Initially would have been happy to rate Uplift Drones 5-stars based on my initial communications with them but they have gone into liquidation and have left me having paid for a course but with no PfCO, flight test or anything. I was made aware the company was closing towards the end of February so I completed my online training over the xmas period. Emailed the company and tried to call, they're gone. Sympathise with companies going bust but I've effectively thrown away £600.

I make no criticism of the nurse who was badly let down by management. I was the first appointment and the computer was non-performing. The nurse had to run around to find someone to rectify. There was no one available except another girl who was not competent. I will not use their service again.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

Had my 2 dogs insured with them for 2 years as they are great value for money. I made my first claim for 1 of them last year (£90) which was handled quickly and hassle free. However, come renewal, my dogs had turned 10, the premium prices for both went up substantially, with the dog I made a claim for going up over £200. They basically presumed she was going to get ill again and charged accordingly.

I ordered a usb card reader on OCT 10th. It didn't arrive until the 17th. Thats fine since the shipping was free. But then they sent the wrong item. So did they expedite the replacement? Of course not. Another week for the replacement. On the 23rd of October I actually recieved the item I originally ordered.

I'm writing this review while STILL on hold with Old Navy customer service. Chat option is not even available online, and I have been on hold for 1:22:50 and counting. My order shipped and was missing a product (even though the packing slip showed it included). Not only am I on hold forever to correct this, but the hold music is a horrifying loop of 3 second clips of alternating songs and static. Songs from the 60s - present time, jumping every 3 seconds I was just listening to Pink and Elvis with some other unrecognizable songs thrown in. WTH IS THIS?!?!? I just want the items i paid for! I will NEVER order or buy from Old Navy again. I will make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know about this experience, and I'm going to post it on all of my social media accounts. This is the most obvious demonstration of how little they value their customers I have ever seen.

I ordered my heavy duty off road scooter 13 April 2020. Mid plague. It takes 3-5 days to deliver. I expected delays but to my surprise I got a confirmation right away. The next Friday when it didn't show I called and it had never left. They said the batteries didn't arrive and it wouldn't ship Friday because they had to be charged. Odd but okay. Need week no tracking number so I called Tuesday to check in. They said a manager would get back to me that day....a weeeek later still nothing. Finally the next week it shows up. My battery died to half in 15 minutes. Cut to two weeks from them and finally got someone to come tell me the batteries are bad. Now it's been a week since the batteries have been ordered and I call to check and there's no order for the batteries. This machine cost 2,700!!! To return it is 20% restock and I have to pay shipping. I was so afraid to buy but I really want my Independence back. I looked into this company for 6 months before I chose it. But I guess I made a mistake. Don't shop with them. The scooter is sweet but it has no power and it's so slow. Due to the batteries being trash. I thought I could go up a little Hill in my yard. I should be able to in this and it flipped backwards and dumped me out.

They were very good with helping return and replacing a new rollator I purchased from them. The first one was jammed in lock position. I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I had a Drive rollator that didn't hold up at all. Tried their Invacare rollator and it seems to be a lot more sturdy, a higher quality rollator. Am very pleases with the product and the service of spin life!!!

The items I ordered turned out to require being drop shipped from the manufacturer with a 5 week lead time. This fact was not indicated anywhere on their website however. As well, within hours of being informed that it would take at least 5 weeks for them to be shipped, an email indicating a sale was now in effect offering what would amount to $20 off my order. Their support was unable to apply the sale discount to the order, however they were able to cancel the order. In the end I decided to spend a little more money to receive the products earlier, as the extra cost was not an issue given the time sensitivity of their delivery. However, I could also have made the purchase anew through them to receive the sale discount with minimal effect on shipment date, which given the 5 weeks what is a few more days?

125West.com has outstanding customer service and a unique selection of products to choose from. I purchased a Saeco automatic coffee machine from 125West.com about 5 years ago. I was unsure about making a $600 purchase online, but at the time I found information suggesting 125West had been in business for about 5 years already, so I took the plunge and was very happy that I did; my Saeco machine still does it's job today. Another 5 years later and they are still operating with the same fine customer service they provided back then. I purchase all of my coffee from 125West.com as I love their imported Cafe Beletage. Their website doesn't have a lot of graphics to slow down the loading of the site, which means fast ordering and browsing for the products I want. I have noticed they are starting to add videos to their site for product demonstrations, but they don't interfere with the loading time as I have the choice of playing them or not. I fully recommend 125West.com for anyone looking for a specialty product!

