Service was great, Product was no better that the 30 dollar antennas you can get anywhere, and the 30 dollar ones rotate. Antop is not worth the price.

Hello,
I have been a audio customer for about 5 years now, The last sound system I had put in my 2012 Outback, I started with a 2008 CX7, then a 2010 Rio, 2011 Cruze, 2011 Forester and finally in my Outback. Each time I would use some of the components and upgrade others. Chis and Dave gave me the best advise each time for what would fit and would sound the best in each of the different cars/SUV's. I can not say enough about WWS crew. Now the Outback has such incredible sound no matter how loud. I am a Rolling Stones fan and listen to Rock. The installs were professional and saw not one flaw anywhere. The cars were always ready when promised.
If you want a truly exceptional sound system and great people to deal with go to WWS. I am a customer for life no matter which vehicle I get, I have to have great tunes, I am totally spoiled now. There are no stock stereo's that would satisfy me now.

I cannot rave enough about how outstanding, superb, excellent, professional, amazing Andrew Parfitt's customer service has been. He has spent so much time talking to me, relaying his expertise, giving his honest opinion, and simply providing what is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 55 years. WWS was running an amazing sale on an Onkyo receiver through eBay, and he and I discussed not only this receiver, but how it would compare to the Harman Kardon I already had. He was so knowledgeable and patient, and was absolutely spot-on about the differences in the sound (HK warmer, more muscular, Onkyo more neutral but with much more clarity). Towards the end of our long conversation, he told me WWS had 17 left in stock, and I quickly bought the receiver; they were out of stock ten minutes after I purchased it. He also went so far above and beyond, offering me what was essentially a free 60-day demo, because he was so confident about the Onkyo, that WWS would also pay the return shipping if I didn't like the Onkyo -- for whatever reason.

And it gets better. After setting it up, I and my girlfriend could very distinctly hear the the exact differences in sound between the HK and the Onkyo that Andrew had described before I bought it. Those differences became even more pronounced after bi-amping. I told Andrew that we were both stunned not only by how much better the Onkyo sounded, but also by Andrew's knowledge of what those differences would be. He was just spot-on, which shows not only his professionalism but also that he knows exactly the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the products he sells and recommends.

And now it gets even better. I called Andrew after the Onkyo started acting up, just a day after setup. It would not recognize the left front tower, no matter what I did -- hard and soft reset, changing various settings, setting bi-amp to "yes" and "no" in speaker configuration, going through multiple microphone setups, testing to see if it was the Amazon Music Unlimited having the issue, testing the speaker and receiver connections. But no -- the receiver test tones for the left front tower went to the right front tower. In addition, when watching a TV show through HDMI, the screen turned purple for several minutes. Andrew explained that was a loss of the green; that, combined with losing all picture signal after stopping the DVR, showed a defective HDMI. He said that there were two separate defects, one being HDMI, the other dealing with failure to recognize left front.

And he recognized I had done enough troubleshooting to realize the unit was defective, and didn't make me call Onkyo, where I would have spent the hours I already had repeating the same steps.

So Andrew again went above and beyond. He understood that I would be hesitant to get a replacement of the same model given these issues right out of the box. He told me that the failure rate of this model was a little higher than other Onkyo's, which further made me question replacing it.

So Andrew actually offered to find an upgrade to the Onkyo -- another receiver that would have the same sound characteristics but would likely be more expensive and a different brand. To top it off, he would not charge me anything more than what I had paid for the defective Onkyo.

I have never experienced such superb, professional, above and beyond customer service anywhere. I cannot recommend WWS and Andrew Parfitt highly enough.

I purchased an AV receiver that included 2 bookshelf speakers to upgrade my man cave sound
I couldn’t be happier great Bluetooth receiver with Klipsch speakers
Now I just need a sub to pair with the bookshelves and off we go

I had ordered an install kit for 2 pair of Klipsch in wall speakers from World Wide Stereo for a basement remodel. I have never heard of the company but they had excellent reviews and the price was right. The shipping time was pretty quick. Once I received the items I had realized that they needed to be installed before the drywall was hung which is my fault. I requested to return the kits since they were not going to help me at this point. I received an email back right away saying that I could keep the kits and they would return my money. I was not expecting this at all and understand that this is not usual business but was delightfully suprised. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them. I want to buy something else with them just due to being satisfied.

I had trouble with Amazon Payments canceling my order on two separate occasions without my consent, but Ira and the staff at World Wide Stereo were extremely professional and accommodating to the problem. Ira went out of his way numerous times to rectify the situation and they have certainly earned my business. Im 100% confident of my large purchase and the service i got, that i am leaving this feedback before my TV even ships! Kudos to Ira and the staff!

