I saw Ads at online and ordered 10 boxes disposable globe ($30.00 & $10.28 s&p) they shipped 1 box and 9 box will ship in 2-3 weeks but 4 weeks later they canceled my order without any notice or explain and refund only $27.00 I called but hold phone 10-15 minutes nobody answer it is not about money I opened case at Paypal But they don't do anything beware I guess they are scammer they don't have no stock and maybe no warewhouse

I don't think they stock anything, and they don't let you know your order is out of stock or any idea of a ship date. Last order took 5 weeks and showed up piece by piece. Have given one more chance and this is it. They won't even answer the phone to update status. Don't waste your time.

A few weeks ago a customer of mine emailed that they needed some coffee air pots so same day I got on Ka Tom's website and placed the order which came to $221.41 with shipping. A couple hours later if even that, my customer informed me they didn't need the air pots after all, so I quickly called Ka Tom to cancel. I was informed they couldn't cancel the order as it already shipped and was advised to simply refuse delivery once UPS brought it which I did. About a week later I still had not received a credit to my card so I opened Live Chat with Ka Tom explaining what happened. I was told once they received and inspected the return they would issue a credit minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. I was flabbergasted at this and explained that I was a repeat customer having made 6 previous orders totaling about $2230. I pointed out that Ka Tom shows on their emailed invoices that "Here at KaTom, our dedicated team strives to make every shopping experience excellent. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the KaTom Customer Appreciation Team" I said given that I'm a repeat customer, charging me a restocking fee is NOT appreciating my business. The rep then said they could assess a 10% restocking fee as opposed to the usual 25%. This with the shipping fee came out to $45.26 that I lost even though I called same day to cancel. Being a repeat customer apparently doesn't matter to Ka Tom. Seems they wanted that restocking fee and shipping charge more than future business with us which would have come to much more than the $45. When they emailed me the credit memo, the bottom of their email shows they're a GSA contract holder. This seemingly explains part of their somewhat apathetic attitude towards us smaller customers. Fortunately Ka Tom has competitors from which I also order and who in the future will certainly be receiving business that would have gone to Ka Tom.

Place is very nice well stocked but it ends there. The customer service is terrible they don't care very lazy and takes forever to check out very disorganized talk to the manager big attitude the staff members are not that bad but just not well trained! They don't care because they do big Internet sales I'll go from now on to a place that appreciates my business has happened multiple times not just once!

Even though the reviews scared me about the return and calling back process I was already getting myself worked up on the call I was about to make. Luckily for me I got Sarah and she was a wonderful help and I hope to make future purchases from them again.

I bought a steamer from them with a price of $1860, after I got it, yhere were there shelves missing. Moreover, after 2 days using. Its rusty on the diffuser tray ... I can not return it, because I already used. Do not buy any product from this company, they are trying to steal your money!

In spite of talking, e-mailing, messaging, you name it 50 times they have been ignoring me and have never refunded me my US$329.40 that I sent them for an order 3 months ago and I have never received my order nor my full money back they only sent me 10% of my total money. It is insane. Is there any organization can stop this troubling company and put them out of business, look the reviews customers have been suffering from this non sense distributor. Cheaters!!!

Never received record of product being shipped. Cancelled a few big items and never received credit. Two weeks later and several phone calls I have no idea where the order is. Cheaper prices but you get what you pay for. Not worth it!

I wanted to return a few items the day after they were received. They told me that this was a special order so no return. There was nothing special about the order. No clearance or anything like that. I was going to buy a bunch of other stuff, but I'm not going to do business with crooks.

This company never responds to my phone calls, emails or chats. I have been attempting to return some items that aren't going to work out with my business. I have been trying to get a response for over 30 days. Their phone lines are always too busy to answer my calls. They have a ridiculous returns process that requires the customer to wait until you receive an email back from the returns department "in 3-5 days" after you contact them. It has been over 30 days. The chat agent seems to be a bot so that avenue doesn't help either. I have never experienced this degree of substandard customer service from an online retailer before KaTom. Save your money and do not order from them!