I called toll free number because I wanted to make sure same day shipping out and also I wanted 2nd day air shipping. The lady that I talked told me the phone order can not do 2nd day air shipping. However she told me to order through their web, so I can request 2nd day air shipping. Also she asked me to call her back after I made web order, so she can make sure the shipment will go out same day. And I did. I appreciate this kind of service.

We ordered a kids table and chair set and received one completely different from the one pictured/described. I emailed them for a Return Authorization, didn't hear back. Emailed again, finally they said that I could return it (only because it was unopened and purchased directly from their site instead of through Amazon, and at our shipping cost, despite it being their error) for a full refund. So I did, and I got shipping confirmation. They received it Oct 26, 2007. At this point our credit card has STILL not been refunded, and I haven't heard from them again despite repeated emails. So because THEY sent us the wrong table (or had the wrong description up - the one they sent wasn't even listed as being available!), WE are now out the money for the table, and shipping to us and back to them!! And they refuse to even return emails or phone calls!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH ORANGEONIONS!!!

Cigna the worst health insurance company I've ever seen in my entire life stay away from them completely they had the worst customer service put you on hold for 25 minutes hang up on you and then you have to dial again and be on hold for another 25 minutes can't get a disability claim right even though you pre-plan for 3 weeks prior to your operation the operation has been over 4 weeks and is still under review you cannot get your salary disability on time from them they are totally ridiculous and most horrible company I've ever seen in my entire life stay clear of them Cigna is the worst insurance company ever

While browsing the web searching for a specific lens in the Dallas Metroplex, I discovered Aperturent. After reading reviewed and exploring their webpage, and there is nothing complicated about it, I found the desired lens. The ordering process is easy. Because I live close enough, I chose to drive to pick up my equipment. It was ready and I was out of there in about 4 minutes. I'm sure there are periods of time there are multiple customers. Communication is superb and fast. All questions were answered through email and quickly. The equipment I rented was in excellent condition. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this rental transaction and am happy to say that I'll be returning in near future.

How do I put my love for Aperturent.com into words? Incredible service, awesome support, and a perfect array of rentable equipment in top-notch condition. Now, to be fair, I'd never rented from any other site before, however, I'll never rent from anywhere else. Super disappointed, read a few good reviews online thinking it would be fine but, Almost 3 weeks since my order and 4 deliveries later still nothing here!!! This is an absolute joke, I've skipped 4 days of work to wait for these deliveries for nothing to turn up. I was meant to receive my 2 sofas from Furniture Choice on the 9th July no one turned up, no communication from DX no email to tell me the that it was not going to come out. All I received was a text saying there was a delay bear in mind this was at 10:00am and the delivery time slot was between 4-6pm. That went flying by and I decided to call and see what happened. I called waited over half an hour to be told it has been misplaced in the depot even though it was scanned on the back of a van, my brain cannot comprehend how you manage to misplace 2 large sofas. After this I heard that it had been taken off the van!! What I do not understand is how they operate because when I called the call centre they could not get through to depot team, so you cannot get an update which is just great! Second time time slots given but no communication until the guys call me and tell me they have damaged the sofa, I understand that goods can be damaged during transit but usually it's due to incompetence of placing the good in the van in the first place!!! 3rd time was yesterday when they arrived, firstly, I met both of drivers and told me that they would come up the road but instead of doing that, they just left and put a note on the system that person was not home and they left a card!!! Having called the company, they had told me they do not stop on red routes which is understandable however, literally out side my main door is bus lanes which have loading and unloading bays that allow you at anytime to load and unload and also the corner of my house also has the same loading zone and unloading zone. I just don't understand, I have never this many issues to deal with for 2 sofas!!! I have been seriously patient so far Thursday 21st July will be the 4th try and if that fails, I will just ask for a refund from Furniture Choice. It came down to the point of me asking Furniture Choice if they could send it via another courier, whom I was willing to pay for. Unfortunately due to their contract with DX they couldn't send it with anyone. Will not be ever using this company again!! I will also find out which companies they affiliate with in order to ensure that they can never handle one of my goods again!!! (Will keep you updated once my goods have been delivered) (Original Tracking Number: W0982688 - Not received any other tracking number only time slot emails) The update: at the moment the time slot went by over 2 hours ago I will be cancelling the order. This is actually shameful and disgusting from this corporation. I am actually in awe at the moment no call or message no email to update. I will be taking this higher up. 4 times to deliver 4 times they have failed. I mean I don't understand what is actually wrong with company. I do not want to go there but this is now a breach of the Consumers Act 2015 ("Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.") I will absolutely taking this up further it seems that this company is so busy that they do not care about customers. I hope the CEO of DX Delivery sees this review! I will try everything in my power to show what type of company this is in the publics eye. No wonder most people and companies decide to use their competitors i.e Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri. I will never use this company again, the saddest thing is the infrastructure and how this company is run. Imagine trying to get through to someone only to find out no updates can be given, because things can be scanned, misplaced, not delivered, damaged the list goes on. Update 2: I’ve called Furniture Choice who told me they couldn’t deliver it today and that it had been booked for Sunday. The lady over the phone was confused as she was saying, “They don’t deliver on Sundays”. I have cancelled the order and they completely understood and were shocked that I’ve had to go through this and will be discussing it with DX during their weekly or monthly meetings. She didn’t understand how no one has been in contact and didn’t even make them aware that the delivery date had changed. I hope everyone looks at this, this is the type of service DX Delivery have with not only customers but the companies they work with. I mean instead of showing parcels, lorries and vans on your website change the motto to, “use another courier because if you use us we won’t give your goods”. Please avoid at all cost as unless you want to be given the run around. Just to end this off, what a shame honestly

