I ordered a cartridge for my Dell printer. I received a cartridge for a Lexmark. I called to get it replaced and after asking me 4 times what cartridge I received they said they would send the correct cartridge. Over a week later I still had not received my cartridge. I called again and they said they never shipped the new cartridge. They are now going to send me the correct cartridge via US Mail. It will be over three weeks since I placed the order before I get the cartridge. I will never shop from them again.

I made a purchase 5 weeks prior to finally receiving my products (8 items). I placed an order on April 11, 2020 and by April 14 we received 3 of the 8 items ordered. On April 15th I was notified that the rest of the order would be delayed. On April 30th I received only one of the 5 remaining items that I ordered although the shipping tracking system said I would received all of the items. Assuming the remainder of the order might come in the next few business days I waited until May 4th to contact Autoanything and ended up on hold for over an hour and received no answer from Customer Service. While waiting on hold I attempted using their online Chat service but after 20 minutes of waiting for a response and never getting one I disconnected. On May 5th I again attempted contacting Authoanything by phone and again spent over an hour waiting for Customer Service support. After getting no response using the Customer Service line I tried the sales line. To my surprise someone answered (always willing to make a sale). I told this guy that I had received only part of my shipment and he indicated that it appeared it was a mistake (duh) but it was a Customer Service issue and forwarded me to the customer service line again where I remained on hold with no response. I again tried the Chat system and after 21 minutes of waiting I finally managed to get a response. This person wasn't anymore helpful than the sales guy. In fact this guy on the Chat line stated that the rest of the shipment would arrive on April 28. When I informed him that it was now May his response was "Ooops! He then promised to reach out to me via email but he never did. My package eventually arrived on May 18th. Seriously Autoanything, you can put the time in to send me a ton of emails nearly daily boasting great sales but you can't put just a little more effort into Customer Service?

This order was placed on 4/8 as a gift for a 16 year old. My son turned 16 on 4/26 and we have never received shipping info or the product. I have received several emails telling me the product is in the cart and I’m going to “miss out” on it. Yep....because it’s paid for and I still haven’t received it.

Ordered a part from them a month ago, a few weeks ago Inquired about never getting a tracking number and nothing ever showing up and the dude gives me some bs how they had to order manufacture direct they take up to 15 business days. Fast forward today I call again and the woman I spoke to told me it's backordered and is expected to ship out to their wearhouse next week! So now I have to wait for them to ship it out to me from their wearhouse. And i was uninformed up until today it was even on backorder. Usually websites I've ordered from will state they have it in stock or it's back ordered. **** this website that's flat out dishonest and disrespectful practice for a business.

Ordered a replacement pump by AR, 2700psi item # RMV25G27D. When I ordered it I was told it would take 5-7 business days to receive it. On the 8th day I received a box. Due to the fact I was out of town I didn't open the box until the 11th day. I received some small parts and no pump. When I called I spoke with two people who told me the pump was on back order and I should receive it in about a week. This was unacceptable. We are now out 18 days from the original order date. There was never any communication about the item being backordered and they offered no resolution to the problem. The bottom line is they were not up front about the time it would take to get the parts and then blamed the manufacturer for the problem. My problem is I'm paying them for the part and holding them accountable to be honest and forthcoming in their ability to deliver on their promise. Very disappointing, I took an extra long weekend to finish a project I started on May 11th when my pressure washer broke. I planned ahead ordered the part, took the time off work to get the job done. I'm trying to get the back of the house washed and painted for my son's graduation party in two weeks. THANKS PRESSUREPARTS.COM for your honesty and willingness to work with your customers. NOT!!!

Mybinding.com advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26th, I called for a tracking number and status on shiping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through paypal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill.

I needed to get a new plastic comb binding machine and I wasn't quite sure where to get one. Luckily, a friend told me about MyBinding.com. I visited their website and was really impressed with the number of machines they had available. All of them were from reputable manufacturers (GBC, Fellowes, etc.) and to my surprise, they were all reasonably priced. (Always a good thing!) I wound up getting one of the new GBC comb binders and I even got free shipping. Their staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I plan on shopping with them again in the future.

