I'm with Digiweb close to 7years first had the metro satellite service which wasn't bad. Then got upgraded to fibre about 4 years back, never looked back after that great servic. Multiple device connect and stream at the same no drop in performance. The Fritz box modem you get are just unbelievable user friendly and never let me down yet. Will be with them for long time to come I think. Customer service is unreal not that I had to ring to often but when I did my problem was always resolved.

We hired a new motorhome from Easicampers at Edinburgh and dropped it off at their Manchester airport branch. We had a marvelous experience in a brand new motorhome . Ted was brilliant and looked after us when we messed up on the fridge controls. It is complicated sometimes to understand how everything works in a big motorhome but now we are used to it. Would recommend and we will do same next year.

I appreciate that due to the time of our landing, would normally be near home time, the staff member wasn't around and we had to wait over 10mins for attention...turns out the girl was looking over her available stock. It also turned out that our choice of car wasn't available and k believe we were down graded to a Corsa without and offer of a refund (as I believe this is a cheaper car on your scale). The Corsa turned out to be satisfactory for our couple of days.

We got married in Sicily, and picked Villa Vittoria from Massimo. We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay and the service. The villa was perfect, and Angelo helped us with anything that we needed, including organising a great Chef to come and cook for us in the villa on our wedding evening. Everything was very clean, and had all the facilities that we needed. The view was great, and it was in a private quiet spot (there were dogs barking at night, but you got used to it, and it's just one of the native landscape sounds). We would definitely return! Thanks

I received no reply to my initial reply, so after a week I rang and made booking. The invoice I received had incorrect banking details, so my deposit bounced back. I sent an email, and got no reply after 24 hours. I have since made 2 phone calls, one to correct a mistake on the itinerary that had us checked out of resort and not leaving airport til next day, and the second to get correct banking details to make deposit. It’s been 5 days now and I still have no receipt for my deposit. Guess I’ll make another phone call tomorrow.

Awful experience & a warning to all. They advertise a 6500mah battery then send a 4500mah battery. Then they force you to send it back to them with tracking which will cost you the sae as the battery to get your refund. I'm going to do it only becasue I rather UPS get my money instead of this scam artist.

Michael worked tirelessly, seemingly around the clock, until my blog was up and running and looked exactly how I hoped it would. This isn't an exaggeration. Todd, go ahead and respond to this. Apparently it's the only way to get a hold of you. I've been trying to get a response about a party bus from Ft. Myers to Miami for the Dolphins-Ravens game. I got a response after calling literally 50 times and was told they have to fill the bus and I would be kept updated. HA! I talked to Debbie through FB (yes, not even a personal call) and was informedinformmycallsed that todd would be back from China September 1st and I would know something. Guess what? Always timely when releasing picks. Good customer service. Prices are somewhat fair to other similar sites. Used Robert Ferringo and Chad Matthews and would recommend Chad Matthews. Guy hit about 70% of his wagers during the 30 days that I used their picks and occasionally I still buy a week of Chad Matthews picks. Wish the cost was not as much as it is but its worth it. Also I see that it was held together with a Rubber Band, that was removable without cutting, this is something they have never done. I just bought a 1940's house with an unfinished basement. I really wanted to transform the space into a guest bedroom with a connected laundry room. My friend recommended Bright Builders. When I called them, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Michael showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a written bid with all the details broken down to different trades so that I understood the scope of work. He was also very clear with me about the timeline and what to expect. Once we started work, Michael was coming to the house almost every day. Half way through the project, he had an idea for how to better use the space but it required a little bit more money. He didnt do anything until I agreed. Ultimately, Im very glad I took his advice because it made the room more open and spacious.

