I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio.....I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"....if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not....I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT....they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you....they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment....I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!

Because of the pandemic I had to store my stuff with LoveSpace for more than one year. The whole process on the website was easy and with a good price. The customer service is really efficient, clear and professional. The driver is also really friendly! Yesterday I finally received my five boxes and all the things inside were perfect. I am more than satisfied!

Do not trust this company! They sold me devices that required programming by a “certified professional programmer “, an entity that doesn’t exist in Ontario. When I requested Return Authorization, the owner cut off all communication with me. Their website promises a 14 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy but I discovered that many individuals had the same experience I had. Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and their online “chat” function is ignored if you are someone requesting a return. Do yourself a favour and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable dealer that actually knows what customer service and honesty are. This company only wants to take your money and then ignore you.

I found a bunch of gift cards on CardCash.com for orders I was making with 2 online retailers at a very good discount. My order was canceled for "suspected fraud." After checking with my bank that there was no problem with using my card, I resubmitted the order. Again it was canceled. I sent an email to CardCash asking for some help in purchasing. I received a response in which the csr apologized, said not to take it personally (really? why would I?), and that "it is probably some silly misunderstanding." I see nothing silly about this. I waited a few days and resubmitted my order. Once again it was canceled for suspected fraud. I decided to resubmit my order using my PayPal account, but again it was canceled. I then called CardCash support, and the agent said that she was sorry this had happened, but there is no way to override the CardCash fraud sniffing program. I was trying to purchase more than $500 of cards, and because of this issue, they lost a sale. I'm guessing in the big scheme of things, this is unimportant to CardCash. Never again!

I ordered ICI steps from Suspension connection on Thursday, the order was supposed to ship Monday but did not, Tues I got a tracking number for Friday delivery, late in the day the shipment was cancelled by ICI I called Suspension connection and Caitlin was very nice and helpful but had trouble getting info from ICI about the drop ship order. Tuesday she found out that the order was cancelled because they put the wrong brackets in the box, WED. nothing happened. Thurs. I was informed that neither ICI nor suspension would do anything to help make up for the mistake by expediting the order. I finally got a new tracking number but my order is not expected to arrive until next Tues. and they are only 3 shipping days away form me. I am not used to dealing with companies do not step up and do the right thing to make up for a mistake that causes a delay. Caitlin was great but management would not allow her to do her job and actually help the customer. Like the other review here says, If you like dealing with companies that do not care about you and have a lot of time to waste, these are the people to deal with. LOL

The product came late but I expected it to be late so that's not a big bother to me. There isnt much information when tracking the parcel so I had a bit of anxiety while waiting. The good thing about it is that, the product that I received was genuine and was packed well and the price was the cheapest among the others online. So I would say it was worth it. Will look into buying another item again here. We will see.

Bought a remanufactured motor with engine installation kit. Got the motor but had to call again to remind them of the engine installation kit or they might not have ever sent it. Then, half the stuff in the engine installation kit were the wrong parts (oil pan gasket, front crank seal, oil filter, belt etc. all wrong parts). Had to re-buy them again not to mention the waste of time in finding out that parts were wrong and did not fit – what a nightmare. Called their support one time only to find out their support person is also their warranty person and while he may know the warranty stuff he did not know engines so of course received the wrong/bad information (needless to say I never call their support again although I did try one time to email their support and I am still waiting for a reply). The first sales person I spoke with got mad when I asked a couple of questions like what comes on the long block and how long will it take to receive the motor. Should have walked away right then. My only concern besides the wasted money in having to re-buy those installation parts is that I also bought the 7-year warranty. I hope I never have to use it but if I do, I now have concerns if they will honor it or what other nightmare I will have to go through in dealing with them. Wish I would have chosen another company.

I bought a reman 5.7 chevy engine from PP they sent the wrong engine for a 4x4 not even 3 months later it started to missfire on cylinder's 1 -2 -4 no 2. 65psi.no 4 80 psi. They only pay $75 per hour labor and the cheapest shop is $110. They refuse to pay anything if you do the work yourself. They leave me no choice but to replace the engine myself and then enter into litigation.