Sometimes reading can be helpful but in my case it's different after reading all the negative comments here I feel anxious that maybe my order will not come on time. I'm so thankful that it was delivered before our simple celebrations. I will order here again in the future. Thanks Katom!

Of you order something and return it they will not give you your money back for 3 months and will also charge you a huge restocking fee... They say they are all about the customer but they are all about them....

This company has very poor customer service as well as several inefficiencies when meeting customer demands.I will suggest boycotting this company especially if there's need of urgent feedback or promp delivery .

I placed an order back in March . I got one of the items two months after order was placed. It's been 3 and a half months and the other items haven't arrived. 3 times I've called and they tell me it will be delivered in a week. Two jerks go by and still nothing . The fourth time a lady told me they didn't even have the product. Didn't offer a refund or anything. She said someone will contact you today or Monday. It was a Friday and that was two weeks ago. I should've check the reviews before buying from this company.

Stay away if you can. Ordered a filter for ventless hood on May 20th, did not receive tracking until May 28, only to notify me that the product had already been returned to the shipper. Spoke to the rep after 40 min of wait on the call, could not explain why product was returned to shipper. Offered to reship it to my address. No emails whatsoever after the call. Emailed them a couple times regarding the shipment. No response. June9th, finally able to reach the rep with another 40ish min of wait, was notified that they had not sent out the shipment. Speechless! Requested to cancel the transaction, yet was told to wait for the refund rep to call me back regarding the cancellation which normally take 24-48hours. Another blow! It's been 48 hours, no surprise, no call from anyone. Immediate after the call on 6/9, I placed an order from another online retailer and already received the product today 6/11. With KaTom, three weeks of waiting, nada!

Never order from KaTom. I ordered 12 glasses and 2 were broken, 3 months later still no refund and no replacement. I have emailed more than 8 times and called at least 4 times. They have told me they sent a replacement but it went to California, I live in the midwest, WOW. Never again its just 2 glasses and I can't even get a refund or replacement.

I ordered 3 sets of wine glasses - which I never received. KaTom wrote & said shipment was damaged & returned to them. Next they said it was delivered & signed for. Then they said shipment was returned to them because it was damaged in transit. I asked to cancel order & get my money back. They said that couldn't be done until they checked with FedEx about their claim for damage. I told them they have shipment which I never received - but they said that there would be further delay so they could verify. I spoke with Sarah who said she would confirm that they had the returned damaged goods & would process refund. I never got any email from Sarah or KaTom. Particularly frustrating because it is next to impossible to get through to them. This is a dishonest company. Wholly unreliable. Someone should contact the owner, Patricia Bible, to complain - but she is probably the mastermind of this horrible business practice. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - OR IT WILL COST YOU.

I placed an order in March 2020,after getting the usual "it's covid-19's fault" i was given the option to cancel,after going through the cancellation process twice I've not gotten a refund as of June 4,2020. So now I understand why there are so many bad/terrible reviews.

Even not one star.. Zero star.. Customers shiuld know that all equipments return or exchange should pay 25 % shipping fee of price of product. Can you believe 25% shipping fee for exchange. 25 % only shipping fee.. Great company Never ever order again..

They say products available, then bait-and-switch, as your items are suddenly not in stock. Always the same ONE PERSON who replies to live chat. "Caleb". Pay $40 for item, more than $20 for shipping, and two weeks later, still no items. With each live chat, they said "Should be in stock late this week or next week, and item will ship at that time". Well, item never came. On 3rd week, still nothing (item was in stock when I ordered it!), decided this whole thing wasn't worth the aggravation, unacceptable waiting for something that was supposed to have been available from the start, and general [excuse the term] $#*!ing around with customers. Order was cancelled by me, and I was guaranteed a refund of item/shipping costs. Still haven't received that refund, either. So, long story short (too late?! LOL), the place is run by cons and thieves. DO NOT ORDER/BUY from them.
