Towel Depot

I ordered 72 towels for a high school sports team...they sent the wrong color. After getting the BBB in NY involved they finally sent me return shipping labels and they received the towels back 1/9/18 and still have NOT issued a refund! This company has stolen a sports team’s money since the booster club had paid over $500 for the towels! Don’t EVER do business with this company.

The New York OPS Manager for the Towel Depot has gone above and beyond his duties to correct the ordering issues that I have had this week by getting to the bottom of the problem.

In addition to my order being upgraded to a higher quality towel,a definite UPS tracking number, to my humble gratitude, The Towel Depot has generously made a contribution to my son's youth sports foundation memorial hockey tournament for whom these towels were originally ordered for.
I would like to thank this company for making a bad miscommunication problem, correct. Thank you.

No shipping notification received.
Called 5/7/14 - Was told the order should arrive by the next day (5/8/14) Called 5/12/14 - Towels still have not arrived, called and requested tracking number, was told their system was down and they would call me back with one
Called 5/16/14 - No call back yet, still no towels, called again, no answer. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the towels or even a tracking number.

I am very happy with the product, I spent more than $3,000 and I own a restaurant and salon we ordered hand towels,bar towels and some sheets great quality very well define description on web site. I recommend them to every one who has a knowledge of what they are ordering. A +++++++++++++++

Order 600 Dozen's of Salon Towels for our multi location's Salons & Spa, We operate from NJ. At first I was hesitant but man it was exciting to get the delivery the very next day as I didn't realize they ship from Rochester, NY, I got my entire order and when I open the boxes, it was just what I expected, Perfect Hand towel and in exact same color as I expected.
