. The selection process was also quite easy, although we had a bit of trouble when wanting to make a change to a tile colour but that all got sorted out in the end. Our site superviser was fantastic and kept us informed all the way along which we really appreciated. We are happy with the structual standard of our home but were a bit disappointed in some of the painting, there were a few drips in the outside and inside there were areas that were very thin. Overall, we are happy with the end product and would be happy to recommend Sarah Homes to anyone looking to build. good communication from staff, value for money, good products used.

Summit Coatings painted the bottom inside of our house and the back external wall in January this year. We were very happy with the job. There were a few issues with getting access to some areas and had to enlist the cooperation of our neighbours to allow us to do some of the work from their property and nothing was too difficult for the painters. Summit recently painted our 2 storey house. I don't know about the bottom review, but I found Summit to have very good attention to detail and very thorough in preparation and cleaning up afterwards. I too was shared all of the references and called a few to check and the two people I spoke to seemed to be very happy with the work they had done. The house was in pretty bad condition when we bought it and we undertook renovations. We had Summit quote and whilst they weren't the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive and we felt really confident that they understood exactly what we wanted and that we would get a quality job that lasts. The painters were very nice and mindful of our privacy and even though the site was really busy with all the materials around, the painters were the tidiest trade of the lot! [name removed] was very knowledgable about the types of paint which could and could not be used, and being that this was our first major renovation it was really helpful. I'm by no means a paint expert but the job looks to be very high quality. We had some cracking in the paint in the lounge and we asked Summit to come back to fix .They informed me it was due to movement (we were demo-ing brick in the next room) and rectified at no additional cost. I have already recommended Summit to a number of friends who are looking to redo their place. They are extremely professional and affordable. We have bought a number of tickets from Gigantic over the years and have always found them to be nice, reliable and an easy company to deal with. Recently, however, we needed to contact them directly for the first time after they informed us of a change of date to a gig we had booked. Knowing how difficult this has been with other companies, I prepared for the worst but couldn’t be more surprised! I spoke to a great guy called Harry who was so helpful and sorted everything out so quickly and got a refund sorted out straight away! Also managed to get in a bit of craic about the latest bands to see on tour, including some pretty cool artists and bands… this is what we need from ticket companies, not waiting months and having to send dozens of emails to companies who don’t care. So Gigantic and Harry, you have restored my faith in ticket agencies… you are by far the nicest and the coolest and will be our first port of call for all of our gig needs in the future. Absolutely recommended!

Peter, Ana, and associates at auto mall auction.com have ghosted us completely after purchasing a car off THEIR website as “Runs and Drives” with “Dents and Scratches”. Really? 2 feet of the fuel line is missing. Literally when you turn the key forward, fuel profusely pours out of the fuel lines from the pump in the tank. How does it “run and drive” when the engine doesn’t start? Not to mention the danger it presents to my family, myself, and the environment. Our body guy in Northern Minnesota said “worst frame he’s ever seen on a vehicle 17 years old”. Probably pretty accurate seeing the rear cross member of the frame is gone. Why didn’t you advertise the vehicle as such? Other vehicles on your site clearly state undercarriage issues. Does a 100% rotten frame not qualify? You can also see where at one time it was a “Parts Only” vehicle on the windshield. Which is intentional deception of a consumer product. A few things we’ve learned. Your State Attorney General’s Office is always there to assist. We feel like victims of fraud and the law takes note to that.

Shockingly bad attitude from Steve, wanted to take them on to deal with a "small" collection of 20k, after not being able to get a word in to Steve's continues rambling about how good they were I managed to ask what sort of price I could be looking at for the service... he got very defensive and told me "not to think smart" about the cost, I tried to continue to explain I was just trying to get a handle on what the end cost could possibly look like and this seemed to deeply upset him, I don't know if he was really bad at his job and didn't know or that it was going to be more then the value of the claim, maybe he just felt that it wasn't wither his time as he had mentioned it was "unnoticeable amount of money compared to what they normally do" (way a go to make me feel special :-D). He then was just rude and hung up, I called back and was too much of a coward to take my call and when I tried to speak to the receptionist about to make a complaint she just hung up too. To top it all off he still had the cheek to send me a email asking me to fill the information in so they could start looking at it! (Still no clue about costs). Safe to say I will be avoiding this company and take my "small debt of 20k" else whereas.

Told by Steve Browne, pay us the premium we'll have people on hopefully ready within 48hrs to be on the debtors door! It's been a joke since then. Excuse after excuses. I even tried to help them with sending them evidence of the guy splashing cash, chilling in his new hot tub, new car etc and they have done nothing to get my cash back from 1 guys. 'His wife said he's not in!!!" end of visit.... Originally I went with this company because of the confidence of Steve Browne. 'We're better than other companies' 'We'll get your money back' 'Don't worry we don't mess around" ALL RUBBISH!!! The customer service is shocking and if you make a complaint it doesn't get responded to properly. Instead you get some office guy in THEIR legal team telling you it's my problem because I approached their company not the other way around!!!!! what kind of response is that when I paid the premium for this company to work with me. Over 6 weeks now and still my complaint has never had an official response.. just emails sent back belittling me and mocking me!!!! SO i will keep people updated with my reviews to let people know how this continues as I am still a customer as they have my money so I will continue to review their service or lack of it.

