Had this on order for 4-5 weeks now.....chased several times....to be informed today there was a delay in transit and it would be another 1 -2 week. My advice. Pay the little extra, buy locally, and get it on time. This has been appalling.

The product came late but I expected it to be late so that's not a big bother to me. There isnt much information when tracking the parcel so I had a bit of anxiety while waiting. The good thing about it is that, the product that I received was genuine and was packed well and the price was the cheapest among the others online. So I would say it was worth it. Will look into buying another item again here. We will see.

I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before I purchased my Canon powershot SX740 camera from this company! It's been nearly a month and nothing has arrived yet. DHL tracker showing it has only just arrived in the UK so at least it's not a lost cause (fingers crossed) and hoping it arrives this week.
In retrospect I think I would rather pay the extra and not have the endless wait and be assured of a UK warranty which I'm not expecting.....

My second order and I will be coming back.
When buying from Tecobuy I did so with expectation it will take a month to arrive as it comes from Honk Kong (and website is quite clear and upfront about it).
With that expectation the experience was good.
Two different orders took under 2 weeks to arrive. They both ended up a bit cheaper than trying to order locally (and one was a keyboard I was looking for that wasn't even available in UK)

Keep in mind you're trading off shipping time for lower price and you should enjoy buying from them.

Ordered an iPad as a xmas present. After xmas status changed to delivered (it wasn't) Raised a comllaint but Hermes "claim" it was so claim closed. Paypal closed claim as well so left out of pocket.

If you want to save money then you have to be patient and you will receive your item. I bought a Samsung s21 and saved huge about of money and I knew I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery but my item came in less then 3 weeks.

Ordered a Sony A7 iii and saved a small fortune. Shipping took about a month but if you're not urgently needing the item immediately I highly recommend ordering from here. Once the item landed in the UK it was handed over to DPD who provided me with tracking information. I was a little worried when I first ordered so just wanted to reassure others thinking of purchasing from here that it is safe.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 and there was a three week delivery time which was not a problem as I was not in a rush. However, when the watch arrived it was not a UK version, despite buying from the UK site. This was very apparent as early on in the watch set up process I had to select a country - the UK was not included - all the ones available where in the Middle East. This is important as not all the watch's functionality is available in all countries, especially the health monitors including ECG, BP etc. I also doubt if the 2 year warranty period on a genuine UK watch would be available. I intend to return the watch for these reasons and seek out a genuine UK one, even if I have to pay a higher price.

Many think it’s too risky to trust this site, but I’m glad I did. I’ve been scammed before so I was quite nervous but some of the reviews appeared genuine so I went with my gut. So glad I did as the delivery, although slower than some, was brilliant. I will always look on here in future when I’m after tech. My DJI mini 2 drone came well packed and well discounted.

I first ordered a camera, follow by a lens a couple of days later. Communication was excellent and I received the camera two weeks later, followed by the lens two days after that.

Overall, I saved about 40% compared to what it would have cost me in the UK.

I was concerned about some of the reviews, but read them for yourself... the vast majority of them are people complaining about long delivery times... if you’re happy to wait, then grab yourself a bargain! Pay by PayPal with a credit card and you’re protected if something does go missing in transit anyway.

I had a great experience ordering the garmin forerunner music watch. Came in around 2 weeks which I expecting and happy considering I was saving £50 on any other shop online. I was hesitant reading the reviews though ordered anyways and very glad I did. Had emails each step of way with updates. Just need to be patient as it’s not Amazon prime, though for the best price it’s worth the wait and 100% genuine and NEW products not refurbished or used. So if your buying as a present for someone know this can take a few weeks! I would 100% recommend brilliant

Excellent product but took 3 weeks to arrive. So saved £4 and got the product in a colour I couldn't get at the time on amazon but it arrived 2 weeks after my partner's birthday. Just be aware products being shipped to UK from Hong Kong.

I recently purchased a budget camera lens but I was a little dubious because the price was really very good - a good £25 plus cheaper than elsewhere. So I took a small gamble. The item arrived as described and well packed. My only criticism is that it took a while for the item to arrive. But I was in no rush. I will definitely consider buying from them again.

Just an Importer!! Waiting ages nothing to do with Covid Crap! just shipped from China and sent stupid inconsistent emails. Beware if you have waiting over a month and try to cancel in anyway they will say you have to wait and follow the 30 day returns which is fine and dandy until you needed this item badly due to security issues but had to wait. misleading delivery times. you have been warned pay the extra fiver and get it from Amazon or somewhere decent. you have been warned.

once again a brilliant product from tecobuy. have used them before and would recommend them to anybody. as i have said in the past it just takes a little longer to get here, so order in plenty of time. bought a nintendo switch for my grandson and he is delighted with it, they were out of stock in the uk. well done tecobuy.

When I ordered I emailed them to check it was coming and they replied quickly. It wasn't in stock (you couldn't see this on their website), but they replied with speed and the parcel arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Was suspicious it was a scam website, was pleasantly surprised.

Shocking service.

Bought the device back in November, it worked for entire 2 minutes and then died. We took loads of videos and pictures to prove it did not work.

We had to pay for it to be Sent to their UK based RMA centre to be repaired (not replaced).

They had it for almost a month and then they responded to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the device and that I should either pay for it to be sent back to them (£32.00!) or they'll bin the device.

I raised a dispute through Paypal and they have informed me that there is nothing they can do because they are based in China.

Raised a case with the Trading Standards, they said the same.

My options are paying them to send it back to me or lose out the entire refund.

These people have completely robbed me blind.

IF I get it back, I guarantee it is DOA again.

Not bad site, for a bit cheeper goods, however waiting is a bit longer than expected. My device came in less than perfect condition as I got some minor dust crumbs on protective screen foil what you don't expect from a new one, despite it is original product.
I've been informed regarding shipping and delivery more or less on time.
I'm sure it is not dodgy site as many are saying.

I seen all the negative reports after this purchase and was worried. However with the exception of the time taken to deliver I have no issues at all with my purchase. It was £32 (30%)cheaper than Amazon. Whilst I could have had it delivered by Amazon within 24 hours I would rather have the £32. I would not hesitate to plan ahead and buy from Tecobuy again
