Been using Call Pro or 5 CRM as it is now called for about a year and I cannot fault their service and support the CRM does everything and more the support team is always there to help you get the most from the system.

The email campaign functionality is superb and really effective and has really transformed the performance of our team meaning a better transition from cold call to appointment.

A must have CRM for any business small to large.

I’ve been using CallPro CRM for nearly 2 years now and it’s ideal for my business. I tried a number of other well-known marketing automation solutions before choosing CallPro CRM but found they couldn’t offer the flexibility and features my business required. Thanks to CallPro CRM my large telemarketing team are efficient and productive – they can handle much larger call volumes than before. My clients’ sales teams are now able to focus on key activities rather than wasting time on menial tasks as the automation within CallPro CRM takes care of it.

I’d like to thank CallPro CRM for their support and guidance and keep up the good work.

I have been using Callpro CRM for several years and find it to be excellent for my needs as a virtual outbound telemarketing business, running several client campaigns discreetly and securely from within one application. It's flexible and customisable, straightforward for the user and reliable. The support team are very helpful and I love the fact that I can now access support outside UK business hours, via chat so my issues now get resolved much more quickly. Not that I have many issues but sometimes I need to do something new and need a little help.

Have been using Callpro for a couple of years now...

Good points:
very quick to use for telemarketing
easy to import/export data

Challenges:
The linear layout of the screen can make it look messy.
reporting is overly challenging

Having used CallPro for over 5 years now, I can definitely recommend the platform. As an integrated telemarketing and email marketing platform, it performs efficiently, and is easy to use for our team. Despite this simplicity for the end user, CallPro also offers a good reporting suite, and more advanced features for monitoring and analysing our campaigns. The support is also very good!

We have used CallPro for quite some time now I believe 7 years and the system has grown into a very effective CRM tool which is easy to use and great to show our clients how we can bespoke it to their needs. In particular the reporting system is fabulous and I believe actually gains us clients as well as helps us grow with our clients.

The service your staff supply has always been great but I think over the last year has improved. In particular I would like to thank Lee and Hollie with helping me with clients who always need something at the last minute and sometimes I have just not been able to do what they need and have asked for their help which they have always gladly given.

In this day it is very rare that you get very good service and good IT systems together and I am always delighted to recommend to companies that you use you.

Since Ideal Financial Advice started using CallPro CRM we doubled our turnover within 6 months. Our target turnover for this year is now set to double again. The support and assistance received from the CallPro team has been second to none. Just give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed !

We are a telemarketing company and have been using CallPro CRM for around six months. We find it easy to use and it works well. The added extra's like lead scoring and email marketing are great. The support is fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgable, polite, very patient and quick to reply and fix. I have no hesitation in recommending CallPro CRM to anyone.
