I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!

I got a mothers ring for Christmas from here. I ordered a 9. I tried it on its to small. Went to a jeweler to get it resized they said the ring was a 8 3/4 so I just paid 64.00 to have it resized. Thanks a lot for costing me more money!! Will never order from here again.

UPS 2 day shipping implies that they expedite making your order and get it sent out right away. Not the case! No indication that it will still take almost a week. 2 days to leave factory and 2 day delivery with a weekend in the middle of it. Ordered Wednesday 6/14/17 and received on Monday June 19th.

Customer Service is terrible. Not even a "Sorry you were disappointed". They could at least pretend to care about customers impression of their company.

I have purchased 3 engraved, stainless steel bracelets from Eve's,Addiction - 1 for myself and 2 as gifts. We love them! In fact, my daughter described her's as " stunning." I agree. They were ex actually as ordered, the ordering process was easy and they arrived BEFORE I expected. I would not hesitate to order from them again and plan to do so. Vicki

I bought over $150 worth of merchandise. Everything engraved special for the people I bought them for. The engraving is so small you can't read it, and is very sloppy. I'm very upset!

I purchased a locket with two gems in it. The gems fell out five times over the next year. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn’t help because it was beyond the 60 day return period. But, they offered 40% off a new locket if I wanted to buy a new one! Why would I buy a second cheaply made piece of junk?!

I ordered my BF a necklace on March 11 and it still hasn't been delivered on the 26 of March. I emailed them and now I have contacted my CC to dispute the charges. Will never use this company again.

Got my wife a Christmas present and it never shipped. I called and complained the week before Christmas and they said contact the shipping company. I called the shipping company and they said they never received it. I called back and they made me a new order and I told them it had to be here before Christmas but it did not arrive before Christmas even though they promised.

I am not one to write reviews but I was so disappointed in a gift I was going to give my bridesmaids and when I received the engraved bracelets, they were horribly engraved and smeared. When I called and talked to customer service they were polite but told me that they could not refund my money. They said that I would have to send them pictures of it and they would replace them. I am awaiting to see how to handle this..
And to top it off, they charged my credit card..twice! I spent $270 on these bracelets and they double charged me. They told me that it wouldn't charge me twice but it has and they are not willing to do anything about it. Would never recommend this site to anyone.

I don't know whether they're aware or ignorant that they're selling FAKE silver jewelry that is sold as real sterling & stamped .925 but they are!
I had five pieces from them & long story short, had to sell them. A magnet at the 1st jewelry store I went to was waved over the small pile of silver jewelry (I had other non Eve's pieces too) and 2 pieces clung to it. I was told the 2 rings were not silver, certainly not sterling.
Not believing them, I went to 3 other places, 1 other jewelry store & 2 pawn style shops. I was told the same thing by them too.
It had been years since I got these pieces, plus 1 was a gift from an ex, so there was no returning to Eve's Addiction.
I am so disappointed if this is an oversight & disgusted if it's blatantly done on purpose for profit.
I only had 5 items and 2 were fake. They have 100's if not 1000's of items...think what you're paying for!
I'd at least pretend to want to sell whatever it is you buy, you don't have to sell it and you get a free look into if your jewelry is good quality (or at least made of the material it's said to be on their website!)

Placed an order for two of exact items and tried to correct it within 10 minutes. Was told it went to warehouse, they can’t help. About 15 emails later and repeated requests to get owner or presidents name I got 1 item removed but was charged for priority shipping which I did not select. They don’t look into problem they just send canned replies. Stay away from this company!

Received present late after paying for 2 day shipping received it 8 days later and the free gift was NO WHERE to be seen. There excuse was there is No Guarantee on shipping yet they charge you for 2 day shipping why pay extra if there is NO GUARANTEE

I ordered engraved silver bracelets for my wedding party, and after a few days two of the five bracelets have already snapped. One of them scratched my sister in law when it broke. I paid $50 (per bracelet!) for a product that I can't wear, and now have to tell everyone else not to wear theirs so they don't injure themselves.

When I contacted Eves Addiction for a refund, they told me they would not refund my money because the items were personalized. I'm not sure why that matters when the product is broken and defective. They said I could exchange them, but why would I ever want to have another product from this overpriced, awful website? I have zero confidence that the next item would be any better!

I wish there were more ways to tell people to stay away!!

I ordered two birthstone rings, 1 for each grandmother for Christmas. JUST received them both and they are very very cheap looking. One has a stone that is about to fall out and the other is "gold" a golden color that I don't think I have seen before. I'm embarrassed to give these cheap gifts. Highly disappointed. Side note: before ordering, I checked with the BBB and they had great ratings. The customer reviews I guess are the real deal.

I placed an order with Eve's Addiction for my grandmothers birthday present. I ordered the necklace with the engraved children's names and birthstones and an engraved jewelry box. My grandmothers birthday is this month so I was hoping it would arrive pretty soon so I though I would read reviews to see what other people thought, I was saddened to see the bad reviews so I was quite nervous for this order..... Well the next day I received an email that said my order was on being shipped ! WOW! but then I realized I had a typo on my engraved jewelry box message, I called customer service and based on the reviews thought this would be rough, but someone answered within minutes and she was super helpful!Today 4 days after I ordered, my gift arrived and it is beautiful and everything came engraved perfectly!!! My experience with Eve's Addiction has been awesome!! I would definitely order again and not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe their service has changed not sure , but I would definitely recommend them !

I recently placed an order with eve's addictions spending over $80 merchandise. When i placed the order it said that the engravings for the rings were free, well when the order processed and came back with the wrong credit info i called in to make sure everything was correct. Well to my surprise later that day my account was charge the over $80 amount, now when the rings came in i looked at the info and it said they charged me an additional $18 per ring for the inside and outside engraving. Now here comes the interesting part of this whole ordeal....... when i took the rings out to look at them the engraving on my ring was barely visible and extremely hard to find and it was also all scratched up like it was already worn by somebody else before i got it, and on my boyfriends ring the inside engraved date was all wrong and instead of saying 10/25/15 it said 10/15/15 this is after i had already talked to someone prior to making the order ...... So the sizes were supposed to be size 10 and 11, when he tried his on he got it on and then could not get it off and had to really soak it off, mine would not even go on. Later that night we took them to a jewelers to get the rings real size and turns out that his ring was not even an 11 and it was a size 10, mine was sized smaller at a size 9...... So i called them today and spoke to a guy named John who was rude and had really bad customer service, he states that they are refunding my money, and before i could ask him another question about the return paperwork he hung up on me with not even a single " i'm sorry for the bad service you received from us and have a nice night" or nothing. These people need a lesson on proper Sales Advocate skills or they will not last long, also the website should be shut down due to inaccurate and misinforming their clients on what they are actually going to get.

I ordered three birthstone charms for my girlfriend for Christmas. My credit card was charged for the full amount even though they only shipped 2 out of 3 charms. Of the two charms received, they were not the same size even though they were listed as the same only differing with the birthstone. I contacted customer service several times with no appropriate response as of yet. I had hoped for these for Christmas but at this point I just want to get my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