I ordered eight 8-pocket folders from this company on 9/2/09. Their website indicated that items ship within 24 hours. I paid for 2-day home delivery shipping via FedEx or equivalent. I kept checking my order and there was no new activity and my order was listed as "processing". Finally, on 9/10/09 I sent an email to customer service. I had tried calling first but all I got was a pre-recorded message to leave a message, which I did not. On 9/11/09, I received a computer-generated email stating that my order had shipped via UPS, but I was not given a tracking number. I again checked the website for a status and all I could get was an error message when I accessed my order, so there was no tracking number there, either. On 9/14/09, in the morning, I sent another email to customer service, asking for a tracking number and letting them know I was getting an error when I tried to access my account. As of this afternoon (9/15/09) I have had no reply. I have just left a message with their customer service department for someone to contact me. I am hoping my order comes today, but since I have no way of tracking it, I don't know if it will. I find the whole process pretty unacceptable, considering their shipping policies state that orders will ship that day or the next day, and I am still waiting for my order 2 weeks after I placed it. If someone had bothered to contact me and let me know the status or bothered to reply to my emails, I would be much happier. A little customer service really goes a long way, too bad this company doesn't seem to recognize that. Edit 9/17/09: I did get a refund of my shipping fees and a note from a CSR that stated they were switching computer programs and had been having some issues, she also enclosed my tracking #. My folders arrived today, and I was happy they had refunded my shipping.

I placed an order on August 24th 2014 with 2 day shipping. Immediately the order went through I noticed that the shipping address was incorrect and called into Chef's to correct it. They said they corrected it by did not. I also emailed a request and got a confirmation on August 26th confirming that the shipping address had been correctly changed. I then later received a phone call to say that the address had not been changed. Frustrated I attempted to cancel the order but I was told that the address would be changed with Fedex and my gift would arrive on August 29th 2014. The gift did not arrive. I called Chefs and was told that the address was never changed. I would NEVER EVER purchase from this store again. Their customer service is outsourced, one hand has no idea what the other is doing. It also appears that Chefs has been purchased by Target and had I known this I would never have made the purchase in the first place do to security concerns and inefficient shipping from Target. It is also very misleading not to advertise the Target name on the website. If you want your items delivered on time and want to be able to speak to a customer service person that can actually provide customer service your best bet is not to use CHEFS.

Ordered on 12/08/2015 for Christmas present. Had to call on 12/21/2015 because the item had yet to ship. I spoke to the customer service lady who told me they would get it shipped it out on that day and I would have it here for Christmas Eve. After checking the tracking number my shipment is not expected to be here until 12/29/2015. I would like to also point out that on their website it says to order by 12/14/2015 to get the product in time for Christmas. Thanks for disappointing on Christmas CHEFS Catalog.

After getting the BBB in NY involved they finally sent me return shipping labels and they received the towels back 1/9/18 and still have NOT issued a refund! This company has stolen a sports team’s money since the booster club had paid over $500 for the towels! Don’t EVER do business with this company.

