Easy to use. I appreciated the detailed instructions. That being said, we did not save much money in shipping costs. The vendor was going to charge $68. We paid the vendor $20 shipping to Stackry and we paid $41.33 to ship to Canada vis Stackry for a total of $61.33. We saved $6.67 and had to spend time entering information on your website. We will use your service again, especially when a vendor will not ship to Canada directly. Thank you for your service.

I have used Stackry multiple times, and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a way to ship products from America. Their customer service is excellent, and they're always available on the online chat when I need them. Every person I have spoken to is very friendly, and is definitely one of the main reasons that I will always use them. They have competitive prices, compared to other mail forwarding providers that I have used, and their website is very user friendly.

This was my first experience. I found the people (Veronica, Gwen and Ryan) who I spoke with very friendly, professional and helpful. My only complaint is about the consolidation email. It lacked directions for me to go to my account dashboard to finalize shipping. My package sat in your warehouse for another 2 days before it was shipped. Luckily I did not incur any storage fees. But overall I would use your service again. Thank you.

Managing of packages online was easy and organised. However I had so much trouble getting in touch with your customer service. The chat system your company uses seem inefficient. Every time I switch to another page because your representatives take so long to respond, the chat is reset to a new chat. My long request that I typed is all gone. I did this 5 times; plus I sent an email to support and got no response yet12 hours later. Thankfully I figured it out myself.

Hi, us living in a country that's difficult to send packages to, this is a great service. From the sign up for an active account, receiving, consolidation - the service and feedback is exceptional well organised and communicated, the pricing structure with options is great add on! I'm really glad that I found your services and overall process is good. I found myself lost sometimes because it is my first time and didn't find proper guidance during the different processes (that could be improved, I had to google most of the information needed). Also, a little easier to contact a human assistant may be good. I had problems selecting a shipping provider. Refreshing the page, disconnects the chat and there's no way to re-connect again to the assistant. THANK YOU!

I've been a customer for around 5 years now and I can only say great things about their service. What I value more is that they offer a nice variety of courier services and that they revise the incoming parcels very carefully. I receive many items that are intended for collectors and there's none of that box-cutter-frenzy I had to run away from when using other forwarding services. Awesome, well-rounded service so far!

There were multiple errors preventing me from creating and then sending my shipment. Apparently the system doesn't like non-latin characters in client personal data, which was the reason for the errors to pop up. But the support staff was very helpful and responsive, so in the end everything worked out. I hope next time I want to send something through Stackry the things will go smoother.

I only ever export 'Printed Papers' which do not incur any taxes or fees when importing to the UK, however, on the past 2 occasions (and one prior to that) taxes/fees have been applied when the package has arrived in the UK. Maybe an issue with thr parcel company, but not one that I have had receiving comics from anywhere else in the states. I assume that the parcels are not marked accordingly?

Issues with consolidation, some of my nutritional products were deemed Hazmat by the Stackry team, yet occasionally I have shipped same type of products, nutritional supplements and they were not deemed Hazmat . Such a waste of time and money. Very Dissapointed in this whole process, now I have to return several products back to my company.

Hi. I'm from Canada. And I use Stackry USA address to ship my items and back to Canada. They have the best customer service. I called them ~6 times and they always were very helpful and they always answered my questions. They are very professional. I mostly chat with Veronica. And she is a very polite, knowledge sweetheart. Thank you Stackry for excellent service. For sure I will recommend you to my Canadian family & friends

Very good experience stackry is very easy to use and packages consolidation took less than a day. Still didn't receive by shipment yet at the time am writing this review. One thing still am not clear regarding the shipping weight from the merchant comparing with the weight of this same product with stackry, there is a different. Gwen from support was helpful and responsive.

Over all... still seems trustworthy. Customer service did a good job. Confused about weight. Different numbers from shop to Stackry to billable dimensions on Stackry. Three issues with mobile app: - Views do not fit screensize. - Chat with customer services restarts if I switch to full screen or if I click an image. After that the chat is reset and everything is gone. - After clicking "Next" to choose payment it froze. Never recovered. So I had to finish the order on a desktop computer.

Unbelievably good service. Easy to use website just sign up, send items to your locker address and you are good to go. Packages that have arrived at your locker are listed under packages alongside their source origin. Shipping prices are reasonable with many reliable shipping services available like DHL and FedEx. Consolidation can take longer than expected however. If for some reason your $10 referral credit doesn't go through just call Stackry and they will sort it out for you!

It's been really easy to use the website - excited to get my parcel. Not sure how customs will be in touch with me from the UK - I've been wanting these shoes ever since I saw a country star on tour in the UK well over a year ago and fell in love with them, couldn't find a UK supplier - the saw a pair in the sale in the US! Really happy your service exists and that it's affordable! It's the first time I've used a service like this.

So far, the instructions have been pretty clear. As a first-time user, I really appreciate it! However, I wasn't able to edit the dimensional weight, which said 0 and made me a bit nervous because of course it's not 0. I wish there was a small note or something like that next to things which states that Stackry inputs the numbers and we can't change them, versus what info is up to us to add. Thank you!