This company is not responsive and not trustworthy. Since weeks/month no feedback, I try to get back my money as the way they want cusomers to proof an identity is dubious. I transferred money to opened an account (believing it was bitcoin!), then they tried unsafe things and I rejected. I do not have access to my money, they do not transfer back, even worse - I haven't got anything or orderred any. They don't reply to emails nor answer their phone. Phone number on this webpage ends on a voicemail "this voicemail is full", the chat is nice but no serious response. They promise to call back but NOTHING happening. The money seems lost in this company. I warn you to use this webpage and services as ther is NO service behind... Lost money, haven't get back my money at all.

Please do NOT use this Company. As many other reviewers have also said. I placed my order on the 3 May. Money was taken and I waited and waited and waited! Finally 25 days later one box arrived (part of my £88.00 order). This was a box of battered Busy Lizzies, 1 was missing, two dead, others not far from dead and a few tiny but alive. They were bone dry and flung out of their containers. No sign or word of the rest of the order. I have tried phoning with no reply and have emailed requesting cancellation and refund and no surprise completely ignored! I wish I had checked the reviews first, no way would I use You Garden!!

Having sent many thousands of parcels over the years through them, I have stopped using them due to their asking for additional payments AFTER parcels have been delivered! A lot of the parcels I sent through them were for UK deliveries by Hermes, along with non-UK deliveries by other couriers. From 2017, I started receiving demands for extra payment for some Hermes UK deliveries, on the ground of under-declared measurements or weights of the parcels. Typically, no specifics would be provided as to how the under-declarations were arrived at, but just the amount to be paid, along with an administration charge. I sell only HP print cartridges on eBay, the measurements and weights of all my items can easily be verified by identifying the product sold per the eBay listing, and the specification shown on the HP web site. When this happened, I simply provided them with the said information, and they would waive the charges demanded claiming it was a goodwill gesture to a very loyal customer. I have hence NEVER paid even one of such! Yet, such demands have become more frequent in 2019. Having to provide the details to counter their demands were time consuming and very annoying. I have therefore decided to switch ALL the Hermes UK deliveries from October 2019 to eBay, and to Hermes directly as well. Eight months and hundreds of parcels later, there was NOT A SINGLE DEMAND of under-declared measurements/weight from either eBay or Hermes. In the meantime, I kept using parcel2go.com for my UK non-Hermes as well as foreign deliveries, until yet another demand for a Fedex delivery to Australia in March was received in April, weeks AFTER tracking showed the parcel was delivered. Up till then, I had never doubted parcel2go.com, and thought it was simply Hermes’ mistake for all the previous demands. Using the tracking number, I phoned Fedex, and was told by their customer service agent had there been an issue with the measurements/weight being underdeclared, the delivery would have been withheld until the underpayment was made! I then started looking up online to see if other people had similar experience, and found to my amazement the numerous complaints about this practice by parcel2go.com. Google 'Parcel2go Extra Payment' to see for yourself! When I challenged parcel2go.com to come up with the calculations of how the additional payments was arrived at, they wrote back to ask me to provide information to prove that my parcel was correctly declared, or have the recipient to send a photo showing the actual size of the parcel, despite it having been delivered weeks ago! As I was furious by their having abused my trust in them over the years, I insisted that this time, THEY would have to come up with the proofs to support their claim. Two months have since passed, and they have still not replied so I think I have given them enough time, even under this pandemic situation, to come clean on this. DO NOT add funds to their prepay account as the amount of any such claims would be frozen until settled.

We had a large porch installed, overall the work was good and we are happy with the porch however since completion and payment they have have refused to provide the promised 10-year guarantee. Left many messages over the last couple of months but they ignore them. Ok work, but as soon as they have the money, they are not interested so don't expect anything from them if something goes wrong after the work is done. Search for other reviews, they are known for doing this.

