I received no reply to my initial reply, so after a week I rang and made booking.
The invoice I received had incorrect banking details, so my deposit bounced back.
I sent an email, and got no reply after 24 hours.
I have since made 2 phone calls, one to correct a mistake on the itinerary that had us checked out of resort and not leaving airport til next day, and the second to get correct banking details to make deposit. It’s been 5 days now and I still have no receipt for my deposit.
Guess I’ll make another phone call tomorrow.

We started with Justine, whom emailed a couple of questions, then sent a ridiculous quoted a ridiculous amount, we dont think she even looked at the email in answer to her questions., I emailed her back expressing time was not important and we were hoping to get it cheaper as we thought over $6000 was way to much. She never made contact again. I then rang to follow it up and spoke to Jamie/Chris (I cant remember) gave him all the details again, waited a few more days and heard nothing. We were losing faith in this company!! I thought we would give one more chance. Third time lucky we had a fantastic representative whom desreves all the credit, however the quote remains in Justines name which seems unfair to the person whom did all the leg work. I wish I could remember their name to thank them so much. We wish we were receiving emails from them and having them as our contact person. If you could find out and pass on our sincerest gratitude we would be extreamly happy. Emails coming from Justine has forced us to look else where for travel insurance as our faith is not in her.

In making and finalising my booking to Samoa recently, I had assistance from Lauren Putnam, Danielle Mahoney, Jane Rollins, Anthony Vine and Louise Stuart-William. All were very helpful and efficient and I cannot give anything but praise to them all. Louise Stuart-Williams went beyond helpful giving me extra information and tips from her recent trip to Samoa. Very happy with consultant Isabella Jones, very helpful and understanding, Isabella help me with our holiday to Thailand in February 2019 we are staying at the The Western Siray Bay Resort & Spa, and then Isabella organised our flight from Phuket to Koh Samui where we are catching up with friends for another 5 nights. This is the 6th time we have booked with My Bali also Fiji, we find the service at the other end of the trip at Bali is excellent. We also like staying at the Westin Nusa Dua.

The customer service was a disappointment as the consultant who gave the quote and then made the booking was quite disinterested until he realised that I was actually going to book. Then the booking was made out of the wrong state, I was only told later that I had to pay additional to have seats allocated, I was told that I would be able to do this myself online but that was not the case as it had to be done by the agent (necessitating several calls and waiting in queue), then the documents did not arrive as advised. I followed up two weeks before departure and was advised that there was a problem in the system but it was fixed and I would receive my documents by email within 24 hours, I called back after 24 hours and there had been another problem and the documentation team had not been able to access my flight bookings but Ben said that my consultant was working on it now and I would have the email soon. I explained that I did not feel confident given my experience to date and luckily Ben (the bright spot in this whole episode) said that he would be working until 7:00pm and to call and ask for him if I did not receive it. I gave it until 6:00pm then called Ben who was able to fix it in 5 minutes for me - THANK YOU BEN!!! I hope the holiday is better than the booking experience!

Kelly Mitchell has been truly incredible from the minute I looked into booking a holiday, she was patient, incredibly fast, friendly and beyond committed to making this holiday work! Then Chey also came to the rescue when there was a problem with us missing our flight, honestly I cried with how amazing they both were!

I emailed Louise who has booked many of our holidays through you, and she was so prompt in getting back to me with a quote. This will be our 10th holiday that we have booked with MyHolidays. They are great value for us as we are love to play golf so we look for the packages that include golf :)

This is second time using "My Holiday Centre"and so far service is as expected after first time using your booking service.
Holiday still to be completed including distribution of tickets etc.but imagine that it will all go well from previous experience.

We have booked many holidays through my holiday centre, including many to Fiji, Hawaii and just recently Bali. The booking service has always been seemless. All the staff have been very helpful especially Cameron Waller & Danielle & Katie.

Nicky was extremely helpful,knowledgeable and very friendly nothing was too much of an effort for her and I felt she bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and concerns.
Yes I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

I have booked three holidays through you because the deals are so good. It is not for the customer service. You are so focussed on booking the holiday and not very flexible regarding fares and real customer service. I wouldnt recommend to my friends of family as the personal touch is completely absent.

We had the most amazing holiday to Singapore and the Maldives. This was a wonderful package with so many extras. We couldn’t recommend this company high enough. Easy to deal with, wonderful products, helpful staff and everything worked like clockwork.
