We have bought a number of tickets from Gigantic over the years and have always found them to be nice, reliable and an easy company to deal with. Recently, however, we needed to contact them directly for the first time after they informed us of a change of date to a gig we had booked. Knowing how difficult this has been with other companies, I prepared for the worst but couldn’t be more surprised!
I spoke to a great guy called Harry who was so helpful and sorted everything out so quickly and got a refund sorted out straight away! Also managed to get in a bit of craic about the latest bands to see on tour, including some pretty cool artists and bands… this is what we need from ticket companies, not waiting months and having to send dozens of emails to companies who don’t care.
So Gigantic and Harry, you have restored my faith in ticket agencies… you are by far the nicest and the coolest and will be our first port of call for all of our gig needs in the future.
Absolutely recommended!

Easy site to use but still wont give 5 stars as they have the stupid booking fee and and extra 50p for PRINTING TICKET AT HOME. What a rip off. This needs sorting on all booking sites.

Concert is in 4 days and haven’t received tickets. They say the tickets will be sent 5 days before the event which is completely outrageous. Stick with any other ticket vendor.

Heavily bumped up prices this year Plus £4.50 booking fee PER ticket ( have bought 8) plus the honor of paying another 50p to print the tickets on my own computer??
Really?? I don't think so!

Been waiting nearly four weeks for a refund and they are keeping all the various booking fees totalling £24.Will never be booking anything with them again.Ticketmaster replied the same day and are refunding within five working days.

First time ever using gigantic and I was very impressed with their customer service and for this reason they get five stars. I ordered tickets via their website using a gift certificate and for whatever reason my order hadn't finalised, however I received an email from Jack before I even had chance to contact them advising me what had happened and if I still wanted to place the order. I called Jack and within a few minutes he had resolved the problem and sent me my tickets on email. Thanks Jack and thanks Gigantic. Will definitely use again. ????

So it seems that if a Gig is cancelled or postponed (which is happening a lot recently due to Covid-19) then Gigantic do not refund the 10% booking fee!

They also don't seem to refund the 50p 'print at home' charge - even though they claim this pays for ticket scanners on the night of the gig. If the gig does not go ahead, then there will be no scanners to pay for...

Despicable!

I bought Bearded Theory tickets for this year through this site as have done in the past.
The event was cancelled this year for May and put forward to September.
We are unable to go in September so were offered a refund.
A confirmation number was given along with a date of when the refund would appear in my account, 02.04.2020.
The money has still not been refunded and the customer services are not able to answer the phone, which I understand, but an email should be replied to.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service.

I recieved an email informing me Tom Jones gig had been cancelled but had been rescheduled for June 2021. I replied to the email and requested a refund, I got a reply the next day saying no problem the refund would go ahead. Two days later the money was in my bank I'm very impressed with the speed in which this was handled I will certainly use Gigantic tickets again.

I found the Gigantic website payment facility confusing to the point where I ended up buying 4 tickets for Shrewsbury Folk Festival, when I only needed 2. So I emailed Gigantic at about 11:00 on Sunday morning explaining my predicament. By 09:15 on Monday morning, Gigantic had replied informing me that they cancelled my duplicate order and refunded my account. What a fantastic service! Massive thanks to Amy Davis at Gigantic :)