I ordered the PERFECT Christmas gift for my husband from BestNeonClocks.com online on October 31. He loves Dunkin Donuts so I got him the Dunkin neon clock for his refurbished garage, sort of as a joke, sort of as a jab at his donut love. I automatically was billed, got an invoice and purchase number via email. I had a hard time tracking my purchase 2 days later and sent a message to customer service but got the "we got your message and will get back to you as soon as possible" canned response email. Since then I have sent 4 more messages to customer service and got either the same email response or NOTHING. My clock was supposed to ship within 2 days of order. Now I'm out $77.98, have heard NOTHING from them, have no Christmas gift for my husband and I'm pretty sure I've been scammed. The phone number for them rolls right to a "The Google customer you are trying to reach is unavailable..." message. I've left messages, again, nothing. Like I said...I hate them. I would give them negative stars but that wasn't an option. They don't even deserve the one. Update: today I filed a "dispute claim" with my credit union. I have paperwork to fill out and return, then have to wait, and wait. But I've already been waiting for THESE people to do something, so what's another 10 days?! Robyn at Clearview Credit Union is now on the case and says I should get my money back. At SOME point. This has been the WORST, most frustrating experience. Part of me thought I should just accept that I got screwed and move on, part of me wanted to throat punch whomever was in charge of ripping me off. I guess that's the reason they don't give you their street address. Update: on Nov 26 the $77.98 was returned to my account by the company. They actually sent me an email prior and said they were "processing my refund". No excuse, no apology, no nothing. I'm just glad to have my money back. I don't know if they would've followed through if I hadn't filed a complaint with my credit union but...I'm still not going to change my review. I think I was mistreated, their practices were shady and the only satisfaction I got out of it was NOT flushing $78 down my toilet.

I purchased from them online, but for some reason UPS sent back my package claiming I refused shipment when I absolutely did not. The tracking clearly shows that it was never out for delivery, just supposedly refused. When I contacted customer service they were insistent that I refused it and said they would either charge me a 20% restocking fee if I didn't want it or a redelivery fee. And I requested twice for a supervisor to contact me but all I kept getting was generic emails from customer service, not even a particular name. BUYER BE WARE. They have no problem taking your money and if there's a problem they'll just take a little more. I'll never give them another red cent.

ive been ordering clothes off their website for a few years, since i discovered the store in Florida in 2011. This particular time i had ordered pants that ended up being too big, so i sent them back, not realizing they were final sale. i got an email to call by a certain day or they would be discarded. fast forward two weeks later - i've called over 100 times, been put to voicemail every time. left a number of messages and sent out multiple emails and have heard absolutely ZERO back. so now not only did i lose the pants, my money, but also the money i spent to send them back. so extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service, i'll never shop here again

I heard this but when i wear this stone which i purchase from shivrattankendra i got government job. I worked hard but something was not good with me but after wearing this i got so much success. I remember that I had an issue with Soundclick.com a few years ago and every now and then I would think about how rude the Cust Service person was to me. I had an issue with them in 2014 (I did not recognize a second charge on my account). After 2 emails regarding my situation - And No Reply - I disputed the charge. I found the original email from them today 11/29/17 and I would like to share it here. If this situation WAS my fault (?) I still in NO WAY needed to be spoken to like Lady "Byrd" spoke to me on just the very second sentence... Hello, We responded to your email in regards to the banner ad on 5/22/14 at 5:56PM Eastern Time (please see the attached email file of that reply for proof). Do you not keep a record of your purchases when you make them, or at least make a mental note of it? Since you purchased two promotions in May, it should not have been hard for you to identify that there were to be two charges that would appear on your statement that month for your purchases. That was not by any fault of ours, and there was absolutely no reason to dispute it with your credit card holder. If you had made several purchases on SoundClick that month, that might be more understandable in having issues with recognizing each individual charge. But you have only made two promotional purchases on SoundClick, so that charge should have been easily recognizable by you. Either way, you still owe us $25.00... it goes on a bit more but I NEVER paid them the 25 bucks they said I supposedly owed and never went back to them.

If i could give no stars I would, useless rude customer service who delete your account without telling you so don't waste your time on your account upoading your music, avoid by all means, not worth it

This is the third year that i have taken out insurance with Commercial Vehicle Direct for my van so i think that speaks for itself somewhat. I could have got it slightly cheaper elsewhere but for me it was worth paying the bit extra for the service that CVD provide. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.