Country cousins is a firm that will come and live in your house, give you 24 seven care and personal care. If you're going to use them a lot you need to know that you have to pay a registration fee of £180 to start with. All the people that come out to you are self-employed so you pay them direct, but also you pay country cousins £200 a week as an introduction fee. Every time you hire someone. I used them on a number of occasions and you need to try and get someone with their own transport from the point of view of shopping and going to hospital visits. The first lady that I got was absolutely huge and must have weighed 35 stone and I was really doubtful whether she would be able to do the job. Anyway to cut a long story short she was light on her feet extremely capable and knew what was wanted ahead of time, when I was in awful pain she joked with me and made me laugh. I paid her some money for the petrol that she used in her car doing journeys for me and shopping and it was really dreadful because we'd had the kitchen flooded and there were 4 24/7 industrial heaters going on for a week but she managed to do the cooking and was absolutely brilliant. I tried to get her back later in the year but on speaking to her she obviously had got her years work already planned out. You have got to give them two hours a day for themselves which is quite reasonable, they can go to the cinema or go shopping or whatever they want in that two hours The next lady that I got did not have transport, she was a bit of a luxury lady and took the most expensive train ticket to get to me quickly, and always used the most expensive taxis for the shopping. I would advise everybody to try and get someone who has got their own transport. It's a good service but an expensive one, but if you are in dire straits it's a good firm to be with. Your £180 registration fee is for life, you never have to pay it again, if you need some help in the middle of the night there is a small extra charge but that never occurred with me. If you've got money which I had at the time the cost for the week for my wife and myself was just over £1400 plus the £200 introduction fee that you pay every time you hire someone.

Now that it has being installed for nearly 4 weeks I can say that my 10000 appears to be working well. After I blocked international calls they seem to have stopped, as do the general nuisance calls, (hopefully the latter are being caught by the pre-programmed numbers.) As, initially, the device did not want to work with my phone set-up,(a 5 year old, 4 cordless phone system worked through an initial base station,) I was obliged to make a numerous free-phone calls to their operators who were most helpful and patient as was the online service.We eventually discoverer the problem was with the REN allowance, 4 phones + the CPR exceeds what my systems power level.The problem was solved by using a 'splitter'. Simple when you know what and how! I would offer the idea that that their installation booklet could make some reasonable suggestions as to why a set up might not want to work after following their fairly clear (if read properly) instructions.

Je trouve que ce n'est pas très commerçant et surtout cela n'incite pas à effectuer un échange : si la nouvelle taille ne va toujours, il faudra payer un deuxième retour. Résultat : même si j'aime le produit, je me le fais rembourser pour ne pas risquer un deuxième retour et la vente est annulée pour eux. Tout le monde y perd. - Il est proposé sur le site un service de retour à un tarif soi-disant compétitif ... qui s'avère plus cher que d'utiliser un colissimo directement depuis le site de la Poste. Je trouve ce dernier point assez scandaleux, trompeur et anti-commerçant encore une fois. J'aime bien les produits Gill, mais là, l'expérience d'achat est trop mauvaise et est rédhibitoire pour moi à l'avenir.

My First order, everything was great, the account manager Liam particularly helpful. On delivery I only got about a third of my order. There was never an indication that the full order would not be delivered. I rang customer services and left a message as instructed for a call back within the hour. No Call back in 4 hours. I then contacted Liam and everything resolved.

The ordering and the product are worth 5 stars, but the delivery by UPS is worth 1 star - they were a real nuisance. They came at times we were out, left slips to say they would leave it where we asked and then would not leave it without a signature - because it came from a knife shop. Then their depot was closed when we went to collect - so it induced lots of bad vibes.

Good knives, but "6 pieces" should mean 6 knives, not 5 knives and a block. Also the delivery company went to the wrong address, we only got the missed parcel by chance when we went to collect something else.

Unusable and unstable product, where was this made? they ordered in from another company. It is very badly put together it isn't good enough to charge outlandish over the top prices for cheaply made products anyone could find on AliExpress. It's interesting, because unfortunately they have done this before, they always blame "the manufacturer", then claiming no responsibility Miller "Care", means you are not an ethically sound company! What products am I talking about? The Very badly made bed tray/table, the Astonishingly cheaply Terrible products bought from you since 2002! Unfortunately, this is what happens to the mobility products market, always overpriced cheap muck! And mayyyy I just add, your table injured my ribs, my breast bone and my hands! But you should be offended, and upset because I bought things from you and you sent them broken! So "totally" send my people harassing messages! It's great! Because we should be punished because of your inability to be ethical!

I have used Millercare before and they were fine but I recently ordered some shoes which I discovered were unsuitable for me when they arrived so I had to return them. In this day and age, virtually all companies are prepared to pay for postage on returns but Millercare don't. The cost is left to the customer. Will not use them again because of this.
