Do not trust this company! They sold me devices that required programming by a “certified professional programmer “, an entity that doesn’t exist in Ontario. When I requested Return Authorization, the owner cut off all communication with me. Their website promises a 14 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy but I discovered that many individuals had the same experience I had. Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and their online “chat” function is ignored if you are someone requesting a return. Do yourself a favour and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable dealer that actually knows what customer service and honesty are. This company only wants to take your money and then ignore you.

I was looking for a new subwoofer from PSB and noticed a manufacturer's sale. Electronics For Less responded quickly to my request and beat the advertised price by 5%. Unit was shipped and delivered in good time and functions perfectly. Overall I had a great buying experience!

Hifi-Man Sundara at a good 100$ under all other sites, and was shipped to my place in 2 days! Does not get better than that.

First time buying with Best Buy Canada Online, but service was very good. Ordered on Victoria’s Day (20th) and received the product on the 24th. Fantastic store, would recommend it to anyone looking for good cheap products.

I had search for a while for the perfect table radio to replace my 30-year old phone clock radio. I found the perfect one in the Wirecutter review of the New York Times. Best of all, Electronicsforless had the lowest price for the Sangean WR-11. Placing my order and getting through the payment procedure was effortless. I received my beautiful, marvelous-sounding radio one day after placing my order. I was even allowed a 10 % rebate with a coupon I found online. Would I recommand this seller? Absolutely! Great product, fast delivery!

I was very impressed with the great service last year regarding the purchase of my SVS SB-2000 sub, so I bought a SVS SB3000 this year for a new 2:1 system in the basement. Electronics for Less was again very efficient, polite and professional. The delivery was flawless and the followup by the company a reassuring touch.

Ordered Breville BES920CBXL Dual Boiler Espresso Machine & Breville BCG820CRNXL Smart Pro Coffee Grinder. Had some questions about ordering online from U.S. so called the 888 number on their website. They quickly answered questions about price and shipping. Went online to order and items shipped within the day and arrived about 5 days later. Shipment contained tracking info so I could follow the progress. Items arrived safely and as described. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I placed an order for the sb-3000 on Monday with Joshua.They were out of stock but a shipment was expected to come in that week and that Joshua would ship it out to me as soon as it came in.I got my sub on Friday.Joshua was great to deal with.I am a repeat customer and would gladly order from them again.The sb-3000 is an awesome sub with music as well as movies.It works well with my 4 RF-3 Klipsch towers that have dual 8 inch woofers and matching center.

Searched for a TV mount in Canada and USA, finally found one that met my needs. Electronicsforless didn't have it in stock, but clarified with me the exact model then brought it in and shipped it to me on time as promised!

My new receiver arrived in a timely fashion even though it was ordered during the Christmas shopping week. The box was unscathed even though it traveled across Canada. I would definitely order from Electronics For Less again.

Excellent customer service, there was a typo on the tracking number so it had kept saying no information available, but once realized that there were too many numerals, were able to get the right number and viola there it was., showing me every step of the way till delivered Will, definitely purchase from Electronics for Less Canada again. Great Prices!!

I have nothing but good things to say about EFL. Great quality products and very responsive staff. They have the best deals in Canada and I couldn't be happier with their service and expertise. Although I live in Ottawa, my purchases have always arrived on the next day! They are now my fav goto store for everything electronic!!!

The only I didn't like was the Phillips screws that came with it stripped 4 of them then went out and bought Robertson screws and they worked great. Would buy again but they really need stronger head screws!

I ordered a dynamic mount xt after consultation with the manufacturer. I opted for the hidden handle with my order. Received the mount in good time and a separate box arrived with a small sticker that said hidden handle. When I opened it, there was no hidden handle, but a speaker bracket, which seems was mispackaged. When I called to indicate to the customer service expert Josh, I was interrupted repeatedly when I tried to explain the contents. All he was concerned about was the markings on the box and told me he literally had no clue what was supposed to be inside. When I tried to explain what I saw it was clear he didn't want to hear it-I was just learning too-I'm no expert at it. He assured me I'd receive a response. I called a over a week ago (almost a month since my order) explaining that I had still received a response. Again I was assured I'd receive something from whomever was in charge of that.
I simply want what I ordered and paid for.
I'll happily bump up the star by one if I receive the product I bought, but I still feel it could have been handled more politely and professionally.
If I get the handle I ordered with an apology I'd consider ordering from them again, but would look elsewhere first.
