This is the second purchase I have made from PC MicroStore in the last two weeks and both orders have gone very smoothly. They have excellent prices on their clearance items, combine this with fast shipping and you have an unbeatable solution!

I ordered a usb card reader on OCT 10th. It didn't arrive until the 17th. Thats fine since the shipping was free. But then they sent the wrong item. So did they expedite the replacement? Of course not. Another week for the replacement. On the 23rd of October I actually recieved the item I originally ordered.

I have ordered an item with PMC for almost 10 days already. They indicate in their website that my item has been shipped for many days but i never receive them. I asked them 2 times to check on it and even asked about the courier because they provide the tracking no without courier. But they never respond. I am too frustrated with their service.

I'd order a USB 2.0 Packet Drive Aluminum 2.5" ext. enclosure with FUJITSU 60 GB from PC Microstore. its the first time I buy from them. I must say I am very impressed with the Website design and ordering procsses, it was easy to find what I need, and the Drive came "Installed" so I did not have to mess with it, which is Great ;-)

The delivery came about 3 days later on Ground service (to Dallas) it was packaged very professionaly. I would recommand anyone to check out the deals they got. Thanks for great Service

Ordered two keyboard skins from PCMicro on May 16th. Received a "shipped" notice almost immediately, but according to the tracking number, the USPS has only received a notice of intent to ship - the package has not actually shipped, and it is now 27 May. I tried calling both numbers listed on their website, but no matter what extension I try (even the operator!) it says "no one is available." I wish I were one of the lucky few who seem to have had no problems, but I won't ever order from PCMicro again.

I ordered a network cable and received it 5 days later. The shipping was free and they also had a $3 off $6 purchase coupon. The cable was $7 so it was $4 with free shipping! The cheap price and the free, fast shipping made this a very nice transaction.

Order and arrived in exactly 1 week. It was such a great deal that I didn't mind waiting 7 days for the item. I paid about 1/2 the price, with free shipping. Great Service!

Oerdered an ipod leather case on Jan 2. A tracking number sent out on the same day. Today is Jan 23 and I still have not receiving my order. It seemed that the traking number is bogus. Two calls and an email - first call after two weeks the lady told me to wait a couple more days, an email is unanswer, and the second call the man told me they will do a trace on the order, and after that will send me a replacement. Wish me luck. I guess I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again with this place.

Ordered two sata cables, one of which would not work at all. Filled out an RMA form and a new one was mailed to me without extra effort or cost on my part.

Order an item on Sept 11, was not shipped until mid October after I sent them many emails to get it taken care of. I dealt with PCMicrostore previously, never before they delayed my item, this time I think the order slipped through the cracks without being noticed. I would still order from them, they generaly have good customer care willing to help and follow up.

Aside form being slow to ship out my order a day after Hurricane Katarina destroyed New Orleans and its neighbors (ordered on 9/1/05, shipped on 9/8/05, received on 9/13/05), I was completely satisfied. They provided a great product and an excellent price. If your looking for an "all-in-one" external enclosure solution I suggest you check out the Media Tank... simply awesome.

I've ordered HDMI cables 3 or 4 different times from these guys. I can't believe how quickly they ship. I don't know if he is the owner, but a fellow name Kevin Chiu has always been helpful and courteous and takes the time to answer questions thoughtfully and precisely. Moreover, you cannot beat the price when they get them in stock.

I finally received my order today. It appears there was a warehouse mix-up. When that was finally discovered, I received shipment the next day and they offered and are refunding my shipping for my inconvenience.

I placed an order 7 days ago. As far as I can tell the order has not been shipped yet. I called 2 days ago and was told they needed to check at the warehouse and would email me with an update and tracking number...so far...NOTHING! I'm beginning to feel like I have been scammed.

I bought one PCMS 6 IN 1 UNIVERSAL (BLACK) APPLE IPOD PLAYER MULTI-FUNCTION FM CAR TRANSMITTER W/ DIGITAL DISPLAY from PCMicrostore which never worked (was broken in first place). It's hard to get their helpdesk and when I was able to get one finally, the gentleman told me that I would have to pay the shipping costs to get a replacement. What kind of stupid thing is that ? Your are already frustrated that you paid for something that did not work right and now you are being asked for pay for shipping when you ask to replace it. I guess they do it to discourage customers from replacing the defective (I paid approx $21 at first place). So I decided to write it off and not buying anything in future from them. I usually buy things from Amazon and I was thinking about trying some new stores but I guess I made a blunder.

I ordered a 9" round ide cable from them. The picture showed a cable with connectors for 2 drives. The cable i received was a 12" cable that only had a connector for one drive. The description had a "(1-1)" in it but i had no idea what that meant. They credited me the purchase price without a restocking fee. When i asked for credit for my return shipping, they merely lied and said that the picture was right and that i had measured the cable wrong. The length of the cable was marked 12" right on the box and i can count to three, the total amount of connectors in the picture for the cable i ordered.

They have to be a pretty low company to lie to their customers in order to save $1.86 in shipping charges.

I bought 2 10' Ethernet cables for $4 each with free shipping.

They arrived in my mailbox within days.

This company propably lost money on my order, so at least I can them a positive review.

Ordered the USB 2.0 TO (IDE / SATA) COMBO ADAPTER KIT... Got it quickly and simply (USPS).

I like this merchant. They have good prices, good service and they are prompt.
It is great to deal with competent and honest people.
