I called toll free number because I wanted to make sure same day shipping out and also I wanted 2nd day air shipping. The lady that I talked told me the phone order can not do 2nd day air shipping. However she told me to order through their web, so I can request 2nd day air shipping. Also she asked me to call her back after I made web order, so she can make sure the shipment will go out same day. And I did. I appreciate this kind of service.

We ordered a kids table and chair set and received one completely different from the one pictured/described. I emailed them for a Return Authorization, didn't hear back. Emailed again, finally they said that I could return it (only because it was unopened and purchased directly from their site instead of through Amazon, and at our shipping cost, despite it being their error) for a full refund. So I did, and I got shipping confirmation. They received it Oct 26, 2007. At this point our credit card has STILL not been refunded, and I haven't heard from them again despite repeated emails. So because THEY sent us the wrong table (or had the wrong description up - the one they sent wasn't even listed as being available!), WE are now out the money for the table, and shipping to us and back to them!! And they refuse to even return emails or phone calls!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH ORANGEONIONS!!!

I bought the Farberwaare 12' Non-Stick Diecast Electric Skillet and the George Foreman Side-by-Side Grill & Griddle for my husband, who enjoys trying his hand at cooking new recipes often. Both of us were totally impressed with the quality of these products. And, the sale price was terrific too. We look forward to doing business with OrangeOnions again and again. Thank you.

How sad one of my little girl's will be tomorrow morning when they run in for Christmas & one of them gets the pretty princess rocking chair they both asked for & the other one gets this green & pink tea kettle chair!!! We ordered two Princess Deluxe Rocking Chair by Guidecraft...We got the boxes in earlier this week & like most people waited until Christmas Eve to unpack everything to put them together. How unfortunate!!! Will never do busines with a company that can't even ship two of the same items...& to top it off, the one princess chair had a big crack in the arm!!!

Ordered an item from Orange Onions via Amazonn on December 4th. The item was shipped and arrived, but it was the WRONG item. I called, they said they cancelled the order and that FedEx would be coming the next day to pick up the incorrect item. In a few days, FedEx had not come and I got ANOTHER item from Orange Onions that was the same WRONG item. Finally got those packages sent back to them and a few days later, I get a phone call from a random person in a totally different state that said she got two random packages sent to her home, from Orange Onions, and that my name was on the packing slip! All of my personal information was on this packing slip, and I didn't even order anything else from Orange Onions! I will NEVER order from them again. Be warned!

They took my money on the Dec the 14 and on the 15 sent me an email that the box was shipped today on the 23 I find out that the box has not been shipped and there is nothing i can do about it. That is five nieces and nephews that will not be getting a present this year

Ordered a "NEW" Tassimo single-serve coffee maker for a Christmas present for my daughter. While the shipping was extremely fast, the coffee maker arrived and is in obviously very used condition--wear marks, scratches, the whole shebang. Was not even in the original box for that particular model and the bar codes on the box had white labels added over them. Needless to say, I can't get Orange Onions to respond by email or telephone to return the damn thing and get my money back. If I had wanted a used coffee maker, I could have bought one locally on craigslist and saved the shipping cost. Their ad clearly stated this was a "new" item and it was so obviously not. They will not get my business again--obviously a shady business.

I was very hesitatnt to buy from them on Ebay since their rating was so low (I'm a buyer and seller on there). I ordered a remote control airplane that arrived within 6 days of payment. I received a confirmation of purchase email, then a shipping one, then a delivery one. Item was packed perfectly and was exactly what was ordered. Did I mention I paid 60% less for this than I could at stores or other Ebay shops. This was one of my best purchases ever. So much so I went back tonight on my sellers profile and bought another item. Hope this one goes just as well.

The item was shipped at cost within 24 hours of placing the order via FedEx ground, with a concomitant e-mail providing necessary tracking info. My HTIB arrived the NEXT DAY! this is my second time ordering from Orange Onions in the past month. Wonderful selection and prices are awesome. Its like going to a big lots without the drive. Had an issue with shipping and called Kathy in customer service whom was a delight to speak with. Thank you Orange Onions -- I will be back again.

Ordered on Dec 13, 2010, got tracking number on Dec 15. And today is Jan 12, 2011, and the order has not even been dropped off to USPS. Emailed customer service on Dec 28, 2010, and they responded by saying it takes upto 3 weeks for order to arrive. So waited until Jan 7, no package. So I sent them another email, no response. Another email next day, no response. Called their customer service number, no response. This is my first order with OrangeOnion, and it is going to be the last one.

I quickly and easily found One Stroke FolkArt brushes and paint from the OrangeOnions website. The product was accurately described. It shipped and arrived on-time, well-packed and in excellent shape. Thank you OrangeOnions. I will use them in the future.

I am a frequent buyer with orangeonion. My experience has been consistently excellent! I have recieved courteous service, and prompt delivery. Their products are an excellent value and are packaged well, so that no damage has been experience from the shipping process. I would not hesitate to recommend orangeonion. I ordered an electric frying pan and it took two weeks for the company to ship an item that they said was in stock. I sent two emails to customer service asking when it would be shipped and it took three days to receive a reply. The reply was they think the warehouse was moving and therefore they were not shipping.

I placed an order for Christmas presented on 12/01/10. I did not receive my order until 12/18/10. However, only half of what I ordered was in the package. I attempted to contact customer service but they were closed. I have since sent 2 email contacts to customer service with no feedback to date (1/2/11). I have had to open a dispute with paypal in order to receive a partial refund. I do not recommend them nor will I shop with them again.
