Called to check on an order only to find the manufacturer had discontinued the model I wanted. The gentleman who helped me (Mike), was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I don’t usually write reviews but when I feel someone has gone above regular service, they should be recognized. We were in a serious bind for a replacement Projector, down for over a week and would have cost 100 less then a brand new one if it had only actually been available to purchase. It was not. Thank you for getting me my projector on time for the first day of class

I have had two purchase experiences through Officewonderland. The first was through Amazon. I received a call about an hour after I ordered and Mike informed me that Casio wasn't making the model I ordered anymore but he negotiated with Casio to give me the next model up at the same cost! Awesome! After that experience I called Mike back with an unusual projector request and he did the homework on his own time and was able to find the ONE projector that could fit my needs then offered it to me at an incredibly competitive price. I'm very impressed with this company and will be doing business with them again.

We recently purchased several NEC monitors from Office Wonderland. One of our clumsy staffer put a finger through the screen soon after receipt. Mike at Office Wonderland was quick to get out a replacement and very helpful in putting us in touch with NEC to see about repairs.

I have now been using the Casio projector which was recommended to me by this company for about 1 month. Originally I was looking to buy an Infocus projector due to my familiarity with the model and brand. Rich recommended to try the Casio XJA257 Laser projector since the lamp lasts pretty much for ever and the compact size as well as brightness. Used this projector for several business meetings and even watching a couple of movies. This projector is super sweet. Thanks for the great recommendation.

Ordered from them about 3 years ago and now a different projector in one of our schools classrooms went bad. Called up and spoke to a guy named Richard. He explained to me the easiest options to replace the projector and without going above budget. We were actually 20 percent below our budget. Projector arrived and was installed and did indeed work as described. It is nice to work with someone who has a passion in the products they represent.

I found and ordered a projector in which the manufacturer had a newer improved model. Customer service called to let me know and offered the upgrade. Great customer service A+++