You wanted to know how to better serve your customers next time due to my order cancellation... I ordered a simple Chicago pneumatic die grinder from your online site on the 19th... Says nothing on your site about stock levels and such. Received an email shortly after paying with my debit card giving my order number and one would assume the order went through fine... I paid for the 3 day shipping and expected the grinder in the middle of the following week as I placed the order on a Friday night after hours. After 3-4 days passed with no other contact or form of movement on my order or tracking information whatsoever, I contacted some service rep by phone (a female I don't know her name) and she informed me that the grinder was not in stock and it would be coming from northern California from Bosch and since it wasn't much of a distance from your establishment it should be in by Wednesday and ship out to me from there... At this point I expected to receive the grinder late the same week or by this past Monday the 29th at the absolute latest... I am a relatively patient person and was trying to be understanding and reasonable in the shipping times, etc... I waited days more and when I heard absolutely nothing and saw no movement whatsoever in the tracking or information on your site I called again Monday the 29th... This time I spoke to a guy that seemed to be on the ball and he informed me that the previous lady didn't know what she was talking about regarding the tool coming from Bosch, as it isn't even a Bosch tool, but a Chicago pneumatic... I agreed and told him I didn't understand that myself but assumed she knew her business... He then rambled about your store just started carrying Chicago Pneumatic not long ago and it must not be entered right in the system yet and blah blah... He then told me that he would personally fax Chicago Pneumatic and get the tool drop shipped from them directly to my residence, hence saving the time of shipping to you and then on to me. I was grateful when it seemed things were handled and I expected to get the grinder later this week. Then today at work I got a voicemail message from the same guy telling me some bullshit about my card was declined and I would have to set up a paypal account and pay through that and to call him back... I called him back after work and was put on hold by some asshole that I could barely understand or even hear and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes. Some other guy then answered the line and began rambling almost incoherently about Carbide Blade sharpening and I had to interrupt him twice to try and tell him he was speaking to the wrong person and or line. He then placed me back on hold for a couple minutes until I hung up and called back and was again placed on hold, only for a couple minutes this time before a lady answered and told me my debit wouldn't run and wanted to know if it was the right address. I informed her that it was a good account, set up correctly, and that I utilize it to make in person purchases as well as online purchases and gas and grocery stores and food and on and on... I also prepared for the bullshit by personally checking on my account through my bank before I called after work and they verified everything is fine on my end. The money is there for the purchase and has been since I ordered on the 19th. She supposedly ran it again and mumbled something about paypal. I at this point gave up and washed my hands of your company and bullshit ordering practices. I then canceled the order with her and demanded a cancellation email notification to cover myself on this end. In researching your company record online before ordering, I found several instances and reviews of just this type of bullshit, even including a couple different people that actually had the payment taken from their accounts and then never even received the tool or product and then they had to fight to get resolution. I dismissed this as just an isolated incident and then it happened almost exactly the same to me. I have wasted over 11 days fucking around with this whole deal and now have to research another place to buy the grinder and have been borrowing another coworker's grinder at work for over a week. Your company had the best price I could find, I will freely admit that, and take some responsibility for trying to find a bargain, however, it does absolutely no good, if the product cannot be purchased and shipped out in a reasonable time and manner. I had told several coworkers about your site and they have been chomping at the bit so to speak to order their own, but have been waiting to see how this all turned out for me. Tomorrow morning, at work, I will be filling them all in on this experience and what a bunch of bullshit it turned out to be. You have lost my sale, and the potential to sell similar tools to a shop of over 700 people. I realize I have raved on, and normally wouldnt even bother,

I continue to write reviews on various online fragrance resellers as they are one of the trickiest types of companies to do business with. The number one problem with them is that almost every single one of their return policies requires that you return the product UNOPENED. This is a serious problem with this type of product given that if it's stale or fake, or any other SMELL issue, you won't know until you try it. I chose this company because they were recommended by The Perfume Critic. This company has a long ebay "pedigree" and they are the ONLY company that has Clive Christian X for Women samples. X for Women sells for about $350 a bottle, so samples are really hard to find. I purchased both X for Women and my all time favorite, First, by Van Cleef & Arpels. First is actually the one I really wanted to try. As it turned out both of the samples needed to "breathe" as they reeked as soon as opened. However, after a day or so, they calmed down. The X for Women was the real deal, however, the First was not. It smelled old and was weak. It didn't last throughout the day. The price for the X sample was $14 for 1 ml and for First it was $10 for .5 ml. Adding shipping for this tiny package, it was nearly $30! For this, I expect great product and service. My issue is that despite several emails to Customer Service, they kept arguing with me about the quality of the First sample. They were also completely unresponsive until I wrote "3rd email" on the subject line. After 4 emails with them, and their doing lots of the "it's you not us," routine, I finally told them I would add them to this site. The bottom line is this: Be responsive to your customer; offer a replacement, refund or credit to show good faith; don't argue with the customer about the quality, if the customer doesn't like it, that's what matters; get a clue about running a business - is it really worth $10 to lose a customer and get a bad rating? In the end, my goal is to find an online perfumery that stands behind their products even AFTER they have been sampled if it's a quality issue. Check out my review of Beautiful Perfumes, they are one of the worst. And keep an eye out for my reviews of other online perfume companies as eventually I'll find a winner...; )

My first time ordering from Perfume Court was last week. Patty's portion of my order waited 3 days to ship after the order was placed, arrived today and I could smell the samples from outside the package before opening. They were leaky. Diane's contribution to this order was shipped about 4 days after order placement -a solitary Chergui sample - which took over a week to arrive? More than one email to customer service regarding leaky samples and slow shipping - unanswered. Too expensive for the lousy, or I should say NO customer service. Never again.