Driver "George" took a photo of my front door and ran away without neither dropping the card that DX says he did, nor delivering, whilst I was inside working at my PC with DIRECT SIGHT to my front door and waiting for either a knock or the doorbell to ring. Now I have to book time off AGAIN as well as be unable to fit the ordered parts as I required. Called DX, which, of course, will not tell the driver to pass by to correct HIS mistake/bad service. I will also fill a Google review with this feedback. I am fuming, DXDelivery service is appalling!

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! Basically you are now calling me a liar hahaha I think EE should get rid of your company for false and bad advertisement... Go on buy mobiles.net and see for yourself... I placed an order and two days later, they emailed me to tell me that my prescription had correctly expired. I asked them to hold the order for another week until I could get a new eye exam. After that, I was able to email them a copy of the prescription and they shipped it out immediately! Very, very helpful and kind customer service. I was very pleased at the price as well! Will definitely order again. The only gripe that I would have about the entire process was that while shipping was fast (took 4 days via USPS), there was no tracking number

I ordered an annual supply of Proclear Daily 90 pack contact lenses from 1800anylens because it was the cheapest price I could find after performing an online price comparison. 1800anylens saved me over 150 dollars on these lenses, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just 3 days after placing the order with free shipping. The only problem I encountered was that 1 of the boxes was already open when I received the shipment, so I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. I was concerned that they would give me a hard time, but instead, they merely asked me for the prescription of the open box and stated that they would send me a complimentary box! I did not even have to bother shipping back the original box! I am a 1800anylens customer for life!

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

We had secured a mortgage in Ireland but as one of the party was resident overseas, we weren’t able to get mortgage protection insurance locally. We had tried various insurance brokers who weren’t able to help. A quick online search brought up some great reviews about Lion. My email was answered within an hour and the entire transaction was completed within 24hrs, signed and delivered. It was a huge relief and removed a lot of stress from an already difficult transaction.

I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

During our 15 years in the Far East we have enjoyed the courteous and efficient services of Medibroker. We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. We would recommend Medibroker to any expat and it has been very reassuring for us to know that our medical matters have been in very safe hands, thank you Medibroker and well done indeed. I have been trying for months to get a pension fund value and to draw my pension. Up to now I have been given 5 different values and seem to be unable to start the process of cashing in my pension. I have made numerous phone calls and have had to wait up to 45 minutes just to speak to an advisor. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

When my charter cruise was canceled and the organizer offered no refund, I thought that was covered under "default". Silly me! Since the organizer was not insolvent and had not ceased operations, Seven Corners refused to pay and Squaremouth agreed. Bottom line, Squaremouth is not going to pass up those sweet commissions by going against the "insurers". So I threw good money after bad by buying insurance from them. They are polite, but useless.