Excellent service ordered 2pm Friday , delivered 11:00 the next day Ordered a BBQ so there was a lot riding on the delivery getting there. Arrived early the next day All built and cooking on it on time for guests arrival. Excellent product. Delivery team even put it agg tv tip of the Garden for me so as I didn’t have to struggle to get box out into the Garden. Superb service highly recommended.

Good products at a decent price but Customer service needs help in product knowledge and they need more people answering the phone. I ordered a scope ring pic rail mount that they suggested and it did not have enough clearance. I had to return it and pay for shipping. Then I tried to cancel an order and I was on hold for over an hour and then the phone disconnected and I called back and the message was they were closed. I called the next morning to try again and it took over 40 minutes to speak to someone. They said I had to pay a $17 UPS cancellation fee or refuse the item and still get charged a $17 fee. Just making sure you need it before you purchase it and look at other online stores with free shipping and returns. Also be ready to be on hold for at least 30 minutes or more.

This is the third time I've used TG Express to send packages abroad and each time they have been excellent in dealing with some niggly customs issues. Always friendly and helpful. I was previously using another cheaper agent who were ok as long as everything went smoothly but were suddenly uncontactable and of no help when there was a problem. So a lesson learned. I'll keep it short, because no-one likes reading long reviews. !4 days ago I took a parcel bound for Australia to the Post Office, cheapest price £68 and 42 days sea-bound delivery. Found Transglobal online the same day, quoted £30, followed all their instructions, package picked up by DPD, delivered to their Feltham depot, and onwards to Oz. It arrived today, 10 working days, less than half P.O. price. Incredibly helpful customer service, would highly recommend. I'm 70 years old, not too pc literate, if I can do it anyone can Thank you Transglobal will use again.

We ordered a fridge last Wednesday and it finally arrived yesterday (Monday). Left it for 12 hours as instructed and turned it on late last night. This morning we found it was running hot rather than cold. Rang for an engineer really early this morning. Waited and waited for a response. Chased twice and finally told can't get an engineer out yet - maybe tomorrow. So I asked for a replacement fridge and was told they would have to raise a new order and I would have to wait days!!!! Apparently because I ordered the fridge last week and am only just letting them know now it doesn't work we are not entitled to a replacement and the fact that they are offering one means they are going over and above.

Haven't had this bad of customer service in a long time. They have a display with cases of Monster already opened that I used to pick from because I can't have cold drinks. They older guy behind the counter literally yelled from the counter that I can't get them from there and I have to put them back and get them from the refrigerator in front of everyone and everyone heard him. There are no signs saying you can't pick them up from there and there are already open cases sitting there. I'm never coming back to this 7-eleven again. Was once my favorite store but not anymore. Been a long time since I've been disrespected like that.

I submitted the address correctly and I have proof! Dashvape tells me the shipper made the mistake and when I call the shipper they tell me that they arent responsible either. My package has been sitting for approx 8 days going nowhere. I paid 15$ for shipping and not only I havent received it but the dash vape refuses to issue a refund despitd having the package at the hands of Canpar. How is it my fault? They provided no solution or resolution. I'm gonna order from Bargain Ejuice next time(when they made a mistake not only theu issued a refund but also sent out another package for free without me having to beg for anything). Dashvape will simply clean their hands as soon as they ship your order DESPITE their making mistakes. So they saved 40$. Was it really worth losing 100$ worth of revenue each month? Buyer beware! If ANYTHING goes wrong they will treat your order like trash

It took a couple of months but curtains and bath found me the two panels needed from the distributor, but I couldn't complete my curtains with the sand color Valance. Web site sucks but it's gonna truly be a loss to see Ann & hope go it's been a community store here in cumberland I remember waiting on the carriages to come up and go down the escalator this was one of my grandma's favorite places to shop before she passed I got my first named brand sneakers there when I was a kid and most my cassette tapes and my school clothes and know I go here know and then for odd things truly a loss for the community would have been a great place for high schooler kids to work there if they would higher them!!!!