Venue customer service is unsatisfactory and I will never remcommend them to anyone because they take no action for your complaints, their executive office/customer service phone line made me wait for an hour and I was still unable to talk to anybody after waiting for 1 hour. I buy eather the Winchester 100s Full Flavor or the HAV-A-TAMPA Little Cigars both have the fine smooth cigar flavor i enjoy, The HAV-A-TAMPAS are just a little milder if you like. both are really great smokes and at the price, you just can't go wrong. I was paying $55.00 a carton at a local Giant Eagle until i found Gotham.I plan to buy from them all the time. My comment is that Gotham sells so many brands of Little Cigars I would like to see them put out a SAMPLER CARTON for me that would be 10 PACKS of ALL THE FULL FLAVOR CIGARS. This way i could try a different pack and find out how many GOOD Smokes are there for me to choose from. I think alot of people might enjoy smokeing a different Kind of Cigar. They do it all the time with the Large Brand Names, Why not with the Filter Cigars. Like i said i enjoy the full cigars or the little cigars. and i now know were i can find them all, and they come right to my door. Man you just can't beat the ease of buying from Gotham Cigars. I hope this helps some one and maybe gives so others A GOOD IDEAL........Thank You

Order took well over a week to get to me when I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Customer service rep, Samantha, was extremely rude and basically said too bad we are busy and that I was SOL. Mistakes happen but her rude behavior made the situation worse. Just admit you forgot to ship it and we are good. Have a rude customer service rep and you have a diff problem. The other rep I spoke, Marcha, was very polite; however, the manager refused to talk to me when I asked to talk to one. They also did not compensate me with anything other than a refund for the shipping which wasnt even a 1/16th of my total order. I finally recieved my order and on the site it stated they would be in boxes. They are all in bags with no mini bovida packs. Other than one set that needed it because they were dry and I can see the wrapper parting. This was my first experience with Gotham. I'll stick with Famous Smoke from now on. Wanted to try a new company and well... that was my mistake.

I submitted the address correctly and I have proof! Dashvape tells me the shipper made the mistake and when I call the shipper they tell me that they arent responsible either. My package has been sitting for approx 8 days going nowhere. I paid 15$ for shipping and not only I havent received it but the dash vape refuses to issue a refund despitd having the package at the hands of Canpar. How is it my fault? They provided no solution or resolution. I'm gonna order from Bargain Ejuice next time(when they made a mistake not only theu issued a refund but also sent out another package for free without me having to beg for anything). Dashvape will simply clean their hands as soon as they ship your order DESPITE their making mistakes. So they saved 40$. Was it really worth losing 100$ worth of revenue each month? Buyer beware! If ANYTHING goes wrong they will treat your order like trash

I ordered two track lights, gave the sales rep (who shall go nameless, 4 letters, starts with a D) the number of the one I needed to replace. She then sent fixtures that didn't fit the track. (Company handled the return and credit very well.) Three months, several photos and many calls later, I spoke to a different rep, Brian, who seemed to find the proper fixture within two minutes. They're on order. We'll see, but I'm hopeful.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SHIPMENT TO GET HERE! Every time I order directly from ToolOrbit it takes too long to deliver. On this particular order the parts were damaged. I sent an email with pictures and didn't get any response!! Not even a sorry!! I placed an order thru Amazon and Amazon ordered it thru ToolOrbit! That made me worry, "oh no! I'm not going to get my order for a few months and I need it right away!" But it was delivered in a timely matter. Why is it when I order thru Amazon it delivers it alot faster? Not sure if I will ever order thru ToolOrbit again.