I was very blessed to have been able to get 2 pairs of the Klipsch Reference Premier RP500SA Atmos Speakers to complete my Klipsch Reference Premiere 7.2.4 Home Theater system, World Wide Stereo had them for the sale price that Klipsch was offering Online during the time of purchase and the best part about it was that I was able to get easy Zero Hassle No Interest financing through Affirm Credit. The total cost was split up in 12 months Payments with Zero out of pocket. What more could I have possibly asked for. I am thrilled that World Wide Stereo had Affirm as a financial partner. If they ever get involved with the SYNCHRONY HOME Credit Card by SYNCHRONY Bank, I can do even more purchasing from them like buying a new AV receiver. Anyways my items arrived fast and on time and I am very happy about it. If there is 1 thing that could have been better, it would have been to cover up the boxes showing what contents are inside. I ordered some RP280Fs and RP250S from World Wide Stereo and those were packaged inside blank non labeled boxes when they arrived to my home via FedEx, but the RP500SA'S arrived in the klipsch Branded Boxes which was a BIG Concern for me since the boxes displayed the contents inside the boxes, Thankfully I was home and received my packages in person at the door. Maybe the next order will be sent more privately like the first order I placed. Still lovely people to work with over the phone and via email.

Hopefully they will consider working with SYNCHRONY Bank and add them selves to the SYNCHRONY HOME Credit Card this way I can finance a new Higher End AV Receiver.

I was notified a few days after placing my order that the item was out of stock and I was given the choice of cancelling my order or being upgraded to the next model up at no charge. I couldn't refuse the offer. In the end the process of getting the upgrade was not entirely painless, but with a small amount of time on the phone my issue was handled promptly and courteously. WWStereo and its staff are very customer service oriented; you are not buying from just an Internet site but real people that are easy to contact and are customer service oriented. And with that they earned both my repeat business and respect.

After declining delivery of a damaged Panasonic TC-P65GT30 from Amazon and the Amazon customer service (by name only) could only refund my money, I contacted the third party provider of the TV - World Wide Stereo and spoke with Ira Segall. Ira was great ... not only did he arrange shipment directly from WWStereo, he also matched the current price Amazon (3rd party - WWStereo) had for the TV and saved me nearly $100 - several hundred dollars below the competition! The delivery service MANN, was on-time and very courteous - new plasma is working great - Thanks Ira!!!

I bought some DJ Headphones from Buy.com for my son and the plug came off within two weeks. I tried to fix them but to no avail. Long after the 45 day return time, I inquired about a possible exchange from Buy.com not expecting anything. Ira Segall from World Wide Stereo responded wanting to get my info "so he could see what he could do to help me". And boy did he help!They didn't have the kind my son had at first but he let him choose another pair and is sending them free of charge. And he said don't bother with sending back the old pair. Now that's "Customer Service/Satisfaction". These guys are awesome and Ira "you rock"!!! I'm going to their website right now to see what else I can buy. World Wide Stereo is officially my favorite website in the whole world!!!!

Had a great non-shopping experience at WWS when a customer service representative named Lisa called me to verify information on an order that she sensed was a little sketchy. Apparently someone had hacked my debit unknown to me and placed an order for $300 headphones in my name. Since I run a Non-Profit Food Bank and only use the card for food and other supplies, this was certainly not my order. But thanks to the keen instinct of Lisa and her taking the quick action and time to call me personally "just to check" on the validity of my order, it saved our organization thousands of dollars of unauthorized purchases all over the country which were being made even as we spoke. Although we were not liable for the fraudulent purchases that were made, Lisa's actions helped reduce the stress and anxiety of having our bank account drained thus limiting our ability to feed and help needy people while we waited for a resolution and restoration of our bank account. Surely if I ever need the products or services of WWS, they will be the first ones I will call due to this heartfelt experience.

Hands-down, best shopper/consumer experience ever

Lately, with every moderate to major product/service investment, I've come to expect that 1) I'm going to have to do a ton of pre-shop research, 2) I will most likely end up compromising because I can’t find exactly what I want, 3) I will get mediocre to downright crappy customer service from the retailer from whom I choose to purchase, 4) Whatever I buy will not operate as expected from the start and/or break down before the end of its expected useful life (but not before the end of the warranty period! >:(). What a different experience we have had at World Wide Stereo!

It was over 2 years ago that my husband and I (big music & movie lovers) walked in the doors of their Montgomeryville showroom with a vague idea of what we wanted for a home sound solution, not even sure such a thing existed, and were immediately greeted by a friendly consultant (Adam Domurad). He listened carefully, accurately assessed our desires, and developed a comprehensive recommendation, complete with flexible options and interest-free financing to help us live into the budget we had set for the project.

...OK--so we ended up going a little over our budget, but we both agree, it was the best investment we have ever made! The team from World Wide came out and completed the installation/programming in 2 years later!)--Adam made himself available for an in-home consultation completely free-of charge. Talk about first-class follow-up!

If you are in the market for home electronics--or even if you aren't, but just want to experience a truly delightful purchasing experience for a change, head to World Wide Stereo. You won't be disappointed!

I appreciate finding a salesman that doesn't have to put on the pressure, but just tries to do his best to help. I'd definitely use them again and would easily recommend them to others.
