I would not recommend this company I ordered a dining table, entertainment system and sectional which took 2 months to arrive when the sectional arrived it was damaged and I refused the order. I have been going back and forth with customer service rep Emily B trying to get my money back and have been getting the run around going to dispute this charge with my bank.

Bought a fiberglass dining table from Novi Decor in Oct 2015 which on the add states it's "Scratch and Chip Resistant Finish" Table arrived very well packaged, we unpacked and assembled the table and noticed a lot of superficial scratches on the table top. Got in touch with Novi Decor and they replied in an email with instructions on how to remove the scratches with a $75 refund. While looking into the instructions it was evident that the material needed to remove the scratches would cost me well over $200 not to mention the time & effort it would take to achieve such a result especially being an amateur at restoring furniture. I emailed Novi Decor back advising the situation above and the response received was this "Unfortunately, we aren't able to extend a new table or any kind of exchange. We consider this matter closed after the acceptance of the previously offered resolution. " So much for customer service. Will def let all my friends & family know about this company and their dishonesty. What a joke!

I have purchased two beautiful crib sets in about a year and a half for my granddaughters. Both were beautiful to say the least,one was a Dolce and the other a Pali. The last set the Pali, I was sent the wrong design. Although it was beautiful we did not like the design after we put everything together. Customer service was very friendly and cooperative in assisting us on getting the right set. In a week, we received the correct set and after a few hiccups they said they would send us the conversion kit for all of our trouble. I was wondering how they would take care of their mistake! Great job Bambi Baby!!! Definitely will shop a third time in the future!!!

I found some Mizuno shoes on The Clymb recently and they were over 50 percent off, so I bought them. I have had the older version of the same shoe for a long time, so I needed a new pair, and I knew which size. If you don't know your shoe size, I would recommend going to a store to try the shoes on before ordering from The Clymb since they may run out of the correct size for you if you order the wrong size and then try to exchange shoes. Their sales do not last long, so you kind of have to snatch up the sales that you find, because they have limited quantities. However, if you are looking for great deals on expensive outdoor/athletic wear, this is the place to look. My order took from The Clymb took only 2 days to ship and then it took 4 business days to get to my house. It isn't the fastest shipping, but it was free because of a deal that they had when I ordered. I was totally satisfied when I got them. The Clymb had also added a couple of coupons and samples of a variety of things in the shipment, which was a pleasant surprise. If I need to order some outdoor gear, then I will probably use The Clymb again. I recommend buying from The Clymb if you like deals and you don't mind spending a while looking.

There needs to be a way to check the status of an order. The links in emails send you to an oracle sign in page and does not allow you to sign in. I will also say that I think the web page could use an update so that if you sign in that you should be able to see the status of your order and not just be able to place another order. If you click on the link on the web page to check your order it takes you to the same Oracle link that doesn't work. We had a problem with the order being sent but not scanned into the UPS system after we paid for next day air shipping for a client ($60+). I managed to get the situation resolved with the folks at Livewire but we were not able to install the needed part as originally planned due to the part not arriving on time. This made our client unhappy with us. I will say that Livewire did find and resolve the problem with the shipping on the original order. They also sent us out another of the same part at no charge which arrived 2 days before the original shipment showed up (it took 4 days to get to us) to ensure that we could satisfy our client's needs. We returned the original shipment to Livewire when it arrived. I will consider ordering from Livewire again but maybe not for a rush order.

Bought a remanufactured motor with engine installation kit. Got the motor but had to call again to remind them of the engine installation kit or they might not have ever sent it. Then, half the stuff in the engine installation kit were the wrong parts (oil pan gasket, front crank seal, oil filter, belt etc. all wrong parts). Had to re-buy them again not to mention the waste of time in finding out that parts were wrong and did not fit – what a nightmare. Called their support one time only to find out their support person is also their warranty person and while he may know the warranty stuff he did not know engines so of course received the wrong/bad information (needless to say I never call their support again although I did try one time to email their support and I am still waiting for a reply). The first sales person I spoke with got mad when I asked a couple of questions like what comes on the long block and how long will it take to receive the motor. Should have walked away right then. My only concern besides the wasted money in having to re-buy those installation parts is that I also bought the 7-year warranty. I hope I never have to use it but if I do, I now have concerns if they will honor it or what other nightmare I will have to go through in dealing with them. Wish I would have chosen another company.

I bought a reman 5.7 chevy engine from PP they sent the wrong engine for a 4x4 not even 3 months later it started to missfire on cylinder's 1 -2 -4 no 2. 65psi.no 4 80 psi. They only pay $75 per hour labor and the cheapest shop is $110. They refuse to pay anything if you do the work yourself. They leave me no choice but to replace the engine myself and then enter into litigation.