Having sent many thousands of parcels over the years through them, I have stopped using them due to their asking for additional payments AFTER parcels have been delivered! A lot of the parcels I sent through them were for UK deliveries by Hermes, along with non-UK deliveries by other couriers. From 2017, I started receiving demands for extra payment for some Hermes UK deliveries, on the ground of under-declared measurements or weights of the parcels. Typically, no specifics would be provided as to how the under-declarations were arrived at, but just the amount to be paid, along with an administration charge. I sell only HP print cartridges on eBay, the measurements and weights of all my items can easily be verified by identifying the product sold per the eBay listing, and the specification shown on the HP web site. When this happened, I simply provided them with the said information, and they would waive the charges demanded claiming it was a goodwill gesture to a very loyal customer. I have hence NEVER paid even one of such! Yet, such demands have become more frequent in 2019. Having to provide the details to counter their demands were time consuming and very annoying. I have therefore decided to switch ALL the Hermes UK deliveries from October 2019 to eBay, and to Hermes directly as well. Eight months and hundreds of parcels later, there was NOT A SINGLE DEMAND of under-declared measurements/weight from either eBay or Hermes. In the meantime, I kept using parcel2go.com for my UK non-Hermes as well as foreign deliveries, until yet another demand for a Fedex delivery to Australia in March was received in April, weeks AFTER tracking showed the parcel was delivered. Up till then, I had never doubted parcel2go.com, and thought it was simply Hermes’ mistake for all the previous demands. Using the tracking number, I phoned Fedex, and was told by their customer service agent had there been an issue with the measurements/weight being underdeclared, the delivery would have been withheld until the underpayment was made! I then started looking up online to see if other people had similar experience, and found to my amazement the numerous complaints about this practice by parcel2go.com. Google 'Parcel2go Extra Payment' to see for yourself! When I challenged parcel2go.com to come up with the calculations of how the additional payments was arrived at, they wrote back to ask me to provide information to prove that my parcel was correctly declared, or have the recipient to send a photo showing the actual size of the parcel, despite it having been delivered weeks ago! As I was furious by their having abused my trust in them over the years, I insisted that this time, THEY would have to come up with the proofs to support their claim. Two months have since passed, and they have still not replied so I think I have given them enough time, even under this pandemic situation, to come clean on this. DO NOT add funds to their prepay account as the amount of any such claims would be frozen until settled.

Haven't had this bad of customer service in a long time. They have a display with cases of Monster already opened that I used to pick from because I can't have cold drinks. They older guy behind the counter literally yelled from the counter that I can't get them from there and I have to put them back and get them from the refrigerator in front of everyone and everyone heard him. There are no signs saying you can't pick them up from there and there are already open cases sitting there. I'm never coming back to this 7-eleven again. Was once my favorite store but not anymore. Been a long time since I've been disrespected like that.

Web site sucks but it's gonna truly be a loss to see Ann & hope go it's been a community store here in cumberland I remember waiting on the carriages to come up and go down the escalator this was one of my grandma's favorite places to shop before she passed I got my first named brand sneakers there when I was a kid and most my cassette tapes and my school clothes and know I go here know and then for odd things truly a loss for the community would have been a great place for high schooler kids to work there if they would higher them!!!!

I'm not sure what the below 2 reviews had issues with, but from my experience with reliable paper, I can't say anything but nice things. I have literally placed dozens of orders with them, an average of atleast 1 a month... and had one issue with an item being out of stock. They notified me right away and asked if I wanted to wait for the backorder or if I wanted a refund. All my orders get to me within 1 - 2 days and their shipping charges are cheaper than the other sites I have shopped for similar products. Seems to me like the 2 complaints are from people who think everyone should drop everything and cater to their needs... I deal with whiny brats like that in my industry too, just some people you can never please.

I canceled my order and then looked at reviews online to realize that many others have had the same experience. Stay away from this site!

Do not trust this company! They sold me devices that required programming by a “certified professional programmer “, an entity that doesn’t exist in Ontario. When I requested Return Authorization, the owner cut off all communication with me. Their website promises a 14 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy but I discovered that many individuals had the same experience I had. Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and their online “chat” function is ignored if you are someone requesting a return. Do yourself a favour and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable dealer that actually knows what customer service and honesty are. This company only wants to take your money and then ignore you.

