The only concern I had (and would have with any other independent company online) was the security of my payment without having the product in hand. If you had a means of guaranteeing payment security until product is received, it would eliminate any concern. That was the only reason I answered 4 stars instead of 5 in that category. Great overall buying experience!

I rarely write reviews but considering the amazing price and fast service I thought I should. Someone emailed me almost immediately to let me know my item was on the way. The service was great and I would absolutely buy from you again. Thank you so much! I am already eyeing more EF Collection. Also, if you are out of state you do not pay sales tax!

Stunning necklace! Exactly what I was looking for. Was contacted immediately that shipping would be delayed as item was not in stock however it came much sooner than expected. Arrived very securely packaged. Very impressed with customer service.

I ordered a ring. I received it in great time and the packaging and everything was perfectly lovely. However, the ring does not fit and I need to return it. I have emailed customer service two times and have heard nothing back and therefore not been able to return the ring. I have tried calling and was sent to a voicemail that was full and would not allow me to leave a message. Another failed attempt to complete this transaction. If anyone can get back to me that would be fantastic.

Great customer service, I had purchased something a couple months ago but I didn't love it . I returned right away. I was so impressed with the fast handling of my return and refund. A couple of weeks ago I looked again for something special. I found a beautiful pair of earrings from my favorite designer. John Hardy. I bought them right away. I love to go to the stores to see the jewelry in person, but since I'm in Pa , this worked great. I highly recommend J.R Dunn!

Timely, secure, and discreet packaging. I also think that your geography helped as I am a resident of Palm Beach County just north of you. This gave me more confidence that if I needed to return the item (especially if an online retailer was giving the run-a-round) I knew it would be easier. You exceeded my expectations (granted I wasn't sure what to expect). Thanks for a great ecperience.

I purchased earrings for my niece's birthday and they weren't in stock. When I received the email saying they'd take 1-2 weeks to arrive I mentioned they were a gift and was hoping they'd arrive within 1 week. J.R. Dunn's representative said it couldn't be guaranteed but would do their best to expedite. And the earrings did arrive on her birthday and she says they're very special and beautiful :-)

Your site offered a very nice price match when Nordstrom gave 25% off almost everything. I was actually hesitating, but Ms. Cheryl Pracker emailed me several times and helped me make up my mind. I am very happy with the purchase and will come back for more for sure. Thank you.

Excellent shopping experience! J.R. Dunn has a very good inventory of luxury watches to chose from. Checkout was easy and shipping very fast. Ordered late Thursday night and received order Saturday morning.

I received excellent service on an item (Michele watch band) that was initially unavailable after I ordered it and was promptly told it was out of stock and offered a 'certificate' to show it would soon be coming in case it was a gift and I wanted to give it to a recipient (it was for me!). It then arrived sooner than expected and I love it. Definitely will give my future business to JR Dunn! Thank you again.

Great service here! I was a little sketchy about ordering online, but they had the watch I wanted. I used their online chat feature and Steve was beyond helpful. What was neat, when I called in the store to verify the information obtained was legit, I actually spoke with Steve. He made the transaction smooth and effortless. Love my watch!

Beautiful product. Great customer service. I was concerned that I would not be home to sign for package. Someone from J.R. Dunn called immediately after my on-line question. We resolved issue. Package was delivered very quickly and my husband loved his birthday gift (knife display box-gorgeous!). Thank you. I will definitely shop online again for future gifts!

Had the items I was looking for at a honest price. Good selection of shipping options and a nice selection of payment options. If a negative, the website slowed and locked up a couple of times, but I had the time to work through it and once it was going again, it ran as smooth as it started. Looking forward to the receiving of my item and if I need service, hoping it is as good as everything has been so far. So YES, I am happy and will share and will return.

I was extremely impressed with the shipping time and the quality of the packaging.
