I cancelled a booking at 3pm and had the driver turn up the next morning so he left but I received a POD on my email so I rang them and get a rude woman saying it was cancelled by me this morning and that I have been charged $10 she kept asking who I talked to to cancel I do not remember the persons name so she will look into it...... They have bad customer service

I work in Cockburn Central and have used Jet Couriers in Perth constantly for 8 months and they have always been on time and provide a POD receipt when requested. On time, good rates and easy to deal with.

I have used a few of the main courier companies in Melbourne and last year, I decided to trial Jet Couriers. I have to say that these guys are a refreshing change of pace from the other companies (most of them are somehow related). They are not perfect (I think it would be impossible to be on-time, every time in the transport business), but they are honest and have not let me down. They are a lot like the 'old school' transport businesses that no longer exist.I get great customer service from both drivers and their office staff alike.
I have now engaged their services in Perth and Sydney also.
Honesty - They do what they say, Comprable pricing, friendly faces. good, clean (not smelly) drivers
It took me a while to get used to the way that they arrange their fleet, but now i am used to it, it is no problem at all.

What a breath of fresh air for the courier industry in Perth. They have been operating for nearly a year and offer great service and customer service. I find their Operations staff knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended them to several of my customers and all have been happy with their service and professionalism.

Booked a job, they refused to do it after not allocating it to a driver 6 hours after the initial booking was made, when the turn around should be 4 hours. Accused myself of being stupid and rude. I work in a large Australian owed family business and guess what Jet, closing your account.

I have been using Jet Couriers for 5 years and to date have had no complaints. There phone staff are very helpful and polite. The rates we were originally given were good until the other day when we received an invoice and they charged us 300% more. On phoning them up they said they had new management and that our rates were increased as we did not spend a lot with them a year. We were not notified of a price increase and find it discriminatory as a small business. We cancelled our account with them immediately. Small business beware

Items sent from a business in Springvale Vic. Items never arrived. I phoned the Bayswater branch and was essentially told they were delivered and there for not our problem. I then rang head office and the manager was helpful at first. Turns out the goods were delivered to the wrong address. At this point I requested to be reimbursed the value of the goods which they at first refused as they said it was not insured. I pointed out that insurance was for damage and not negligence. Took about 1-2 months of constant calling for them to make good on their mistake and reimburse me.
I would not use them again.

I have been using Jet for just over 9 months. Friendliest and most helpful drivers l have ever used. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.
