About 4 months ago we cancelled our first order with Health Warehouse due to an unacceptable delay on the processing of a prescription. Today that prescription arrived at our house. These folks seem confused.

Received confirmation that order was shipped 6/2/2020, and generally delivery is made within 3-5 days. Today is June 9th and I still have not received my order.

I needed the medication within a few days and despite paying for expedited shipping, it still didn’t come in time and I had to pay for a fill at a local pharmacy which ended up costing me a ton.

I just resumed taking a med that I hadn't ordered for nearly a year, thought there might be a problem getting it going again. Everything went smoothly, and I got my meds on time!

I ordered my meds but didn't realize how low I was running so I called and they did a courtesy over night air delivery for me! They were so nice ! Will definitely be using them from now on

I called and received knowledgeable customer representative who helped with my prescription order and it arrived right on time .

Pricing is fair and I will continue to use.

Will be checking some other options too but Healthwarehouse saved me about $150/3 months on 2 of my 3 meds.

My prescription is delivered every 30 days oh, something I don't even have to think about. The product is superior and the price is amazing. Thank God for this company.

I have been ordering medications and supplements for several years from Health Warehouse and think they are wonderful. We have gotten excellent prices on all items and whenever we have needed to speak with a representative ( instead of just ordering online) the person has been pleasant and professional. I recommend them very highly.

Since going on Part D I hadn't needed HW for a few years, but now that New York has made the insurance industry's profits more important than people's needs - Tier 3 and 4 are ridiculously expensive, and with a deductible now, HW got my meds here a lot quicker and cheaper than my overpriced Part D did. Excellent. Thanks for being there.

Today I checked the status of my refill ordered 2/20/20 on your website. It said the order was still processing. So then I had to take time to call. I found out the prescription had been delivered. Disappointed I had to make call.
