Best junk company. But two tires November 6 2021,one was arrived on November 15 second didn't, after 7 day's claim lost package and call to the onlinetires for refund and till now no refund. On November 30 call again same of person said its company did refund and promise to send to me confirmation of refund and didn't, it's looks normal for this company. Don't buy from them anything, if something going wrong you're will have big headache.

I purchased a replacement tire online and immediately noticed that it was the wrong load range at which time I called online tires .com to cancel as the web sight link does not work and was told someone would be getting back to me [still waiting 3 weeks later].When the tire did come it was a different profile than the photo when ordered.

I tried buying tires from them online. Tried to pay thru PayPal. Then it kicks me back to Onlinetires and then they ask for credit card info. Had to input that to continue. Then I get an email stating "we don't have those tires but we have these others for $30 more per tire". I cancel the order and they still have not released my money. Emailed them and was told that ''the money was never captured" so it should only be 48 hours and back in my bank. Its been over 48 hours (5 days now) and the bank said that Onlinetires has not released the funds back to my card yet. Now they don't answer the phone or return emails. Real nice service.

Ive shopped with onlinetires multiple times in the past. The website this time around was giving me a hard time on mobile and pc. It wouldnt allow me to fully process my order. I continued to try because I realize its the cheapest place to get quality tires but after a few mobile and pc tries I had to call and place a phone order which isnt all that bad, but its just an extra step I had to take when the website shouldve been smoother and easier. Order over the phone however was fairly quick and easy. Made up for the online experience.

Someone there charged my account twice. When I tried to call, the costumer service line never picked up. Finally I tried on a friend's phone and they picked up on the first ring. The guy on the phone wouldn't believe me and wanted me to give him my account number. After 20 min he magically finds where I was charged twice. Says he giving me a refund. Haven't seen it yet. I have the attorney general of WA State looking into it. Nothing yet. I can't seem to get my money back. One of their employees literally stole money out of my account

the prices are good and cheaper compared to everywhere else right, but their website sucks MAJOR ass! It's hard to order tires online when it keeps telling you to enter your country 7 $#*!ing times. HORRIBLE website, horrible customer service, and horrible experience.

This entire company is a sham and a joke and VERY SHADY. My husband and I are looking into court if we don't receive our refund ASAP. It's been about 3 weeks now and we haven't received our 570 DOLLAR refund for "out of stock" wheels that were of course conventiently out of stock AFTER our money was taken. We received one email saying our order was cancelled and we should receive the refund any day now. That was at the beginning of this fun little journey. Now it's been 2 weeks since our last response from them and we sure have emailed them a lot. I'm about fed up with this BS. I will be taking this to court if that money is not back by the end of the week. This is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly urge you to never buy from this company. I'm getting my money back one way or another, come hell or high water. But why make the trouble for yourself? STAY THE HECK AWAY. If I could rate -10 I would. Worst company I've ever done business with. Pathetic. I will post this as many places I can to warn others. No one deserves this. I hope your company gets run into the ground, AFTER I get my damn money back.

Online tires is the first place I check for tires usually but the last couple of times I needed new tires for my cars they are always out of stock of anything I want and they only have crap economy tires left. When I could get my tires from them it was great but now they NEVER have stock. My last experience with online tires has sadly turned me away from wanting to shop with them again.

I was looking to buy a new set of tires and I look all over the internet and almost every place I got a quote from it was like $130 dollars more and after I looking over again I found online tires be the cheapest and by looking the reviews honestly I was a little be skeptical to get tires from them but anyway after I read them notice almost most of the reviews had nothing to do with their ability to get you cheapest tires so I decide to give them a try and pay off even tho I'm from Illinois and OLT is in California I was expecting the tires a week from the date that I order them. The tires were at my door step the next day amazing good place to order tires if is what you looking for

I should have read the reviews before placing my order. TERRIBLE customer service. I can't get through on their phone lines. When I do, they make promises they can't keep. Once they got my credit card information, I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping info. My next step is with the Better Business Bureau. Save your time and money. Buy from a reputable company. It's not worth the little savings.

I Ordered a set of tires waited a week was told they were out of stock. Then was asked would I pick another cess which I did. And waited another week and a 1/2 ended up calling them to find out they were not available either asked for a 3rd such and no luck. Asked to speak To a manager but was always at lunch. Put a review on Facebook had a manager responds that they will try and make this right and nobody ever contact me back. Quick to take my money. Quick to mail "a" tire, definitely not the one I ordered. Two weeks later, I have yet to reach anyone. Emails, phone calls, Facebook messages go unanswered. Probably going to sue them. Looks like others are having the same issue.

I purchased a wheel and tire package from onlinetires. Wheel width recommendation of their sales representative was totally wrong. Company refuses to take wheels back and replace them. Sales representative who sold wheels refused to give me name of customer service supervisor who could resolve matter. Representative hung up on me when pressured for supervisor’s name. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

So, this is kind of my fault, I saw a couple reviews about this company on a couple of car forums telling people how onlinetires.com would tell them that the tire they ordered are "out of stock & on national back order", & they offer you a more expensive tire as a Replacement. Then when you ask for your refund, it takes them 2-4 business days to give you your Money Back...