First of all, I am not disputing the verbiage in the policy itself. My complaint is regarding the purchasing process of this policy right from the start and the use of multiple brand names to create confusion. I will post this under the under brand names so everyone will be aware that it is really the same company. Half my overseas trip was ruined by a situation out of my control and I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges as a result. The entire airport in Manila was closed for the APEC summit meetings. I was relieved to know I had purchased trip insurance from a well-known company in Chicago, John Hancock Insurancewhich according to the website included cancellation and delay. Upon requesting the appropriate claim forms, the form itself says it is actually American Modern Insurance Group. However, after making sure that was the correct form it appears the forms are actually mailed to Seven Corners. I later found out that Sever Corners is only the processor of claims. It appears that multiple companies are involved and that they are simply using different names to confuse and mislead consumers. My claim for trip cancellation was denied and I was advised (after several emails) to file an appeal under a different reason, trip delay. I spent countless hours filing out all the forms again and providing proper documentation and proof of such occurrence. The second claim with "John Hancock Insurance was also denied. There were no responses to my emails, again for weeks. I also, placed many calls and emails to the zero complaint team" at squaremouth.com asking for further clarification regarding my specific trip insurance policy that I purchased. After about a month I finally was given an answer, simply stating, that I was not covered for that reason under that policy. Regardless of the writing in the policy, I am asserting that I was cheated and completely mislead into purchasing this insurance policy from the start. I am asserting that I was lead to believe I was purchasing from a prestigious name; John Hancock Insurance. This was clearly a bait and switch scheme and absolutely unacceptable. In addition, I was not made aware prior to my purchase the extreme limitations of this policy and that I would be dealing with multiple companies other than John Hancock". This would have drastically altered my decision in choosing such a prohibitive policy from unknown companies.

Opened a claim with them that was very quickly and subsequently cancelled without any cost/ inconvenience to the insurer or any companies they appoint to assess damage - was told at the time it would be marked as a claim but not ‘pursued’ so shouldn’t affect future insurance quotes. ONE week later I had my renewal quote for home insurance MORE THAN DOUBLED because I’d ‘had a claim’ When I rang to query this, I was told this was ‘the way all insurers worked’ and that I shouldn’t have been told that it would not be classed as ‘not perused’ ???? and that it would be ‘on our insurance record for 5 years’ So angry about this as a mere phone call with no follow up action will affect my premiums with any future company (as I certainly won’t be using Swinton again!)

Since sending my last review I have spoken on the phone to a representative of Australia Post insurance (Grant Snowden) and he was most helpful. He sorted out my problem which was caused by a mistake that I had made. I was 100% the reason for the cause of the problem and Australia Post or the insurance company that they use were not the reason. I hope that this review goes part way to an apology to them and, if I knew how to remove the earlier review, that would be the best thing.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

The time it takes for the claim to be looked at is unreasonable my dog has had a bad trot this last three months with foure operations and still only has been paid out for two. verry hard to contact your claims office by phone operators do not speak good English. I have thought about changing to another company.

Claim submitted & acknowledged on 2/4/19 with comment could take up to 10 days. It is now 1/5/19 and still no feedback or payment. Rang 30/4/19 mid afternoon to find out why the delay and had to leave message to return my call as no one would answer. It is now am 1/5/19 and still no call back. If this is typical of how slow they process a claim, then I will think about cancelling the policy as from what I have been told most other insures typically pay within 5-7 days. Very poor customer service.

I decided to get the same Pet Plan cover for my German Shepherd dog Ruby-Rose that my sister Kim has for her German Shepherd dog Titan too. As Kim is very pleased with the insurance cover plan she has with you for Titan. You came highly recommended by another friend of ours too he is a disabled man and is totally blind and has had several guide dogs over the years which have also had Pet Plan insurance too for all of them. He told us you were always fair and covered the total cost of whatever he needed for his guide dogs whenever they became very sick. One of his guide dogs had bad cancer and another needed an expensive operation and you always covered his guide dog's treatment / operations / medications ..etc...which would have been very costly with out of pocket expenses had he not had them all insured by you. So that's why we decided to go with Pet Plan insurance for both our German Shepherd dogs first you came highly recommended by alot of our friends eg...word of mouth to us. And secondly we also did our research before commiting to your insurance. We looked at all the other Pet Insurances around but we thought yours covered the life of the dog which we liked and you did not discriminate on which type of breed of the dog you had too as some Pet Insurances do. So both of us are extremely happy with your Pet Plan insurance and will stay with you guys indefinitely. Kind regards Debbie. .

I have had Prosure platinum cover for my Airedale since we got her as an 8wk old puppy........she is now 8yr old and its the BEST thing we ever did. To have the piece of mind that you have the support and backing of this insurance is a blessing.......... we have well and truly needed this insurance over her life thus far, and use it regularly Prosure are professional and very helpful. :-) My only negative is the claim system (even though its very good) Claims are submitted via paper form and must be posted. Therefore, the claim does take 1-2wks to go through due to postal system. Prosure, you need an online claims process ASAP

Ive been with this company for 5 years and they have never rejected a claim. My older Lab required complex surgery costing me over $11000 and they refunded 80% minus an excess of $50.They can take up to 10 days to process claims but Ive had no problems with this company and had to call them once and the operator was helpful. They only accept claims by mail which slows things down a bit. Efficient and they did exactly what the PDS stated the excess

