I recently purchased my new A Class Mercedes from 1st Stop Buy and Drive and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish the team made my purchase a very smooth process which was fast and efficient. They gave me outstanding service whilst obtaining my finance package, thoroughly explaining my options and keeping me updated at each stage. I was made to feel very at ease with any queries that I had and I was really impressed with deal they secured for me. Upon seeing the vehicle I couldn’t of been happier! I could tell that Nick and his team had gone above and beyond to ensure that the car was in immaculate condition for me. They even arranged delivery to my home as I couldn’t collect it during my working hours which massively helped me out! I can confirm without a doubt I will be purchasing my next vehicle from 1st Stop But and Drive, brilliant work guys thanks you!

After travelling to various garages in the North East looking at cars we had seen in the internet, we called in to 1st Stop Buy and Drive to view the car we had seen, from the outset there was no salesman pressure from Nick, he told us about the car and we had a good look around it, after comparing all the cars we had seen, we decided to go back through that afternoon and put a deposit down. We collected the car the next day. Overall brilliant service.

Couldnt be happier, i have poor credit and didnt think i would ever be able to get a car and now i have one because of Nick. Ive only recently passed my test and my new car is a little beauty im over the moon. Nick was fantastic, talked me through everything i needed to know and organised everything. Thank you

I have bought 24 cars in my lifetime;23 of them being from franchised dealers,until now.So,when recently I had been let down badly by three franchised Volvo dealers,I happened upon Nick Langley at 1st Stop Buy and drive
Nick worked tirelessly to source the exact car that I wanted,to a T,and delivered it in an absolutely tip-top condition ,both inside and out.The car was nothing short of excellent.So,my advice to any would-be car purchasers,of any type of car,before you contact a franchised dealer,is give Nick Langley a shout- you won't be disappointed.

I ordered my Kia Picanto on Thursday afternoon after seeing the car online. I was given the option of delivery the very next day which I went for. The car was then delivered within 24 hours of paying the deposit. The car is perfect and in absolutely immaculate condition. The contactless delivery and communication from Nick was superb throughout the process. The service from this company has been excellent and I would 100% be recommending them to any friends and family who are looking to buy a car. Thank you again.