I ordered an item a few days before Christmas, and was told that it would ship before the holiday. The item was a gift, so it was being shipped to an address other than my billing address. Of course, this meant they had to call me to verify. They called right away, told me it was verified, and that it would ship immediately. My first mistake was believing them. When the end of the next day came around and I had still not received a shipping notification, I called back and was told that it had not even made it to their "verification department" yet, but that it would surely do so that day and ship that evening. I now no longer believe them, so I called at least once a day after that and was always told the same lie, that it would surely ship immediately. Of course, now the holiday rolls around and it has to sit there for 2 more days before it ships. Luckily, the recipient will be in town until after new years, so everything should be OK, right? WRONG. The item did not show up until nearly the second week of January, which was after the recipient had gone out of town. I then had to pay more money to re-ship the item to the recipient again. The item was finally received on 1/16... nearly a month after it was ordered... I'll never order anything from them again.

I ordered ICI steps from Suspension connection on Thursday, the order was supposed to ship Monday but did not, Tues I got a tracking number for Friday delivery, late in the day the shipment was cancelled by ICI I called Suspension connection and Caitlin was very nice and helpful but had trouble getting info from ICI about the drop ship order. Tuesday she found out that the order was cancelled because they put the wrong brackets in the box, WED. nothing happened. Thurs. I was informed that neither ICI nor suspension would do anything to help make up for the mistake by expediting the order. I finally got a new tracking number but my order is not expected to arrive until next Tues. and they are only 3 shipping days away form me. I am not used to dealing with companies do not step up and do the right thing to make up for a mistake that causes a delay. Caitlin was great but management would not allow her to do her job and actually help the customer. Like the other review here says, If you like dealing with companies that do not care about you and have a lot of time to waste, these are the people to deal with. LOL

I have been receiving weekly Riverford box's (veg, fruit, eggs) with a monthly meat order for just over three years. They are a great company and have deliciously fresh produce. I just cannot eat supermarket vegetables anymore as they simply don't compare with the full complex flavours of Riverford's produce. I've only had a few minor issues, mainly with delivery instructions and these were resolved quickly by their customer service. I really couldn't be happier with both their service and products. They are an ethical, forward thinking company that I'm proud to support.

I purchased ink from here previously and had no problem so thought I'd make another purchase. This time is a completely different story. I placed an order on Aug 29. USPS received notice of item to be shipped on Aug 31. Company site says ink was shipped on Sept 2. Today is Sept 28 and still no ink! I have sent multiple emails and messages with no reply. My payment was also processed on Aug 29. Unfortunately, there is no contact number to be found. That itself should have been a red flag...guess I handed $30.00 over to a scam!!!

Their product does everything it says it will, however, one of the options to get the product was to get a FREE trial for a week, but upon checking my account I was charged for the interaction. I don't like being told in big bold numbers "$0.00/week" only to be charged something for it. No matter how low it is, false advertisement is one of my biggest pet peeves. 3 stars for doing what they advertise, but also -2 stars for falsely claiming "free".

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautiful. They arrived as ordered a few days before Mother's Day. Most of the blooms were closed or about to bloom, which was great, because they had a longer life. However I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet. I picked the middle option. It did not appear to have as many lily blooms as indicated online. If I had not used a Living Social coupon for the purchase along with a website advertised sale (making it significantly less expensive), I would have called to address the issue. The most disappointing part was the company sent me an email for my review of the purchase. I provided the same feedback as above, and they did not respond. That indicates to me they do not strive for customer satisfaction. Accordingly I will not order from them again ... unless I perhaps I have another Living Social coupon and them advertising a website discount. The product was beautiful and delivered as requested, but the substance was a let down.

I had two failed Mother's Day deliveries, to different places, from different sources, both failed! The first arrived on time but was a horrific excuse for a bouquet. Like 6 flowers, all of them ROTTED and arrived flat in a box and looking like trash. Aww, they offered a credit so I could order from them again - but wouldn't pay for next day delivery so they'd make it by Mother's Day. Oh, that is until they got blown up on via Twitter! Look at that quick response! Had a second delivery that worked out the next day, but that shouldn't have required so much effort on my part. Second delivery was supposed to be delivered Friday before Mother's Day, it's now Monday and no sign of it. Great. I'd never recommend this company.

Ordered my case on May 30th. I still haven’t received it. I contacted April 22nd(Gave them more than enough time to let them contact me to let me know what had been going on on however never heard anything from them) to ask why I had not received my order. All they said was there was a delay and that it would be shipped in the next 7-10 days. After mentioning that when I purchased it said I would receive in 2-5 days (I have ordered 4 other cases in the past and the latest I received once was like half a month) Kate responded that she will pass on to management. Management never contacted me. I contacted once again informing them I hadn’t heard anything yet. She responded like she was frustrated because I was inquiring about merchandise I paid for.