I bought worldwide comprehensive insurance last year after checking lots of reviews for various companies, couldn't actually find many for Mycover and was a little concerned but there are always negative opinions and I decided most were from people who hadn't read the product disclosure statements. Admittedly the PDS does look daunting but if you want peace of mind you should read it. I loaded mine into IBooks on my ipad as well. Unfortunately I did need to make two claims, one for a snatched necklace and one for medical costs, Both of these incidents happened early in our travels (we were away for 11 months) but I knew I didn't need to claim until we got home and just made sure I brought the appropriate paperwork home. Very quick, friendly phone call, the claim form was emailed to me and I had a follow up phone call from the claims dept and spoke to another friendly assessor. Have just received my refund in the bank today and will be taking out further cover with Mycover for our next trip. I was aware of the excess for each claim and of the maximum payment for my necklace and therefore I was more than happy with my refund.

My wife and myself traveled from London to Kuala Lumpur by ground travel over 8 months and we had several claims. First my wife fell into the sea with her phone in her pocket. QBE paid the price she paid for her phone ($850). Then i smashed my camera screen. QBE paid the price i had paid for the camera ($270). We had a couple of hospital visits over the months ($80). Then a couple of day before we were to fly home my phone was stolen. QBE paid a depreciated value for the phone ($700). We paid around $1000 for couples insurance and our claims total was $1900. They paid it with in 2 weeks of claim be lodged and there were a couple of these that i hadn't claimed until 6 months after the trip and one of them happened right at the start of the trip. they really were great insurance company to deal with compared to other. highly recommend Friendly and helpful customer service. Reasonabley priced The site to lodge on sometimes doesn't work. but you can call them and they will get it lodged for you.

I put in a claim and didn’t hear anything back after a couple of months. Got in touch and was told they will look into it. A couple of months we by and still hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them and I get told that I haven’t put a claim in and was sent a link to the claim page. What’s the point in travel insurance if they are going to ignore your claim? They are linked to QBE so I expected a lot better. Will not use either of these companies again. USELESS!

My wife has 2 Super accounts with CFS, one in her married name and one in her maiden name. Attempts to have both accounts combined into her married name have been nothing short of horrendous. When told it had been done we found out that it hadn't been. There are always excuses that the signatures on file don't match, which is not strange given the signatures are 15 years old. Then there are always other excuses as to why requested things haven't been done. Don't even consider trying to draw part funds from managed accounts - lost paper-work or a myriad of excuses to delay things. We would not and could not recommend CFS to anyone.

Only few hours on the day of inspection for the property, I call to make sure the property is still available. The inspection is confirmed and ongoing. While waiting for a while and nobody show up I call to find out what is going on. The answer from the receptionist :"Sorry the property is rented out!" . I took the day off from work for that inspection and receive only wet shoos!

I requested through mygov for my Asgard super to be rolled in to my current fund in November 2014 (along with 4 other ones I needed to roll up). The others used the mygov info and got on with it. Asgard didnt do it because apparently they needed a form completed (that contained the same information as the mygov site provided), they didnt tell me that, or send it to me (at the right address - even though they had my email). 1.5 years later i realised its still not rolled up, in which time ive lost over $300 in fees, i request it to be rolled up again, they make me sign this ridiculous form and then finally transfer me the balance as at now instead of as at the time i requested the transfer in Nov 2014. Such old fashioned processes, and clearly designed to take money from customers - so unethical. Unimpressed and would advise others to go to a super company that is customer focused instead of income focused.

Well I purchased a scratch & dent insurance policy from this company. After about 7 month I had to make a claim from some scratches and a minor dent. The scratched were under the length limit as per policy. I sent them pictures and without even sending someone to look at the car they rejected my claim stating that the scratches are too deep! So essentially they are selling you a policy for minor scratches which one can easily remove using scratch removing creams like T-Cuts. Customers are duped into thinking that a deep scratch or dent would be covered but they are not. Only those scratches are covered that could be easily removed at home by the policy holder. Don't waste your £160/Year for nothing instead give business to local body shops to get deep scratches removed at fraction of price. You can always remove light scratches yourself with T-Cut!!!!

Scammer wanting your money and they don’t care about the quality of the shades they sell. All their products are from China with no quality control for the products. So they sell UV shades which they have bought from China for $1 and they sell it to you for a lot more claiming it to be UV protection for the eyes. They are under investigation for advertising UV products but they are not. Beware and save your eyes by going somewhere else.
