I placed my first order with Halo and was disappointed to find out a few days later that the item as no longer available. I expressed my frustration to the Customer Svc Rep and she had Vivian Weitz from Halo reach out to me for additional assistance. Vivian went above and beyond to assist in finding a replacement product, moving it through the design and approval process, and finally delivering an excellent product that more than met my expectations. It is so rare to find a company that offers this level of exceptional service, Halo (and Vivian) will be my "GO TO" provider for my company's marketing materials. Any pennies that might be saved by comparison shopping are not worth the value of having a vendor that I know will be there if I need special assistance. Thanks Halo and especially Vivian Weitz!

Janette did a great job helping me order some swag items a few months ago. Even though there were delays at the factory, she made sure all my swag was delivered on time and helped deduct shipping costs that I was not responsible for since it was the factories fault. Thank you Jannete! -Roya

First of all, Jan was amazing. She is great and went out of her way to help me and accommodate me and my specific order. However, whoever engraved and packaged our items did not do a good job. They came in dirty, poorly taped boxes and most of our items were engraved poorly and hard to see.

I recently ordered paper coffee cups with our emblem on them. While looking through the website, I was contacted by customer service rep Lynette. She assisted me with the entire process and followed up with me on several occasions to make sure that I was familiar with the process. I had visited other websites looking for the cups but she was the most helpful.

Halo was able to help out with a very tight deadline when two other vendors who claimed they offered "1-3 day" rush orders were not able to follow through, and offered little explanation or other solutions. Halo made us feel like we were their only customer at the time and made every effort to get us what we needed in order to make our deadline. Would DEFINITELY recommend them as a vendor!!

I was very satisfied with Jan Martin's service. I needed an order immediately (quicker than most companies can handle) and she was able to have it delivered earlier than expected. She was also a pleasure to work with and a very pleasant woman.

Ross Loevy was the contact person that helped me and he did an OUTSTANDING job. He was personable, nice, knowledgable and genuinely cared and wanted to do anything he could to help me. The rep I worked with, Jan Martin, provided fantastic service. I appreciated her patience and responsiveness to our company's needs. The one issue we had was a cracked pot on one of the plants (they are supposed to begin cracking after 3 years) so we won't be able to send that product out. But other than a product issue, the service was fantastic. I look forward to working with Jan in the future.
