Awful Company
Awful Company! DO NOT USE!!

From not being able to get invoices to late delivery of goods and then you cannot even return! These guys make everything so difficult its unreal!
Will NEVER use again!

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare! I placed an order on their website and been notified that it will get delivered in 4 days. Two weeks later the order hasn't been delivered and they refuse to issue a refund! Not just that but they asked me to wait for another week and then contact them again if it doesn't arrive! Avoid!!!

Terrible customer service product came damaged and customer services wasn’t helpful at all. Told me they can offer me a 2£ refund for something I paid £50 for absolutely ridiculous won’t order again!!!!!!

I love Studio! My personal experience is that everything is brilliant value for money. The service is also very good. I have purchased many things from Studio including clothing, bedding, garden furniture, kitchen mats, so many things!! I will continue to use Studio for my future ourchases!

I have been happy with all my purchases. On occasions where I am rarely unhappy with purchases, studio has rectified these and I am happy with the results. Their products are good quality and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Studio.

I had some problems where I have ordered items for example mother's day and had a very long wait then after the even has been and gone I got let down saying it had been cancelled.
Disappointing stock levels should be more up to date when ordering.

Sent the totally wrong colour, when I rung for a resolution I got hung up on 3 times, one of the poorly spoken operators asked me how I would like to pay? When all I wanted was an exchange! Terrible manners! I will never order from them again!

Trying to get someone to take ownership of a query took 2 months.

Studio Credit account closed 2 years ago but still showing on my credit report. I have emailed many times about this and got stuck in a standard response loop.

Unable to make a purchase. Kept taking me to old account details wouldn’t allow me a new one.

Many emails later finally able to access. Don’t want a credit account again after the last experience. Placed an order for in stock items and put payment details in. Email a day later thanks your item will be 28 days for delivery???

Just a bit rubbish.

I do like studio but the postage puts me off from ordering sometimes, as i always spend alot and you still pay postage, i think if you spend over a certain amount postage should be free like with other large companies this is the only down fall i have with studio , orders always come on time and items i have oreder to this date i have only had one problem and it was fixed immediatly

Love studio. Really good products and an excellent way of being able to get presents when low on money. Studio has helped me out a lot especially around Christmas time. Would definitely recommend studio

Bought a hot tub from studio only to unwrap it fill it up to find it had a leak, I contacted customer service who were absolutely no help at all, this is the second year I've had a hot tub from them and last year one of the seams split I contacted them for help and although they agreed to send me a replacement it never arrived and no amount of contact was forthcoming, I have bought loads of items over the years but this is the last straw, unhelpful company and no regards for customer satisfaction, straight out of the box and no replacement absolute shambles, I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero, ill never use them again,

Never buy from here, please save your time and energy and just shop with someone reliable. I bought a baby gate in February and after waiting some time I called up and was told they couldn’t tell me when it when it would be delivered so I cancelled only to receive the gate days later and I have been trying to return the item ever since. I’ve had to call up 5 times and am still waiting for collection. I’ve also been told that once they receive the package it will take another couple of months for me to get my money back. Really wish I never bothered, ordered the same thing cheaper with Amazon and it came next day.

I'm a true fan of studio. Not the type of person who wanders around bedding and home wares shops. So I love the fact that I can go on line or browse one of the catelogues. Even give me great ideas for Christmas gives and decorations.

Just a short recap: Still not sorted out my complaint from December 2020 where I didn't receive a personalised item. After quite a lot of aggro and having to almost prove it hadn't arrived you kindly reordered it even though I explained it would now be too late as it was a gift. I finally received it but you had put the wrong name on it and when I complained again you offered me a 10% discount on an item that was too late and for the wrong person! I contemplated putting an ad in the local paper seeking a couple with the right name so I could gift it to them! You then kindly arranged a return but it was never credited to my account despite me sending my proof of return. For the sake of £12.99 you would hope that customer service would be the priority instead of a paper trail of emails almost as long as the boat stuck in the Suez canal!
In a nutshell i would rate the choice of products about 7/10 but customer service and accountability 0/10

Trying to cancel an order is an absolute nightmare! claim my account isn’t created even though they can tell me what I’m trying to cancel! Customer Service is absolutely abysmal! Don’t listen, very very rude and won’t pass on to a manager! Shocking service for a company that’s meant to be decent! I want my money Studio and I won’t be back! Avoid at all costs!

Shopped with studio for nearly 12 mths, can't say enough about them, absalutley brilliant to shop with, everything I've needed especially through this trying time of the pandemic, so easy to understand the site, customer service's are excellent sooooo helpfull wouldn't shop anywhere else LUV IT ??????

This company is an absolute joke. I bought a Hoover from them which did not work. After weeks of emails back and forth they eventually told me how to return the item. A month later I had received no refund so contacted them again. Many more emails later they said they were going to refund me £7.98 (the Hoover cost £49.99) Avoid!

Avoid like the plague,took my money out straight away for an item.delivery was supposed to be maximum of 5 days - 3 weeks later no communication! Numerous phone calls ( foreign call centre reading from a script!)....emails etc then i was informed item was lost in transit! Got my refund after 6 weeks,would never use this company ever again
