I ordered 250 can coolies from Anita Condit and she was very helpful! The coolies arrived a couple days ahead of the scheduled date, and I could not be happier, they look great!

Vivian, my representative, responded immediately to my email request for information on ordering multiple logo-branded coffee mugs for a patron thank you gift. She sent detailed information to me on a Monday and by Tuesday had our logo loaded into the files and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Throughout the process of speaking on the phone and emailing, Vivian was personable, caring, concise, patient, and very professional. I would order from Halo Company again because of the professional contact with Vivian. I feel confident that my order will be precisely what I wanted, and delivered on time.

I sent my quote request on Halo's website 4/26/18. I didn't get final proofs until 6/13/18. The proofs looked awful and they were not up to our standards. It was difficult to get in contact with someone. We cancelled our orders and we will continue using our usual vendor.

I have been ordering imprinted wall calendars from Halo since 2011. The orders always arrive on time and there have never been any problems. My rep left the company and another rep, Jody Ferrer, contacted me to help with my annual order. She made the transition seamless and easy. Thank you Jody! My new order will not be shipped till November, so I will answer the questions based on past experience.

Adrienne Barker, MAS was a pleasure to work with. She responded immediately to all of my emails and found the perfect product with the price point we were looking for. First of all, the face of Halo Branded Solutions, is Ross Loevy. He is the only person that we had contact with thru the bidding process. Ross was exceptional - from the first email, thru the review and submission of his proposal to the the final decision. He was clearly the best of the six bidders from an overall responsiveness and detail vantage point. Ultimately, our decision was not based on price but Ross's performance throughout the process. During a brainstorming session, 10 days out from presenting our proposal to the client, we hatched the idea for a customized Rubik's cube leave behind. It was the perfect fit for what we were doing. These normally take 2-4 weeks to deliver, but the team at Halo was able to pull some strings and get us a smaller quantity in time for our meeting. They look amazing and we can't thank you enough.

I enjoyed working with Emily and Jodi. My only complaint is that we have only two fruity options on the lip balm, neither which are particularly attractive. Haven't received my product yet, but the process has been easy and based on what I've seen, I expect to be very pleased with the end result.