By November / December last year we had had enough and not for the first time David had recommended for us to use the 1, 3 & 5kg satchels from TOLL PRIORITY as they had a 90% next day delivery to capital cities, excluding Darwin. Anyway, I bit the bullet and ordered the satchels which were delivered the very next day, which is the best move i ever made. Since the change-over to using Toll Priority the deliveries were next day, a massive bonus for our customers ie Brisbane to Launceston Tasmania__Next Day Brisbane to Balcatta Perth__Next day. Based on the above and our positive experiences with ALL of the Team 102 at INXPRESS, and their easy to use Web Booking portal ........ I received a missed delivery card over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my parcel. I’ve requested redelivery three times - I’ve never heard back. I’ve emailed numerous times - I’ve never had a response. I’ve submitted a complaint via the website - I’ve never heard back. A year later than the original review (below; you can read if you want the nitty gritty) I lost 35 kilos on this program and have kept it off for over a year. My BMI is a healthy and stable 21.3. I’m no longer on the program and am doing great with my food. I would say that you need a great deal of determination and the ability to really commit and believe in the program. People we know who were inspired to try it gave it away after losing 5kg or so. I think the reason why it worked so well for me is because I had belief in the program combined with the self-discipline to keep going. Even my coach at the chemist said that I am one of the few who has stuck with it. So, it’s hard! But nothing comes for free or without effort. If I can do it you can too - I’m still a recovering choc-o-holic with a crazy sweet tooth and a love for salty carbs! The diet showed me to measure my food intake and make wise choices. Also, I must stress that (because of an injury to my archilles) I lost the majority of my weight WITHOUT EXERCISE! Losing weight really is 90% diet and I’m sitting here as the proof. I do walk and run now, mainly because I enjoy it and to keep me toned and healthy, but don’t worry that you’ve got to take on a crazy ‘biggest loser’ style of living. No - you’re just going to eat smarter. Keep reading if you want to see my original review. After a great deal of research my husband and I decided to start the Impromy Program at our local ChemMart chemist. We paid $50 to join for life which included the CSIRO Simply Well cookbook, an app for our phones and we scored a few free shakes. Okay so I usually eat fairly healthily but enjoy my snacks . This is usually no problem as I’m fairly active. However an injury last year has left me unable to exercise to the extent I usually enjoyed and the weight piled on. My husband is very active and not terribly overweight (8 kilos or so) but wanted to lose his middle age belly, lol. I had a bit more to lose - 10 kilos to get back to my former weight before the injury. However I wanted to lose more - 20 kilos would bring me back to my weight 20 years ago. So it’s a meal replacement program and it’s pretty rigid. You have to be committed. It’s 7 days a week (not to me confused with the Flexi online program which is different, giving you a day off each week to eat whatever you want) and initially this seemed daunting. The first couple of days were nasty. I was pretty hungry and craving sugar and salty carb goodness. However, my husband and I are pretty competitive - there was no way I would give this up before he did! The first week I lost 2.5 kilos, the same in Week 2. Wow, I couldn’t believe it. This was really encouraging - it wasn’t really that hard and after the first couple of days I felt less hungry and in control. There was no way I was going to stop when I had such fantastic results. Fast forward to today, day 69 of the program. I’ve surpassed my first goal and on the way to losing the 20 kilos - so far 12.3 kilos! That’s like over 6 2 litre milk bottles off my back. I feel great and inspired to continue the program. My husband is back to the weight he was in his 20s. It’s unreal. So the shakes cost $5 each. I like the cafe latte one the best and vanilla’s not bad either. You can also get meal replacement bars and soups too which are also $5. The chocolate bar is yum but the soups are not, unless you’re into cupasoups. I go weekly to the lady at my local Chemart and she’s helpful, checking my blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol each month, all of which have reduced dramatically. The diet is personalised for you in stages, which is worked out via the CSIRO website (I don’t do that, the Chemart lady does it when I weigh in). I’m motivated enough so I don’t really need the weekly checkin, but I guess it does make me accountable and would be a godsend for people who struggle with self control. The goal at the end is to reduce the meal substitutes with real clean food healthy options. Oh and the cookbook! That’s excellent. At night we eat like kings. It’s pretty amazing that food can be so flavoursome without high calorie extras. We’ve even cooked the recipes for dinner parties - seriously tasty. Most recipes I’ve adapted to use my thermomix. Some are a bit tricky but we’ve got about 6 favourites on rotation and the formula (200g protein, no carbs, plus unlimited veggies - no potatoes) make it easy to make your own substitutes although I would recommend that beginners just follow the program exactly. Anyway this is a long post but I figure if it motivates someone to get as healthy as I feel, it’s worth it! Two friends are on the program and are doing really well too! Currently the program for me right now consists of two meal replacements ($10 per day). This is seriously affordable as I no longer buy lunch at work or buy snacks when I’m out. Just do this, it’s a real lifestyle change for the better.

