I ordered an item from them which they claimed shipped November the 16th, having not received the item 2 weeks later I contacted them only to get the reply that the item ships in 1-3 weeks, why tell the customer differently? they don't want to lose a sale. 3 weeks to ship is not acceptable these days unless the customer in forwarned, which I was not, they provided false information

3 phone calls, 5 emails and 3 webpage email, but they cant be bothered to reply and help a customer choose the right parts. Even just a courteous reply saying they can’t help would be nice.

I ordered a 1966 Mustang gas tank. The bracket that is spot welded to the tank to hold down the sending unit and O-Ring was defective on 2 out of 6 spot welds. Tried to remedy the problem with Brad S at CJ and was completely blown off, said it was impossible. I sent pics and patiently explained situation, I put my mechanic on and he patiently explained the situation. Tried to follow-up since via email directly to Brad. So quiet with lack of response I can hear the crickets chirp. I will never buy something again from them unless they refund me the cost of a tank.

2 orders to these guys -- over promised and under delivered -- paid for shipping to get items by a certain day -- they arrived 3 days later -- was given a free shipping on the 2nd order and was told would there in 2 days -- package has been stuck in PA for 3 days now -- when i called customer service, they want to blame UPS/FEDEX and basically told me its on them -- i asked why they would credit me for shipping and promise me a guaranteed date when they cant delivered -- woman got a nasty attitude with me and would'nt take responsibility for her company mistakes -- i just hung on her

I ordered a set of headlight buckets for my 90 fox body and fog lights. Cj Pony sent me an email saying that the fog light were on back order. They should of said they were on back order when I ordered them. I told CJ Pony to cancel my entire order and customer service said everything was being taken care of. About 5 days later a package arrives at my door step. I called CJ Pony and they game me an RMA number to send the package back. I go to Fedex to ship the package back and the RMA number was not good. I called CJ Pony and they said I needed to pay for shipping. Shipping costs 55 dollars which I paid to get this outta my sight. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I paid 55 dollars for nothing.

Sent back 2 braces 4 subfarame after i learn they where inferior to bmr.
CJ would not issue a return label even though i told them i would be buying several thousands of dollars down the road. I got a nasty email from the ceo telling me i should if done my research 1st. Cost me 450 bucks to send the inferior products back. OK I've done my reseach mr. Ceo American muscle or summit racing. No more cj pony works

I bought this product and after 6 weeks on the car the badge has started to open up and the led light are flickering and some have gone out . I bought through CJ Pony parts just to be told they have a 60 day policy and I didn't want a return just a product that worked . I did an online chat and when I stated that I was not happy with this they then ended the conversation . I went into their site to leave a review and seems to not allow me . Do not buy unless you want a package of disappointment. Shame on you CJ Pony parts .

Now I had to give 5 stars to post my comment. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, I ORDERED COIL PACKS ON 11/21/2017 AND IT IS 12/12/2017 I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY ORDER, LET ME EXPLAIN. I checked on my order after the first 2 weeks and was told "It hasn't shipped quite yet", so I called the manufacturer, MSD, I talked to someone in charge and he told me they had plenty of parts and no order from CJ Pony, he gave me his number and told me to contact the parts supplier then call him back if I had any problems. I call CJ Pony back and finally got someone who could fix my problem, they called the guy at MSD and confirmed and then realized they actually had the part in stock and were sorry for the inconvenience. I will never order again and CUSTOMERS SHOULD BEWARE!!!! This has been 3 weeks and still no order.

I purchased a starter motor, parcel arrived with damaged part but the helpful team at CJPONYPARTS sorted out the problem immediately and refunded the full amount, I can highly recommend this reputable company that makes customer service its number 1 priority, AAA+++

I have read 4 or 5 of the reviews and, it seems that my experiences are the total opposite of the one's I read. I've placed 10 orders with them and, haven't had one single problem. There were a couple of screw or bolts kits that were on back order and, they didn't charge me for them until they got them in and, shipped them. Everything that I have ordered has been the price that was advertised and I received what I was expecting. A friend of mine recommended another company to order from before I started ordering from CJ and, 4 out of the 5 parts I ordered were on back order. I would recommend CJ Pony Parts to anyone I know for their mustang needs.

