Horrible company! Ordered my lift and new suspension aug 1st and here i am oct 27 still waiting for my parts. Called to get a refund on the parts that didnt get sent and still waiting a month for that. Dont buy anything from this company!!!

I ordered ICI steps from Suspension connection on Thursday, the order was supposed to ship Monday but did not, Tues I got a tracking number for Friday delivery, late in the day the shipment was cancelled by ICI I called Suspension connection and Caitlin was very nice and helpful but had trouble getting info from ICI about the drop ship order. Tuesday she found out that the order was cancelled because they put the wrong brackets in the box, WED. nothing happened. Thurs. I was informed that neither ICI nor suspension would do anything to help make up for the mistake by expediting the order.
I finally got a new tracking number but my order is not expected to arrive until next Tues. and they are only 3 shipping days away form me.
I am not used to dealing with companies do not step up and do the right thing to make up for a mistake that causes a delay.

Caitlin was great but management would not allow her to do her job and actually help the customer.

Like the other review here says, If you like dealing with companies that do not care about you and have a lot of time to waste, these are the people to deal with. LOL

First I order my product an they charged me over $1600.00 then I called an asked y an they say sorry an now I only received the compressor an not the air bags the hole order was around $550 not $1600 an now I can’t get what I ordered an payed for

Ordered parts was to arrive 4-5 days.7 days later reserved email that parts are out of stock will not be able to ship till 2 weeks called and got the worst customer service ever they told me it would be sooner to then 2 weeks.2 weeks later reserved a new email telling me parts are on back order will not ship out for another 2 weeks this company is a joke it will be over a month before I receive my items I ordered that were to be at my door within 4-5 days I will never order from them again.update 3/30/20 still not item 33 days cancel item and not have to wait 15 days for refund....

When purchasing an air lift for my truck it was supposed to be shipped the next day, which is the only reason I ordered from them... However, it was shipped a week later with no communication what so ever. Even after contacting them twice about getting shipping details, I still never heard from them. I finally got a notice from UPS about a shipment because I’m a member of UPS.... Never again

Rooms days and days for an email response, took weeks for my refund and then charged me restocking fee for them fu&$ing up my order and sending me stuff that wasn’t even for my truck. Horrible Horrible experience and company.

I ordered front and rear shocks wanted 11 days (website says 1-5 days). I received the rear shocks only, called in and waited on hold for 15 min before a rep came on the phone and told me they are on back order for another 2 weeks. I ask her why wasn't I notified of that, I would of went somewhere else. "Thats what I said" the rep said.....not happy now im waiting over a month for shocks. If you are in a rush or dont want to wait a month or longer for your shocks....this is your shop. This place is a joke....should of listened to the reviews I read before I purchased. Hope this helps.....