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I went online to buy a set of tires, but I needed new shoes ASAP. So I look at a set of 4 tires late one night, price was by far cheaper than anything else, which seemed a little too good to be true, in hindsight. Shipping clearly stated it was free with estimated time of 1 - 3 days delivery. The next morning I noticed that one of the tires on my car had a bubble and realized that I needed the new ones from online tires expedited to me. I called them 3 times and no one answered the phone and I started to think it was a scam.... I finally got a hold of someone with a very thick accent and realized that OT saves $$ by outsourcing phone calls overseas, never a good sign. I relayed my issue and asked to pay to have my new tires shipped to me overnight or 2nd day. They came back and said it wasn't possible, so I repeated their own website claim of 1 - 3 business days and asked if I could expect them that soon. No, clearly they had a different website in Kuala Lumpur as they proceeded to tell me I would be waiting 5 - 7 business days. I asked why the website had that claim then, so they put me on hold again and came back with a slightly less worse offer of 3 - 5 biz days, no way to ship any quicker even with extra payment. What????! How does a business set up to ship all their orders not have any means or channel for exceptions, special orders etc? I was willing to pay the cost of the tires again just to get them shipped faster. At that point I was getting impatient, so I just asked to have the order cancelled as I knew Tire Rack would ship for free 2nd day. They told me it was, but couldn't give me any kind of confirmation # or proof of the transaction. I became uneasy and figured I was being scammed, they would keep my $$ and stonewall all phone calls until I gave up on my $166. I insisted, the lady on the phone said she would have to call the warehouse and would call me back. I verified my phone # and waited for a call back....never came. Sure enough, the charge went from pending to posted on my cc, so I called them and had them call OT while I was on the phone so I could get proof of who I spoke to and that they would be forced to refund my transaction. Finally we got ahold of someone there who said it could take 3 - 5 days for the charge to be posted to my account, I insisted on a name, phone # and confirmation email. In case anyone else has the same issue, his name is Jilles Almario, phone # 877-465-8473 x33059. The email says the business is in Vernon, CA, but no way are the calls going there. Best case, this business has terrible customer service and a very inadequate or cheap shipping system with no alternate options, as well as a deceptive and disingenuous website claim on ship time. At the worst, they're scammers and need to forced into refunds by spending a disproportionate amount of time with phone calls and a third party mediator, if you're lucky. We'll see if the charge actually refunds to my card in the next week......I will never shop with them again, this was an agonizing experience. Proceed at your own risk if you choose, good luck with that.

A one star doesn't even describe how horrible this place is!!! My tires are low profile so I couldn't just go to a tire place to get my tires changed. So, I went online to find some tires that fit my car and could get here quick. Ordered the tires 225.35.r20 on a Friday and needed them fast because I was going on a trip. When ordered the delivery date says 1-3 days!! Which is what I needed because I needed them ASAP. Once they took my money they never processed anything until the next week and said my tires would take 3-5! The whole reason I chose them is for the quickness yet once they toook my money they say it'll be a week! My delivery date was the NXT Friday. So, that Monday I called to get a refund because I didn't need them if it's not gonna get here I'd go elsewhere. They refused to give me my money back! To improvise I would have fedex leave my package at the closest pickup facility and I'd come get them in order to get the tires faster. ONLINE TIRES LOCKED MY SHIPPING! They refused to unlock it to where I could get my package even tho it was my money!! So I had no choice but to wait until Friday. They got there that Friday morning so I coouldnt leave for my trip until Friday. Check the tires and THEY SENT THE WRONG ONES!!!! My rims are r20s they sent r14ss NOT EVEN CLOSE

Ordered a set of tires, (I previously ordered from them before so i know they do not communicate, and i got the tires after 2 weeks at my house) so i thought i would just see the tires at the front door, 3 days after i ordered, i get an e-mail saying these are not in stock. So i a reply saying well ship me any other tires for the price. Another day later i got a no. After that I just decided forget it, just send me what tire you got and add the rest to my credit card if you can ship it to me in a week. Day later i get a reply saying we can't do that. I called them numerous times during this no one answers !!! Worst customer service i ever experienced, I dont even know why this company still exist. I placed an order on 14th the next day i was givin a tracking number,5 days later i had tires at my door step,unbelievable Prices so good yea i didn't think i get em, but i noticed 1 thing they take pay pal and pay pal don't let people run a scam on you,i cant image not being happy i saved over 200 bucks on Rv Tires,no one sells emm cheaper!!!..

i ordered a tire on october 25th, paid for the cheapest shipping option, and it was delivered to my door on 10/29! The shipping company called me beforehand to make sure I was home to get it or to make sure they could leave it in a secure place. But keep in mind I live in west LA, so shipping to me is probably going to be quicker than if you live out of state.

More importantly, the total price i paid including shipping for the tire i wanted was $10-20 cheaper than other online retailers (I exhausted my search of all the online retailers).

I was a little weary of buying from this company when i saw the ratings, but my experience was wonderful!
