THE WORST SERVICE EVER // THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME TO USE // I WANT MY ORDERS OR PAY ME BACK // A REAL SCAM // SEND ME MY ORDERS OR PAY ME BACK

You charge people money to pay, and when they pay, they even include inssurance in case and when you deliver their orders is not even the half of the shipment!!!!
You just empty the parcels and you tell people that you are treating the problem, but in fact nothings comes out of it.

Amazon delivered you my ordersto your Address and i paid everything you asked me to for all my shipments but instead, you only sent a very small box that it doesnt even include all what was sent with 1 tracking numberl!!!!

So not even you steal people Money but you also lose their orders, and you dont communicate in case to solve the problem by muting everything.

I WANT MY ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR ADRESS BUT YOU NEVER SENT OR YOU PAY ME BACK

Hello! I I used the services of this company to deliver the goods to Russia. The company is situated in the state Delaware. You are given an adress where do your purchases come from. The goods can be in stock for 180 days for free. It is very comfortable. All very quickly. I mean the assembly of the package and shipping. The package was sent 27.12.2019 and 11.01.2020 it was in delivery service in Russia. I absolutely delighted! And there is no hidden fees. Everything clear!

Fishisfast is by far the best parcel forwarding service. Their service is incredibly speedy and by far the best option compared to Shipito or MyUS etc. I found that other parcel forwarding services charge way too much money for what they give and in the past other services have stolen my parcels countless times. I have used fishisfast multiple times and every time the service has always been incredible!! On top of that, their customer service is amazing!!

They'll literally LIE to you and STEAL your items! I paid for a shipment that ended up being returned to them (their fault). I had no choice but to open a dispute on Paypal, they immediately blocked my account, but said I could still have the remaining items in the warehouse shipped. It was a LIE! After a while, they said they wouldn't ship them, just stopped answering my messages and STOLE all my stuff. I can proof everything I'm saying. Check the other reviews complaining about IDENTICAL ISSUES. Do yourself a favor and USE INSTEAD MYUS, SHIPITO or any other forwarding service!

Greetings,, I would like to say FISHISFAST is the best company that ship and collect from United State to the middle east exactly Saudi Arabia,I've tried them for more than 4 shipments every thing was perfect and on time and I never face any difficulty, easy to use and very good customer services. I've been a loyal fishisafst customer for many years. Until i lost two packages in the strangest way ever. I supespect that it was stolen. I contacted the customer service many time regarding these shipments and they were completely IGNORATNS.. unfortunately that suspecious act led me to never deliver any shipment to them again.. they lost my trust.

They are one of the best companies in shipping forwarding. I tried multiple companies in the past years and I always face multiple issues either slow registration of shipments , slow support or unclear process. I been dealing with FishIsFast for years now and I can say it was a good decision to continue with them. The only side to this review is their prices and calculating the shipment by dimensional weight and not true weight which I hope they will solve these 2 issues.

fisfisfast ff - is bad company services Horrible service very bad service and team work i am trying to get contact for manager or mail but they are not giving me i ordered 5 items from amazon and e-bay. in my locker there is only 4 pictures> where is the fifth one. long time i am massaging them no clear answer i gave them all the information really really very bad support Nihal Fishisfast profile Fishisfast khadija profile khadija these 3 person must be fired, they never respond properly. i do not know.. is it because of English language problem or they do not understand (mental problem) or they are not serious) i gave them all information. every time they ask me sounds they want me to do their work they keep asking me question but never answer my question. Also photos they attached in the locker fuzzy and not clear. may be this last time i deal with ur company

I love FishIsFast and I'm so glad that I got to shop and ship with them! The whole experience was amazing and I have no regrets whatsoever ... they protect your package like if you paid a billion dollar for it! I ordered Makeup, clothes, and food!! just to test the company and I'm so pleased to tell you that they arrive in excellent conditions .. love you .. keep up the good work and I wish you all the best.

DON'T TRUST THEM AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE I wish I had read all the reviews before I registered to their website I made an account with this fraudulent criminals people I surprised after buying so many parcels for the first time when my stuffs arrived their address and immediately they closed my account without any reason Those people in Fishisfast are literally thieves and ganges. They randomly accuse me, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, that I have violated their policy, take into account this is the right the thieves do when they want to steal the goods and committing fraudulent activity. Please everybody take care don't enjoy this company and don't think to deal with them whatsoever, this is very bad company i ever seen in the world Be careful Once again don't ship your stuffs to theses thieves Don't trust them. all the good reviews you see here are FAKE.

They change their policies without notice, they used to unpack my shipments for free, and now they are charging me retroactively for all the shipments that were already shipped from years ago, they apparently have problems in their invoicing system and a huge ones. How to request to retroactively pay for services provided, they should have requested the payment one the shipment was ordered. Finally, their support staff have bad communication skills and they don't reply in a timely fashion. I am never going to deal with them again.

Pros They seem cheaper, and are vs myus or stackry Photos of every parcel that arrives free of charge, with details like size of box available Service representative answers fast, via chat Cons It's not clear in the beggining, but credit card payment is not automatically activated, you have to contact a service representative, give them your credit card details (minus numbers on card), then after they activate, you need to go to their panel request again activation, they'll charge for verification purposes, then you need to tell the system how much they've charged, and oooonly then do you have the option to pay via credit card. It takes FOREVER. and it makes absolutely no sense at all....... And in the meantime, if you've purchased something and have it in your basket, if you exceed 7 days after consolidation, they'll charge you 2 usd a day..... so make sure you activate BEFORE you buy, otherwise you might be in for a surprise!