First of all, I am writing this review purely about my experience ordering from FurnitureCrate.com and working with their customer service reps with my order. I had ordered a patio set from FurnitureCrate and it was shipped out in 2 days. I got a link to the shipping company which said my delivery was now in transit...so far so good. About 2 weeks later, I see that my delivery was still in transit so I called the delivery company, Home Direct USA, and they said it was lost. I called Krystal at FurnitureCrate and she was extremely helpful and really went the extra yard by calling Home Direct USA and waiting on hold for over 30 min to get to the bottom of the issue for me. She always called me back and always followed up. It turns out my patio set was found again about 2 days later by Home Direct USA and they said it would be delivered in about a week. Another week passed and I called Home Direct USA again. Once again I got the runaround so I called FurnitureCrate and spoke with Cindy. As with Krystal, Cindy was very helpful and kept following up with Home Direct to make sure my order was taken care of. Long story short, I finally did get my patio set after 4 weeks but that was the fault of Home Direct USA. The folks at FurnitureCrate could not have been more helpful, and really cared to make sure that I got my delivery. So for FurnitureCrate and Krystal and Cindy, they get 5 stars. For Home Direct USA, well I would give them a negative star if I could.

I ordered a set of end tables for $700.00. The website offers free shipping. I had to be home for a three day window for the tables to be delivered. I did not like the tables and tried to return. They wanted to charge for shipping both ways $326.00 plus $127.00 restocking. A toltal of $453 to return a $700 item. It took four calls to customer service to get a response. Their delivery and return policy is a total scam.

The product came late but I expected it to be late so that's not a big bother to me. There isnt much information when tracking the parcel so I had a bit of anxiety while waiting. The good thing about it is that, the product that I received was genuine and was packed well and the price was the cheapest among the others online. So I would say it was worth it. Will look into buying another item again here. We will see.

I asked if he (paul) had some 5th wheel jacks in stock the answer was "YES they are in stock" this was 6-9-14. I explained to him that he was a little more expensive then other places but since he had them in stock I'll order them. 3 days later the order is still pending shipping when asked why it was because they were on back order when asked what happen to the parts in stock when I oirder them I got the excuse of "we must of sold them before your order was processed" Date of when to expect the order to be shipped 7-7-14. I request to cancel my order and Stella said " I'll have to ask my management" no response. I had my credit card company reject the payment on 6-25-14 got some other brand jacks before 7-4... Now on 7-19 I get an email stating the parts have been shipped (7-20 is a sunday) so 7-21 i told paul not to ship because I won't pay for something that was misrepresented his response was this is a special order item please refer to or return policy which states no refund.. I called fedex and found that fedex hasn't even picked up the order yet on monday afternoon. bottom line Race Mart will lie to you about the what they have in stock!!! They will lie to you about inquiring a refund!!! and they will lie to about when they do ship something. ps trying to be coy the changed the order number yes paul you got caught

I was very surprised when Paul Fink called me asking about the trim level of my truck to locate vehicle specific part and also informed me that my Bully Dog GT gas tuner (that was ordered this morning) will be shipped on Monday. This is an example of going beyond customer expectations. Keep up the great work guys! ***UPDATE*** 9/26/2011 My Bully Dog GT gas tuner was scheduled to be shipped on the 19th but the shipping slip stated that my item shipped on the 20th and I recieved it on the 21st, other than that there were no issues with Race Mart or the shipping company (UPS). I did call several times and 9 out of 10 times I spoke with Paul Fink, he was very helpful getting me any and all information I requested about my shipment. This is a great seller and I will be doing business with them in the future. Once again.... Keep up the great work guys!

This company is not responsive and not trustworthy. Since weeks/month no feedback, I try to get back my money as the way they want cusomers to proof an identity is dubious. I transferred money to opened an account (believing it was bitcoin!), then they tried unsafe things and I rejected. I do not have access to my money, they do not transfer back, even worse - I haven't got anything or orderred any. They don't reply to emails nor answer their phone. Phone number on this webpage ends on a voicemail "this voicemail is full", the chat is nice but no serious response. They promise to call back but NOTHING happening. Good products at a decent price but Customer service needs help in product knowledge and they need more people answering the phone. I ordered a scope ring pic rail mount that they suggested and it did not have enough clearance. I had to return it and pay for shipping. Then I tried to cancel an order and I was on hold for over an hour and then the phone disconnected and I called back and the message was they were closed. I called the next morning to try again and it took over 40 minutes to speak to someone. They said I had to pay a $17 UPS cancellation fee or refuse the item and still get charged a $17 fee. Just making sure you need it before you purchase it and look at other online stores with free shipping and returns. Also be ready to be on hold for at least 30 minutes or more.

