I honestly didn't know if this was a scam or not but I love Borns and couldn't risk waiting until they went on sale to sell out. I got the tickets via email the same day as I ordered them and they seem to be legit. I can't wait!

my original choice was rejected because of a system gliche and the girl that called me from pre-sale was very nice and very helpful! she offered me the same tickets at a discounted price, but she was able to improve my seats for the same price I originally bought. I already referred her to my friend that was going to call for tickets for the same event.

Shipping was lightening speed amazing. As much as many of the tickets seemed like scalper pricing, there was a mix of more regularly priced seats and I got lucky. Thank you. I may come back if I need in the future.

I felt that the transaction was smooth and quick. The website was easy to search and find what I was looking for. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is that the tickets I originally purchased were not available from the seller and I received a call for the same event but the tickets were in a different area. I feel that if the tickets are not for those seats than don't list them here on the site. The rep that called me was very nice and informational.

It's kind of ridiculous to send these surveys before the event date. I won't know how to rate you until I'm actually at the venue and sitting in the seats I paid for if they are what they claim to be. The tickets look fine, but if the venue tells me they're counterfeit, that won't be fine. So, three stars for everything. If you want four or five stars, wait and send the survey after the concert date (or only ask questions about the website and delivery, and save questions that can't be answered until after the concert and send those after the event date.)

For usual events for which the ticket buying experience isn't stressful, I'd go to other marketplaces (usually primary marketplaces). I avoid secondary marketplaces as much as I can. But for tickets to huge events that sell out within minutes of going on sale to the public I would use this because then the headache and stress of trying to get the tickets won't rest on me. The fees are really high, which is the one bad thing about this. But sometimes to avoid the stress, paying the high fees is worth it.

Erykah Badu is my favorite artist and it's my mission to see her at least once a year. When I heard about the pre-sale for her show on 12/28 I was so excited! However, I could not find a code ANYWHERE to purchase pre-sale tickets! I stumbled upon pre-sale-tickets.com and gave it a shot. I was skeptical when after making my purchase I was told that I would receive my tickets by 12/21, which is only 7 days before the event. However, I received my tickets within a few days and am very pleased with them!

Would have liked a better discount and less service fees. Didn't like that I couldn't choose my exact seats only the row. For the high service fees, I should at least get to pick my exact seat. Plus, the site kept kicking me out.

I purchased tickets by accident to the wrong venue. I had planned on buying the correct tickets after I cancelled the order. Your policy of "all sales are final" in my case is unfair, and I will take my business elsewhere.

Reason for low ratings is due to the higher price that I paid. I should have just waited 12 more hours to order from Ticketmaster, as I paid 25 more per ticket on the presale site. For future reference I will just wait until sale day.

Okay - I wish the seats I purchased were actually on the invoice receipt. It feels a bit blind, sort of knowing where the seats are... but not really. I would have more confidence in the purchase if you told me exactly where the seats are.

I found out about this site on twitter. Got tickets ahead of time to see BTS and glad I researched because otherwise, I would have either gotten nosebleed seats or none at all had I waited until the official sale. I’m thankful!
