Was excited to put a new stereo in my 2020 Tacoma. Put in my information and loved how everything was recommended for what was needed for the install. Shipping was very fast since I am on Guam. Got my products in 4 days. Got everything out of the box and started to connect all the wires and when it came the time to plug in everything the new stereo did not turn on. Took about 2-3 hours for the wiring and what not. Come to find out that my vehicle was not listed on the steering wheel interface that was needed for my install. The pins on my factory harness did not match the pins that came with the wiring harness. All in all please be sure that what harness are recommended for vehicles actually work cause in the end I was not able to complete my install and still do not have my new radio working. For my first experience using Crutchfield it was not the best.

I installed the front 2 Kenwood factory replacement speakers last night and am pretty disappointed in how they sound. I wasn't expecting to be blown away but the bass on these speakers is pretty much non-existent. Despite being blown, the factory paper speakers clearly had more bass in them. I appreciate the installation accessories and the speedy delivery but I would not recommend these Kenwood KFC-1366S 5-1/4" speakers.

Placing my order was simple, easy and I got the product I wanted within two days. There was no hassle no issues everything just flowed the way it was supposed to the product arrived in excellent condition with no issues.

I ordered some speakers on Tuesday and had the installed on my truck by Friday. Very quick and reliable shipping amd service.

I originally bought two subwoofers through a site called HiFi Sound Connection. I came to ResellerRatings within 15 minutes of ordering through HiFiSoundConnection because I didn't get a confirmation email and everything started to look a little sketchy, especially when considering I just poured over $500 into brand new subwoofers. Sure enough, I was scammed in the same way many others were.

I then found Crutchfield after a more thorough search for trustworthy providers of audio equipment. I honestly cannot describe in words just how positive a contrast Crutchfield was when compared to HiFi Sound Connection. I'm not getting paid to write this review, and it was a breath of fresh air. Clean site, GREAT customer service, slightly more expensive but I'm telling you it is 10000% worth it. Came in a perfectly undamaged over-box and packaged cleanly.

Also, the wiring diagrams and install tutorials they have all over the internet are some of the best quality I can find, and they've really helped me establish my system. I am very very pleased, and will direct anyone I hear it trying to buy audio equipment to purchase from Crutchfield.

I bought the Kanto YU4s from another eBay vendor (electronicsone). They took my payment and a day later confirmed shipment The product was to arrive onTuesday. Then on Sunday they TOLD eBay I asked to cancel. When I wrote to the seller the story changed to “their was a warehouse accident”. When I then asked why he lied about shipping the product and about me asking for a cancellation, he stopped responding. I reported him to eBay. I then bought the exact same product from Crutchfield and they rushed the product in time for my birthday. Finally, in an act of gross incompetence eBay then sent an email saying they were taking action against Crutchfield!!! I then spent three phone calls trying to get eBay straight (I never was able to do so) and a fourth apologizing to Crutchfield for the eBay error!

Lesson learned!! No more eBay. I’ll go with Crutchfield who clearly values their customers!

Ordered a set of Kicker speakers on May 18, 2020, for the front and back for my 2017 Tacoma. Order wasn't received until yesterday, May 23, 2020, a little disappointing given that it was shipped two-day UPS. Got the front done and turned on the stereo, WOW what a difference from the cheap OEM ones in there from Toyota. When I got to the back, noticed the speaker frame sent was the wrong fit. It was what was called for from the packing list, so it wasn't the puller's fault, just an internal glitch on their system. Anyway, a call to customer service this morning was answered by Makenna. She verified they sent the wrong frame and is sending one out as I type, already have a confirmation number. Way to go Makenna!! Very good customer support as promised by the booklet stashed in the box that contained the speakers and accessories. At first glance at the booklet, I had to laugh but when I actually needed help, they truly delivered as promised. Should I need to update the TACO in the future, I'll be sure to consider Crutchfield first. One last perk, is I put this purchase on my Southwest Chase credit card and got double the points as a Chase valued company. Can't go wrong there either. Thank you for working during COVID-19!!

Crutchfield is the best hands down. Great pricing, easy to navigate their website, easy to order, mega-fast (and FREE) shipping, detailed installation instructions, great tech-help if you need it, easy return policy if you need it...what more could someone want!!!

From the process of placing and paying for my order until delivery several days later, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Crutchfield. This is my first experience with this Companybut it will definitely not be my last.

Good and useful products! got my Video Doorbell delivered on time and in good condition. It was easy to install and now we all can see who is there in front of the door! Very satisfied with my purchase.

These folks unapologetically love stereo stuff. That’s why I shop from them, because I do too. Great reviews, a range of quality within lineups, BUT ZERO GARBAGE. These folks don’t just want to sell you cheap plastic crap. They want you to have an audio experience others will notice, one that you’ll be glad you researched and found the right fit, and then invested. Go ahead, shop somewhere else if you don’t care how it sounds. If you want quality products that make quality music, you’ve found a partner!

I am in the process of upgrading my surround system. I called and reached out to Tatum. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get the Klipsch 502s or the 402s considering there isn't and store around to hear them before I could buy them.
Tatum was very knowledgeable about them. For the size of our living room she recommended the Klipsch 402s. I was very skeptical at first. After I ran the YPAO on my Yamaha receiver I had to lower the levels on all of the channels.
These speakers and top of the line, anyone will not regret getting them. I have never heard such clarity, I gave away the Yamaha surround speakers I had ! ! I will be ordering another pair to complete it for the rear channels.
The sound coming from them is incredible when watching a movie in surround.

I order brackets and speakers for my sons car and didn’t realize the brackets I ordered were in the box with my speakers. I posted unfairly that the order was incomplete. Crutch field read my report and reached out to me for clarification.

I have used Crutchfield for a few years and have never had an issue. They provide quality information, great products with reasonable price and great customer service. This is my first stop when looking for electronics.

Crutchfield helped us with a confusing install issue and recommended the right equipment immediately. The equipment recommended was economical and the phone support knowledgable and courteous. Exceptional customer service and advice (and a great price!). Nemo was great to work with. He made sure I got the audio system that would suit my needs. Everything arrive early and he walked me through the installation making it a snap! I'd highly recommend Crutchfield!