We had a large porch installed, overall the work was good and we are happy with the porch however since completion and payment they have have refused to provide the promised 10-year guarantee. Left many messages over the last couple of months but they ignore them. Ok work, but as soon as they have the money, they are not interested so don't expect anything from them if something goes wrong after the work is done. Search for other reviews, they are known for doing this.

I was looking to replace tires for my lawn mower and found that many other online retailers showed added so much for shipping charges that the delivered cost of the tires was very high. SimpleTire offered a good selection at equally low prices but offered free shipping as well making them the obvious choice. They shipped quickly and I received them within 2 days which was much faster than expected and a lot quicker than other advertised delivery times from other online retailers. This company refuses to replace a table they delivered with the top on backwards. When I notified customer served after being on hold for more thank 30 min, they asked for pics. The rep sent me an email and said they would give me $70 to get it fixed by a technician of my choice. Who does business this way? I paid for white glove assembly and delivery which they failed to do. I asked to return it. Please see the pic with their response. Stay away the BBB has many more complaints about this constant and their business practices.

Before discovering Fish4Dog I used to buy Royal Canin dog food, I red a lot of bad reviews about them as the quality of the ingredient seems to be not as they say and the price is quite hight, that's why I made a reserce and discovered Fish4Dog :D I think the comment about them were true as I saw immediately a great change on my dog hairs and skin once she started having Fish4Dog :D

Arrived early the next day All built and cooking on it on time for guests arrival. Excellent product. We ordered a fridge last Wednesday and it finally arrived yesterday (Monday). Left it for 12 hours as instructed and turned it on late last night. This morning we found it was running hot rather than cold. Rang for an engineer really early this morning. Waited and waited for a response. Chased twice and finally told can't get an engineer out yet - maybe tomorrow. So I asked for a replacement fridge and was told they would have to raise a new order and I would have to wait days!!!! Apparently because I ordered the fridge last week and am only just letting them know now it doesn't work we are not entitled to a replacement and the fact that they are offering one means they are going over and above.

The furniture came in about 4 weeks so worth the wait. I saved so much money. When I ordered, they told me upfront when furniture would be coming in, I was ok to wait, and it came when they said it would. The furniture I ordered was beautiful just like the picture an even more beautiful in person. I was understandably concerned about ordering furniture online but Furniturecart got it all right. Order 2466088 I verified balance minutes before using their website and the card had 25 balance. 2 days later no money yet and I get a cancellation email. Looked up card balance and 24.50 was used the day I used their website! They denied this. SCAM

I found a bunch of gift cards on CardCash.com for orders I was making with 2 online retailers at a very good discount. My order was canceled for "suspected fraud." After checking with my bank that there was no problem with using my card, I resubmitted the order. Again it was canceled. I sent an email to CardCash asking for some help in purchasing. I received a response in which the csr apologized, said not to take it personally (really? why would I?), and that "it is probably some silly misunderstanding." I see nothing silly about this. I waited a few days and resubmitted my order. Once again it was canceled for suspected fraud. I decided to resubmit my order using my PayPal account, but again it was canceled. I then called CardCash support, and the agent said that she was sorry this had happened, but there is no way to override the CardCash fraud sniffing program. I was trying to purchase more than $500 of cards, and because of this issue, they lost a sale. I'm guessing in the big scheme of things, this is unimportant to CardCash. Never again!

Installed fine, worked for a day then got a "EC" error. After calling service tech that installed the unit. The issue was a bad flare fitting, which leaked all Freon out. Contacted the Alpine, about defective part, have not heard anything back. But so far after repair, the system has been running well and doing a great job, and is very quiet.