I have moved my number from Telia to Hallon exactly 7 days ago. I sent them a message at the same time as I placed the order, as I saw when I placed the order that my address was wrong (not matches with Skatteverket's) and there was no way to update it on their web page. They updated the address, said that the sim card was coming to the new address, and this was 4 days ago. The number move finished 3 days ago, and I still do not have a sim card! I sent them another message, and have been waiting for 3 days without a response, even if they state on their page that the waiting time is 1-2 days. Now I'm stuck waiting with no mobile service, already on the fourth day, without an easy way to reach them. Thanks Hallon, great service!

Because of the pandemic I had to store my stuff with LoveSpace for more than one year. The whole process on the website was easy and with a good price. I have shipped Electronic appliances from this company to Middle East recently and It was delivered within 4 days to my destination address. I spoken to Mr.Sameer Pathan from the team around 2 pm and the next 2 days were holiday including mine, and he was so helpful and supportive that he arranged the pickup from Vasai area on the same day by around 7 pm. We have ordered the kitchen and waited for 4 months.finally the kitchen was delivered and installed last week. The service from design advisor was very good. Many good ideas brought us to this final design. However, there are still several things annoying us, and the problems are unsolved yet. We've contacted the service center and get the promise to call us back, unfortunately after 5 working days this didn't happen. It is disappointing to get this kind service. The unsolved issues are: - several parts are too short, need to order again. - Damage of cabinet, so the wooden plates need to be replaced. - The top composition working plate (werkblad) has many defects on the edge, very clear. - Damage on the extractor hood (afzuigkap) - Unnecessary extra space and drainage installed for the cupboard (wandkast), so it is extra work and costs for us. and we lost ca 10cm walking space between the cupboard and the island. Until now, the top plate is just placed on the island without 100% solid gluing. It is quite dangerous when our kids are at home.

We ordered a rug and it was delivered in 2 weeks even though the website said it could take up to 5. Very happy with the prompt delivery, and the quality of the rug. The only complaint I have is when entering my address for delivery via GLS, I was unable to enter my house number so GLS had to contact me for the information. The website should allow me to enter my full address. This was a minor inconvenience, but not a reason to remove any stars.

We ontvingen 1 koeler ipv 2. De 2e werd later geleverd. Ik moest zelf naar bekers vragen. En op de vraag of jullie papieren bekers hebben wordt niet beantwoord. De chauffeur heeft me daarmee geholpen. Uiteindelijk zijn alle koelers geleverd maar dan kwamen we er pas achter dat er geen dispensers zijn voor de bekers!? Hadden jullie dat ons niet eerder kunnen vertellen of adviseren??? Na n paar dagen zijn de dispensers geleverd, maar ze moeten apart aan de muur worden bevestigd... pfffff moe werden we. Omdat er te weinig tijd is omdat te doen.

De (reserve)lampen zijn van matige kwailteit, op een lavalamp van 100 euro heb ik al voor 50 euro aan reservelampen gespendeerd. En de prijzen van de reservelampen zijn buiten alle proportie, 14 euro voor een halogeenlampje. Maar goed, het bestellen is makkelijk, de levering is relatief snel, dat is dan de plus kant. Maar het is wel een apart verdienmodel.

Van de 4 bestelde lampen bleek er 1 niet naar behoren te werken. Na een korte communicatie & foto's werd meteen een vervanging gestuurd. Het vervangende exemplaar werkt perfect zoals de andere 3. Hoop er nog lang plezier aan te beleven.

This is the third time I've used TG Express to send packages abroad and each time they have been excellent in dealing with some niggly customs issues. Always friendly and helpful. I was previously using another cheaper agent who were ok as long as everything went smoothly but were suddenly uncontactable and of no help when there was a problem. So a lesson learned. I'll keep it short, because no-one likes reading long reviews. !4 days ago I took a parcel bound for Australia to the Post Office, cheapest price £68 and 42 days sea-bound delivery. Found Transglobal online the same day, quoted £30, followed all their instructions, package picked up by DPD, delivered to their Feltham depot, and onwards to Oz. It arrived today, 10 working days, less than half P.O. price. Incredibly helpful customer service, would highly recommend. I'm 70 years old, not too pc literate, if I can do it anyone can Thank you Transglobal will use again.

Do not order from this store unless you want to wait forever for your purchase, get the wrong size and then have to deal with the worst customer service people! They must really be cheap if they can't even make a $23 order right with a customer. Will never order from this company again, glad I'm only out $23 and not more!