I saw Ads at online and ordered 10 boxes disposable globe ($30.00 & $10.28 s&p) they shipped 1 box and 9 box will ship in 2-3 weeks but 4 weeks later they canceled my order without any notice or explain and refund only $27.00 I called but hold phone 10-15 minutes nobody answer it is not about money I opened case at Paypal But they don't do anything beware I guess they are scammer they don't have no stock and maybe no warewhouse

I don't think they stock anything, and they don't let you know your order is out of stock or any idea of a ship date. Last order took 5 weeks and showed up piece by piece. Have given one more chance and this is it. They won't even answer the phone to update status. Don't waste your time.

I'm not sure what the below 2 reviews had issues with, but from my experience with reliable paper, I can't say anything but nice things. I have literally placed dozens of orders with them, an average of atleast 1 a month... and had one issue with an item being out of stock. They notified me right away and asked if I wanted to wait for the backorder or if I wanted a refund. All my orders get to me within 1 - 2 days and their shipping charges are cheaper than the other sites I have shopped for similar products. Seems to me like the 2 complaints are from people who think everyone should drop everything and cater to their needs... I deal with whiny brats like that in my industry too, just some people you can never please.

What a scam. I ordered and was charged for a product, but after a month they still hadn't shipped it because it was "out of stock" (despite their website continuing to report that the item was in stock). I canceled my order and then looked at reviews online to realize that many others have had the same experience. Stay away from this site!

This company refuses to replace a table they delivered with the top on backwards. When I notified customer served after being on hold for more thank 30 min, they asked for pics. The rep sent me an email and said they would give me $70 to get it fixed by a technician of my choice. Who does business this way? I paid for white glove assembly and delivery which they failed to do. I asked to return it. Please see the pic with their response. Stay away the BBB has many more complaints about this constant and their business practices.

I was looking to replace tires for my lawn mower and found that many other online retailers showed added so much for shipping charges that the delivered cost of the tires was very high. SimpleTire offered a good selection at equally low prices but offered free shipping as well making them the obvious choice. They shipped quickly and I received them within 2 days which was much faster than expected and a lot quicker than other advertised delivery times from other online retailers. I ordered two track lights, gave the sales rep (who shall go nameless, 4 letters, starts with a D) the number of the one I needed to replace. She then sent fixtures that didn't fit the track. (Company handled the return and credit very well.) Three months, several photos and many calls later, I spoke to a different rep, Brian, who seemed to find the proper fixture within two minutes. They're on order. We'll see, but I'm hopeful.

I found some Mizuno shoes on The Clymb recently and they were over 50 percent off, so I bought them. I have had the older version of the same shoe for a long time, so I needed a new pair, and I knew which size. If you don't know your shoe size, I would recommend going to a store to try the shoes on before ordering from The Clymb since they may run out of the correct size for you if you order the wrong size and then try to exchange shoes. Their sales do not last long, so you kind of have to snatch up the sales that you find, because they have limited quantities. However, if you are looking for great deals on expensive outdoor/athletic wear, this is the place to look. My order took from The Clymb took only 2 days to ship and then it took 4 business days to get to my house. It isn't the fastest shipping, but it was free because of a deal that they had when I ordered. I was totally satisfied when I got them. The Clymb had also added a couple of coupons and samples of a variety of things in the shipment, which was a pleasant surprise. If I need to order some outdoor gear, then I will probably use The Clymb again. I recommend buying from The Clymb if you like deals and you don't mind spending a while looking.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SHIPMENT TO GET HERE! Every time I order directly from ToolOrbit it takes too long to deliver. On this particular order the parts were damaged. I sent an email with pictures and didn't get any response!! Not even a sorry!! I placed an order thru Amazon and Amazon ordered it thru ToolOrbit! That made me worry, "oh no! I'm not going to get my order for a few months and I need it right away!" But it was delivered in a timely matter. Why is it when I order thru Amazon it delivers it alot faster? Not sure if I will ever order thru ToolOrbit again.

