I have been working at Hudson for quite some time and it has been a fulfilling experience. What you do requires you to constantly adapt to the new changes and that's both challenging and fascinating! After getting off the phone with these guys, and being transferred around a few times, I'm left to believe this is a scam. CHS cold calls you, claims to find "guaranteed" renters for your timeshare getaways, then puts you on hold to confirm those renters (makes it feel real) and comes back saying they have the paperwork ready to go, they just need your credit card. They refused to send me any information without me first giving my credit card over the phone. And they're the ones who called me. I almost bought into it because of the reviews on this site, and because (cleverly) there's another "Corporate Housing Systems" company in Ohio that has an A+ BBB rating. But this CHS from Florida isn't on BBB. Looking more closely, all the other reviews here sound a bit too "generic", I would question their authenticity. They're also all within the same 2 month period (around April-May 2020) which seems suspect.

Owning a timeshare and being retired can be personally difficult to manage, especially when it is time to pay for our maintenance fees. With this program, I have been able to not only pay for my timeshare, but take extra vacations with my family. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

This used to be a Virgin Gym, at which I was a member for many years. I subsequently left to work abroad so had to cancel my membership. On return to Preston, it had changed to Nuffield Health but that, along with the colour scheme, was the only real difference. Staff remained extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When I walked in, I was greeted by familiar faces and welcomes which made me feel like I was coming home! And indeed, it is a home from home. Staff are helpful and freely give advice when asked and clearly want to help. The physio services are great along with the classes, catering, admin team and fitness instructors.

Appt made and payment taken then week later when I call to say I've not received details for appt I'm told I'm not in the system and put on hold for 17 mins only to then be told repeatedly that the GP called in sick and company has been trying to contact me on both of my numbers which was rubbish.Receptionist was argumentative and ride and blatantly lying.Received a voicemail from her boss who obviously thought he had phoned her and was flapping asking if the client was ok and what had happened??!After 2 official complaints I heard nothing which I find incredible for a company like the Nuffield who are dealing with people's health!! Steer clear!!!

Absolute joke of a company! If less than 1 star was possible I’d leave less. I used to recommend RSA for home insurance with work constantly and I now have terrible guilt over this due to the experience I have had. They use a COWBOY company CET for their home emergency. They sent people to our house to correct a boiler issue, who had NO clue what to do, advised we needed a new part (which did not fix the issue) charged us upfront for it, with the promise of refund if this was not correct. Needless to say this was not the case. The issue was not resolved for nearly 4 months in the autumn/winter, make what you will of this. The issue Of the complaint has continued for 2 years! They are constantly arguing even with the FOS ... to the extant of even after getting a final decision from the FOS they have proceeded to insult us by sending information to the WRONG ADDRESS with a lesser payment that ordered by the FOS. Constant lies from representatives of RSA and CET have led to stress and mental strain for 2 years. AVOID AT ALL COST FOR YOUR OWN SAKES AND SANITY

Appalling service. They use Evander, who are incompetent and treat customers like dirt. RSA pass the buck back to Evander - so I went round in circles getting nowhere - they ignore all complaints and Evander's customer service lie to customers and do not follow up on complaints. I am calling out RSA Insurance Group for not bothering to give customers an opportunity to express their grievances and do not send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys for us to fill out because they do not want to know all the care about is taking our money. This is done deliberately as they get easy money and do not give a damn about customers. Their customer service do their best to get us off the phone. I have had a nightmare of an experience with RSA and Evander, who are appalling. Evander overwork their installers, who do the job in a rush. They keep cancelling booked appointments and ordered the wrong size replacement door even after measuring and measuring the space. Do they have any brains? They did a shoddy sealant job full of lumps and do not bother to repair the mess they leave behind when a complaint is made. They do not answer queries but are happy to take our money. This is unacceptable and out of order. I have since made a complaint via Resolver which has been ignored by RSA. I will take my complaint to the next level. There are hundreds of dissatisfied customers who have made complaints about Evander's shoddy work, unreliability and could not care less attitude on Trustpilot and these complaints are ignored and this is not good enough. Lydia Hallbrook of Evander customer service, called me before Christmas pretending to be helpful. Told me to call her if I needed anything sorted out. When I finally did call her, her mask had slipped and her personality changed. I was dealing with a Jekyll and Hyde and she was unhelpful and has ignored my emails after she requested further evidence. Do not use these companies they are rubbish.

Dont sell something from Flaske! The bottle I ordered had a total different colour than the bottle I got. I orded a grey one but I got a silver one. I sended an email but the customer service kept saying they never heard of this before so I was wrong. Very bad service, no cooperation at all.

The store in Eastbourne never fails to amaze me with the gadgets and knick-knacks available. I would say that the "Scratch and Win" tickets that have "A guaranteed prize every time" that you are given after you purchase are a total waste of time. The website address where you enter your "Unique code" has not been available for the last month. My email to them regarding this unavailability has still not been answered after 2 weeks other than the automated "We’re sorry we’ve not yet been able to get back to you regarding your query. This is an automated response to let you know that we’ve escalated its priority, and will respond as soon as we can.".

My order was on the 27th November. Now 21st December and no response from them, no refund and no item. I am tracking through a PayPal dispute on them. They should be sued for the time they waste with their arrogant business practices. Absolute disaster of a company and it doesn’t take much searching to find a wealth of terrible reviews.

Just Travel – A Cautionary Tale Having spent almost £500 for world insurance from Just Travel I naively thought I was covered for any calamities arising from travel problems. A flight in New Zealand was cancelled due to weather with the result we missed our tour connection, missed two days of tour which included sightseeing, travel, transfers and accommodation, and had to pay for additional alternative accommodation and travel to get to next catch up stop. As a consequence we lost £1000. Despite time consuming appeals etc the bottom line was that you have to read the small print and get out clauses. No redress whatsoever because it turns out the policy only covers main flights out and back – I wrongly made assumption (as most of us would I suspect) that all travel on the trip was covered. So be warned –I won’t be using them again, but if you do “buyer beware” and make sure you read the small print. You might not be covered at all!

I used JustTravel in 2018 and this year just booked with them for 3 further trips one of my trips in 2018 had to be cancelled for medical reasons as I went for unexpected knee surgery they were very understanding and helpful no quibble from the company I got the monies which was entitled to me returned. Their staff were most polite and helpful

We bought £44 worth of fudge. 12 slices. My wife and are extremely disappointed. The product is unlike any fudge we have had. Smooth, gooey and like a previous reviewer stated - “claggy” in your mouth. Slimy and cloying. Pretty gift boxes and speedy service. Very well packaged too. I’m not going to bother complaining as their website spouts on about product variations and that it should be embraced. I know I’d get nowhere. Inconsistency in my opinion is not a good thing. It’s poor quality control. We’ve got 12 slabs of so called fudge that is somewhere between disgusting and delicious but in truth nearer to disgusting. It might end up in the bin. I feel as though I’ve had my pants pulled down.

I bought 4 slabs of fudge in Cambridge for a friend who loves fudge. I was embarrassed to discover within a day it had melted out of shape and could not be cut, it looked disgusting. I was told not to put it in the fridge so stored it in a kitchen with other food items, no heating. Even at room temp it was out of shape and melted. A complete waste of 17 pounds. Also the staff told me it lasted at least 3 weeks yet I see your leaflet says 'up to 2 weeks' and the box says 10 days. Normally fudge can be cut up and keeps its shape. I would never ever buy from Fudge Kitchen again. Very misleading advertising!
