Super disappointed, read a few good reviews online thinking it would be fine but, Almost 3 weeks since my order and 4 deliveries later still nothing here!!!

This is an absolute joke, I've skipped 4 days of work to wait for these deliveries for nothing to turn up. I was meant to receive my 2 sofas from Furniture Choice on the 9th July no one turned up, no communication from DX no email to tell me the that it was not going to come out. All I received was a text saying there was a delay bear in mind this was at 10:00am and the delivery time slot was between 4-6pm. That went flying by and I decided to call and see what happened. I called waited over half an hour to be told it has been misplaced in the depot even though it was scanned on the back of a van, my brain cannot comprehend how you manage to misplace 2 large sofas. After this I heard that it had been taken off the van!! What I do not understand is how they operate because when I called the call centre they could not get through to depot team, so you cannot get an update which is just great!

Second time time slots given but no communication until the guys call me and tell me they have damaged the sofa, I understand that goods can be damaged during transit but usually it's due to incompetence of placing the good in the van in the first place!!!

3rd time was yesterday when they arrived, firstly, I met both of drivers and told me that they would come up the road but instead of doing that, they just left and put a note on the system that person was not home and they left a card!!! Having called the company, they had told me they do not stop on red routes which is understandable however, literally out side my main door is bus lanes which have loading and unloading bays that allow you at anytime to load and unload and also the corner of my house also has the same loading zone and unloading zone.

I just don't understand, I have never this many issues to deal with for 2 sofas!!! I have been seriously patient so far Thursday 21st July will be the 4th try and if that fails, I will just ask for a refund from Furniture Choice. It came down to the point of me asking Furniture Choice if they could send it via another courier, whom I was willing to pay for. Unfortunately due to their contract with DX they couldn't send it with anyone.

Will not be ever using this company again!! I will also find out which companies they affiliate with in order to ensure that they can never handle one of my goods again!!! (Will keep you updated once my goods have been delivered) (Original Tracking Number: W0982688 - Not received any other tracking number only time slot emails)

The update: at the moment the time slot went by over 2 hours ago I will be cancelling the order. This is actually shameful and disgusting from this corporation. I am actually in awe at the moment no call or message no email to update. I will be taking this higher up.

4 times to deliver 4 times they have failed. I mean I don't understand what is actually wrong with company. I do not want to go there but this is now a breach of the Consumers Act 2015 ("Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.") I will absolutely taking this up further it seems that this company is so busy that they do not care about customers. I hope the CEO of DX Delivery sees this review!

I will try everything in my power to show what type of company this is in the publics eye. No wonder most people and companies decide to use their competitors i.e Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri. I will never use this company again, the saddest thing is the infrastructure and how this company is run. Imagine trying to get through to someone only to find out no updates can be given, because things can be scanned, misplaced, not delivered, damaged the list goes on.

Update 2: I’ve called Furniture Choice who told me they couldn’t deliver it today and that it had been booked for Sunday. The lady over the phone was confused as she was saying, “They don’t deliver on Sundays”. I have cancelled the order and they completely understood and were shocked that I’ve had to go through this and will be discussing it with DX during their weekly or monthly meetings. She didn’t understand how no one has been in contact and didn’t even make them aware that the delivery date had changed.

I hope everyone looks at this, this is the type of service DX Delivery have with not only customers but the companies they work with. I mean instead of showing parcels, lorries and vans on your website change the motto to, “use another courier because if you use us we won’t give your goods”. Please avoid at all cost as unless you want to be given the run around.

Just to end this off, what a shame honestly

Driver "George" took a photo of my front door and ran away without neither dropping the card that DX says he did, nor delivering, whilst I was inside working at my PC with DIRECT SIGHT to my front door and waiting for either a knock or the doorbell to ring. Now I have to book time off AGAIN as well as be unable to fit the ordered parts as I required. Called DX, which, of course, will not tell the driver to pass by to correct HIS mistake/bad service. I will also fill a Google review with this feedback. I am fuming, DXDelivery service is appalling!

This my first experience with DX as couriers and I must say all the previous comments below giving one star shouldn’t be allowed in the case of DX because that is over rating them. My experience mirrors all those comments below shoddy communication, failed deliveries, wasted time etc I did note on trustpilot DX gained 5 star ratings which really puzzled me. I have redirected delivery for the second time to Tuesday I did think writing these reviews before delivery could cause DX to be complacent about my delivery but that’s happened anyway so nothing to lose I just wish companies checked the reviews for the couriers they use and then changed to a courier who can do a better job not difficult in this case.

DX is utterly useless. My item should have arrived on Thursday 23rd, it didn't, email arrived Friday am saying it woud definitely be delivered that day between 8am - 6pm, it never arrived. Tried to contact them - recorded message, don't deliver on Saturdays. Unbelievable - you can't shift our way on Saturdays due to the amount of Delivery vans bombing around - DX excepted! If and when they actually deliver it they can take it back from whence it came as I needed it urgently and have had to buy an emergency replacement. No doubt my argument will now be with the Company I bought from on ebay. Like someone else here has said, Companies should check and ensure they use reliable couriers.

My delivery was due today on the 13 of October didn't get notified when it would even turn up today it wasn't until after they decided to send me a email saying they couldn't deliver as they couldnt enter my flat building even though there is to entrances that are unlocked when I tried to call up I couldn't explain or get a explanation about my delivery only had the option of doing another date

Dreadful service. Must be the worst delivery company in the UK. I ordered goods from B&Q and DX had the job of delivering. They said it would be delivered one day and then nothing again from them. I tried to call and was put around three different people. Not even one star!