I have ordered form cj for over a year and evcery other order has a problem. In the past I have had leaking paint cans which were replaced but it took two weeks, this time the wrong door hinge was sent requiring a return. No problem except that they wont send another part until they get their wrong part returned, It has set me back two weeks. Cj will not be my first choice

I have done business with CJ Pony Parts in the past and I guess I was lucky. This order was for numerous parts but also for a "Gas Tank Kit." What they shipped was an assorment of various parts but of the parts were not the same as in the kit description. Example: kit specified a brass float in the sender unit but they shipped a foam float. Too many parts were not invoiced at correct price. Some had phony made-up prices and were VERY different from website prices. Had I been asked to approve substitutes before shipping I'm sure something could have been worked out but I am forced to return the complete order. And of course they refuse to offer any assistance or share the cost for the return. This guarantees I will stop doing business with this company.

I ordered an $80 part for my car on 3/22/2019. Received and installed it on the 27th. After one week. the LED bulb failed. Chatted with Tim W. who told me to contact customer service yesterday. Called Customer service line and requested a call back. They did not contact me. E-mailed them. They never responded. Talked to Tim W. today (4/9/2019) and described problem; was tol to contact customer service. Waited on phone 48 minutes (from phone timer); never contacted me or picked up the phone. Still have same problem. Unresolved warranty issue.

Ordered Lloyd trunk mat in black with logo for 1970 Mach 1. Does not fit around the trunk latch support bracket -- I don't mean that the fit is not that good, I mean it simply does not fit. The carpet in the support bracket area is about 2 inches too long and the mat will not go past the bracket and sit flat on the trunk floor but has to be folded up along the bracket.
Sent photos and a description of the problem.
Their email response from a staff member named Ryan --- "It's ONLY a mat".
I will deal with a Mustang parts supplier with better customer relations in future.

I ordered a aluminum radiator, part number RADA-30 IN December 2014. on 05 May 2015, i had my mechanic start the work. He informed me that the Radiator was the wrong one.

I called C J Pony Parts the same day and they told me I needed RADA-27. I had to speak to about 3 people but all in all they complied the the right Radiator and e-mailed a prepaid mailer for wrong radiator to send back. OK, But Frustrating.

A while ago I purchased a Wilwood Flexline Brake Hose Kit Front 1994-2004 from them and it was shipped to Spain (where my residence is). Before buying it they assured me it fits stock calipers. What's more, they even state so in 'product questions,' (see link at the end of this comment).

When I got them here my mechanic told me it wouldn't fit. I called them to send it back and they assured me, once again, the flexline is good for stock calipers. I went back to the mechanic and I insisted but the outcome was same as before, so I paid the labour twice for nothing. I decided to contact and ask the manufacturer (Wilwood) and their answer was: "Unfortunately the 220-6458 flexline kit is not compatible with the factory calipers, these are intended for use with our calipers/brake kits for the 94+ Mustang. Please let us know if you have further questions, we are happy to help."

Thereafter I posted (or at least tried) a comment on the 'product questions' section where there is a staff answer saying the flexline fits stock calipers, which is not true and it is misleading. It's been a week and they haven't posted it. I also wrote a product review to try to clarify things but it hasn't been posted either. Instead, the comment saying the product fits stock calipers remains there...

One thing is to make a mistake, but they seem to not want to accept it and prefer that other customers buy parts from them which can't be used! Very unprofessional.

I bought 1 month ago a radiator from these people.
I received it smashed on one side but I fixed it. I mounted it in my mustang. The fan was touching the radiator when I was applying the brakes, so I took it out and compared it with my older radiator and find out that I received a defective one. they asked me to send pictures etc.... to get an answer or to talk to someone takes weeks! I asked for an exchange, not a refund and they told me no exchange or refund because fluid was in it. How to know about a defective radiator without installation?
This is my LAST purchase from them.