There needs to be a way to check the status of an order. The links in emails send you to an oracle sign in page and does not allow you to sign in. I will also say that I think the web page could use an update so that if you sign in that you should be able to see the status of your order and not just be able to place another order. If you click on the link on the web page to check your order it takes you to the same Oracle link that doesn't work. We had a problem with the order being sent but not scanned into the UPS system after we paid for next day air shipping for a client ($60+). I managed to get the situation resolved with the folks at Livewire but we were not able to install the needed part as originally planned due to the part not arriving on time. This made our client unhappy with us. I will say that Livewire did find and resolve the problem with the shipping on the original order. They also sent us out another of the same part at no charge which arrived 2 days before the original shipment showed up (it took 4 days to get to us) to ensure that we could satisfy our client's needs. We returned the original shipment to Livewire when it arrived. I will consider ordering from Livewire again but maybe not for a rush order.

I purchased ink from here previously and had no problem so thought I'd make another purchase. This time is a completely different story. I placed an order on Aug 29. USPS received notice of item to be shipped on Aug 31. Company site says ink was shipped on Sept 2. Today is Sept 28 and still no ink! I have sent multiple emails and messages with no reply. My payment was also processed on Aug 29. Unfortunately, there is no contact number to be found. That itself should have been a red flag...guess I handed $30.00 over to a scam!!!

We ontvingen 1 koeler ipv 2. De 2e werd later geleverd. Ik moest zelf naar bekers vragen. En op de vraag of jullie papieren bekers hebben wordt niet beantwoord. De chauffeur heeft me daarmee geholpen. Uiteindelijk zijn alle koelers geleverd maar dan kwamen we er pas achter dat er geen dispensers zijn voor de bekers!? Hadden jullie dat ons niet eerder kunnen vertellen of adviseren??? Na n paar dagen zijn de dispensers geleverd, maar ze moeten apart aan de muur worden bevestigd... pfffff moe werden we. Omdat er te weinig tijd is omdat te doen.

We ordered a rug and it was delivered in 2 weeks even though the website said it could take up to 5. Very happy with the prompt delivery, and the quality of the rug. The only complaint I have is when entering my address for delivery via GLS, I was unable to enter my house number so GLS had to contact me for the information. The website should allow me to enter my full address. This was a minor inconvenience, but not a reason to remove any stars.

Installed fine, worked for a day then got a "EC" error. After calling service tech that installed the unit. The issue was a bad flare fitting, which leaked all Freon out. Contacted the Alpine, about defective part, have not heard anything back. But so far after repair, the system has been running well and doing a great job, and is very quiet.

De (reserve)lampen zijn van matige kwailteit, op een lavalamp van 100 euro heb ik al voor 50 euro aan reservelampen gespendeerd. En de prijzen van de reservelampen zijn buiten alle proportie, 14 euro voor een halogeenlampje. Maar goed, het bestellen is makkelijk, de levering is relatief snel, dat is dan de plus kant. Maar het is wel een apart verdienmodel.

Ordered my case on May 30th. I still haven’t received it. I contacted April 22nd(Gave them more than enough time to let them contact me to let me know what had been going on on however never heard anything from them) to ask why I had not received my order. All they said was there was a delay and that it would be shipped in the next 7-10 days. After mentioning that when I purchased it said I would receive in 2-5 days (I have ordered 4 other cases in the past and the latest I received once was like half a month) Kate responded that she will pass on to management. Management never contacted me. I contacted once again informing them I hadn’t heard anything yet. She responded like she was frustrated because I was inquiring about merchandise I paid for.

I have moved my number from Telia to Hallon exactly 7 days ago. I sent them a message at the same time as I placed the order, as I saw when I placed the order that my address was wrong (not matches with Skatteverket's) and there was no way to update it on their web page. They updated the address, said that the sim card was coming to the new address, and this was 4 days ago. The number move finished 3 days ago, and I still do not have a sim card! I sent them another message, and have been waiting for 3 days without a response, even if they state on their page that the waiting time is 1-2 days. Now I'm stuck waiting with no mobile service, already on the fourth day, without an easy way to reach them. Thanks Hallon, great service!