I booked a next day delivery with Parcel2go with DX on September the 7th. I was provided with a collection slot from 9am to 5.30pm. I had someone waiting all day but no one from DX showed up to collect. No updated information or next date for collection in the system, and no costumer service. I was left to talk in an online chat of Parcel2go where no one would reply for a long time. Finally, someone on the chat offered to rearrange a collection for the 12th, 5 days later!!! I asked for a refund but no proof of that was provided. I ended up failing my delivery deadline and having to book another parcel courier. I got a bad review on eBay and lost 3 days! No refund had reached my account. Please avoid at all costs, just avoid yourself this trouble!

Bought carpet online, company used DXdelivery. After reading all these reviews I was worried there would be problems, they received my package on the Wednesday evening and it was delivered Friday morning by a very helpful man. Cannot fault them!

Reluctant to award any stars apart from star-idiots. This has to be the worst "non-delivery" company in the UK. Lie about attempted deliver. Cannot read simple instructions. Damage your goods in transit. Next day = next week ( if you are lucky)

not even one star, That's totally unexpected services from DX sides, my units right on roads, and DX driver don't bother to stop at all, i can upload CCTVs images how fast he drove van on 30 miles roads with 50 miles speed and put note my address unallocated can't find it, shame, From Royal mail, DHL, UK mail, UPS daily delivered my parcels and picked up and just DX can't find & delivered,

Avoid using this courier , they lose or steal peoples parcels. We had our parcel collected over a week ago and it has not yet been delivered and they have failed to give any updates regarding our parcel. Disgusting service.

WARNING; do not deal with this courier company. Parcel was scheduled for Friday 2nd October with text message saying out for delivery and giving drivers name. Waited all day and tried to phone DX or speak via live chat (not working) and was cut off on automated menu phone once I had entered the tracking no and my postcode. Ended up having to answer NO to "is that the right tracking number" to get through to a human and then transferred again to someone else. Parcel never arrived and they told me drivers to not phone customers if they can't find an address. Out for delivery today and the tracking map gave wrong location for delivery but I could see where about the courier was (although not accurate) Had to phone DX again by saying "NO" to is that the right tracking number to be able to speak to a person. Told them the map showed wrong location and asked them to update their driver .......so eventually my parcel has just arrived. I asked driver (who was the same driver who should have delivered Friday) why he couldn't find our address which is the reason I was given by DX for non-delivery on Friday. He told me he wasn't working that day so conclude also that this company makes up a complete fabrication as it was never going to arrive Friday. Appalling service and a company you cannot get hold of easily by phone or non existent live chat. I felt sorry for the driver who was very pleasant and assume this company just rely on poorly paying couriers who are not always available to deliver. My advice for any companies using DX for deliveries, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE or you will have very disappointed and unhappy customers.

Utter rubish service, tracking says delivery attempted and card left, absolute bull**t! Arranged redelivery 2 days later got message at midday saying they’re unable to redeliver that day so arrange another day and received message at midday again saying that they haven’t got time to deliver. They should Get locked in cell for this freelance knocking of people CUN*’S

I had booked a collection for a return to an online shop with DX, and was given a timeframe between 9am and 5pm, meaning I had to take annual leave and was unable to leave the house all day. Unfortunately DX did not show up; another collection date was arranged and I called the day before to confirm, but despite this it was another no show. In the meantime all of my emails had been ignored, so I got the online retailer I tried to return an item to arranged another date for me, only for DX to not show up for the third time. I have sent several emails, and DX have not been in touch to either apologise, offer an explanation or offer another date for finally fulfilling the service I have already paid for and on which I already wasted three full days. Steer well clear.

Male driver was verbally abusive to a female employee when she challenged him for parking in an unauthorised area on site. He shouted at her, caused a huge disruption to the business, started throwing things around and then stated he wasnt going to deliver the parcels. He refused to give his name. Have tried to ring the company and they dont want to know either....be very careful if you are a female recipient. Having read some of the below reviews, this doesnt appear to be an isolated incident.

I was given a delivery slot of between 10am and 2pm on a Saturday. The driver attempted at 9:23, whilst I was in the shower and couldn't get to the intercom in time. He didn't try calling my phone and didn't leave a calling card. Either come at the scheduled time or reattempt at the scheduled time. DON'T COME OUTSIDE OF THE SCHEDULED HOURS, MAKE A 15 SECOND, HALF-ARSED ATTEMPT, THEN SAY IT WAS UNDELIVERABLE!!! ALSO NO ACTUAL HUMANS TO CALL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. DESERVE LESS THAN 1 STAR, - 10 STARS! DIDN'T RECEIVE!! WORST DELIVERY COMPANY, AVOID!!

I have been told my delivery would be delivered on 3 separate occasions. The first the driver did not knock on the door! and drove away. Tue second time my item was due to delivered but was not located on the warehouse! The third occasion the delivery has not arrived again! no phone call no explanation.

Arghhhhhh, purchased 5 rolls of insulation 4th May from Homebase, paid for delivery - assured its 5 days. Hmmm. Got a text on the 14th saying its in DX depot please wait for a delivery slot..emailed, web messaged and even tried to phone. NOTHING. Now here is the crazy thing, Screwfix can deliver next day, I really wish I had bought my stuff from them. I would Avoid this tin pot company, even i these strange times they have all the signs of a fly by night operator.

DX plan delivery of your FCO item ref 1232251372 by 05 Feb 2020 between 14:00 and 18:00. Signature required. Track or rebook at www.dxdelivery.com This delivery should be signed and the company didn’t deliver my document, but they said they did deliver to my address. My document went missing. On 19th February a builder came to my flat with my parcel, which was a very important document. The builder said that he was working in the place that my document was delivered and that nobody leaves there for a long time. He found my document there and kindly hand them to me. DX has not even apologised when I sent a picture of my parcel. Avoid this company if you can.
