I have just had a FREE winter check up which included a full valet inside and outside, and I was given a video of all areas of the car underneath which needed attention. I feel I must thank you for all your help and assistance you gave us yesterday.
I know the problem was not yours’s or the companies but without any fuss you fully understood how I was feeling and the problem, as I had spoken with my local Audi dealership and had a very negative response and made to feel I didn’t know a what I was doings. (as if I didn’t feel bad enough already)
You contacted the service manager at Luton who agreed to investigate the problem the same day, and by lunch time I had travelled from Southend to Luton and your technician had investigated and resolved the problem – what service. As I said above I had spoken to my local dealership who wanted nearly £200 just to look at the problem.
As a retired quality manager I know the importance of customer feedback so I’ve tabulated my experience with your company below so please forward this to your team at Luton
•After contacting your company my phone and agreeing a trade in price for my car Rob viewed my car and confirmed the deal without any fuss.
•We test drove the Audi and Rob gave us all the technical details ect.
•After agreeing a delivery day I realised I had another commitment on that day, I contacted Rob who organised the collection for the following for the afternoon.
•My bank blocked the credit transfer (fraud department). I explained this to your admin; department who immediately contacted me when they had received the monies.
•We collected the car and Tony went through all the paper work with us (including taxing the car) and went through all the controls of the car again.
•When we arrived at Luton I advised your technician of the problem who fully understood and corrected it and we were on our way home within the hour

As you can see from the above you have made two retired people very happy, a lot of this must be down to the team work from your team at Luton. I will most certainly recommend your company to all my friends and family and return for my first service.

I would recommend Mike Brewer Motors Luton to friends and family because from first contact to driving away Ben at Luton was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. At no moment did I feel under pressure and Ben and his manager were happy to quote an appropriate value for my PX without picking faults or trying to drive the price down. I would highly recommend MB Luton and particularly Ben for his attitude and attention to detail. Ben didn't try any hard-sell tactics and when I indicated that I didn't need finance, Ben did not push it, which I have found irritating in the past when purchasing previous cars. The car has so far proven to be spot on, no unexpected issues or discoveries and the transfer process was quick, perfectly explained and dealt with by Ben.

Excellent customer service possible best one yet will recommend them to any one.

Sales person for the most part was very good with exception that I had to call him back the next day to see if finance had been approved, But got a better rate than originally offered

Salesman didn't pounce the minute I went on forecourt. Allowed me to browse but was in the background ready to talk about the cars I was interested in. Also offered to come in on his day off to do the handover on a day that was best for us.

I cannot recommend Mike Brewer Motors enough, especially Tom who helped me with my purchase of a Vauxhall Astra. I have never had such an easy car buying experience, such a nice relaxed atmosphere which made buying a car exciting and not a chore. Super happy with the car and even got a follow up call a week later to make sure it was all ok, I'd got all the paperwork through etc which was a nice touch. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you again in a few years when I'm looking for a new car.
