Firstly, took my money for a midnight delivery and then not doing so. (Understandably with the COVID 19) but did they offer to refund the extra charge? NO! Then they get the date wrong despite me confirming the date. The cake ordered was rancid and crumbly. The roses died anything 24 hours. They offered to do nothing but give me back a lousy Rs 250. Atrocious customer service. Please save your money. Never order from floweraura.

Why are your eggless Pineapple cakes time and again BITTER? VERY GOOD PRESENTATION AND FLOWER BOUQUETS. Timely deliveries every time with intimation sent to the sender appropriately. But Bitters cakes spoil the mood and the occasion. And lastly, if in the request for feedback FlowerAura mail, you choose the number 3 face or lower, it will lead you to a Page not found 404 error. But if you choose no. 5 excellent, then you can write a review!

I wanted to send some flowers and cake on the same day and FlowerAura came to my rescue. During the process of ordering, I could easily get clarified of my doubts, thanks to their wonderful customer care employees. Prompt in response and regular updates on the order status. I was looking to surprise my wife with a perfect present. Thanks to FlowerAura! I found a personalised table lamp at their app. My wife totally loved it. Cx team have regularly sent the order information till the time it gets delivered and even i got the discount on order and got the order in the very next day. I am kind of disappointed. The cake was entirely different (looked classy) in the picture but when the cake arrived, it seemed like it was made in some local bakery. Would not recommend photo cakes to anyone

My experience is good on every occasions.There is a difference between shopping online and shopping at an actual shop. If you look online, you will be faced with so many choices of products and discounts that you may have a difficult time deciding what to buy. It's difficult to make sure that you're choosing the best products, in the most affordable price and at the best price possible.

It was really Great experience, Even as the lockdown forced restaurants and eateries shut, food delivery apps have been functioning as they were permitted among essential services , I had to order a cake for my mother I was worried whether the cake will be deliver or not , but Mr kishan Assured me that order will be delivered before time, And he got it done,...He also helped me in the past. The customer service was very responsive. I'd a problem with payment with overseas credit card. The online chat representative patently provided an alternative for me. Later, although they initially said they don't have the particular product I ordered in stock, they found the specific product and shipped it the same day.

Very helpful for purchasing a good quality product and gifting your special ones on time services. It helps me to gift my product to my parents on their anniversary from far away to my hometown also on a reasonable price. I m so thankful to this. Outstanding selection, superior delivery, fragrant, exquisite and you will get exactly what you see on the site! I chose Floweraura to deliver a plant, bouquet, and chocolates for my friend in India. While the items were delivered just in time, the plant that was delivered was almost dried. Additionally, to my surprise in spite of the product name being mentioned as "Hanging Syngonium Plant", the hanging rope wasn't delivered. When I checked with their customer support, the executive conveniently says the rope in the pic is for presentation only and is not a part of the product. If that is so, why is it named as "Hanging......". There are several other plants on the site, which can be hanged too. Why are they not named hanging then?
Secondly from the pic the plant clearly looks dried. But the customer support gentleman seems to have a great vision to see it all healthy.
Saying so they conveniently refused to take any ownership of the misleading product and a bad item delivered. I would never recommend Floweraura to anyone. Completely unprofessional and no customer value.

great...she kept me engage...tried to find out different ways out.... Karishma nicely dealt with me n my situation...finally her effort made me happy and delighted.....
I always buy cakes, combos and flowers from flower aura n asked for guidance....but this time it was not scripted lines which always used by your executives…."we cannot commit". "We will try"... like these....
However, customer wants listen beyond this always.....
Karishma did it.. she tried...and get my order placed for today.... Also offered me discount....
best luck for her..keep it up... bright future...
im also in customer service... and i always think what makes my customers feel delighted....I could relate her efforts with mine...

If you ever want to send flowers to India, please do NOT ever use the florist by the name of Flower Aura. The bouquet of orchids and roses, which I ordered for my mother, were all dying within a day. This company is a total rip-off!
