I ordered one t-shirt July 29th and it is now Sept 1st and I have received nothing. I wrote an email asking where my shirt is and they said it is on the way and it took longer because it was being sent to the printers. They gave me free 5 dollars in points but I will never order from them again. Horrible, long, service. We'll see when/if my shirt actually arrives.

I ordered my goodies on 06/07/2016. Finally got tracking info on June 29th by logging into my shirtpunch account, no email or any notice that it shipped like the initial order email said they would send me when it shipped.

I don't care if they are in Canada, my package is not due to arrive still until 07/07/2016. After 1 month? I had someone hand make me a custom plushie, ordered on 06/07/2016 and delivered on 06/11/2016. That is not from a company but a real person who made it with her own hands.

I understand all items come down to being made with someone's hands, but c'mon, Shirtpunch is supposed to be a company, they have CS reps from India, they aren't a single person with a needle and thread.

This is some BS. I was worried, because without tracking info I was freaking out thinking my package just got taken off my porch by drifter scum. I didn't know what to do. Fears alleviated, going to get a package (hopefully the right stuff) in 5-7 days, but this isn't a way to do business and makes no sense.

Was going to give 1 star but they proffered me 100,000 punch points for an apology. Yay.

I bought a tee from ShirtPunch for the first time in years because they had a design I wanted, but it arrived with a rip in the armpit. Even if the tee was in good condition it was stiffer and did not fit as well as the options at TeeFury. From this point forward I'll wait and hope designs I want make it to TeeFury, because ShirtPunch seems like a good way of throwing money down the toilet.

Just like others who have posted to this site, I too ordered from ShirtPunch recently (May 16th) and now, over 40 days later, I still have not received my shirt. I have written to customer service many times, with a few vague and unhelpful responses. Each time they've offered to confirm my order, I've sent them my details and they haven't responded. I live four hours away from their office, in the same country... there is no reason I should still be waiting. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I will be spreading the word.

Ordered 40 days ago! I received a.shipping email saying it was shipped on June 22! I live an Hr away from where they are and it usually takes a day in the past. Now it is June 28th. Called canada post 3 Days ago because the tracking number doesn't connect. Because it's fake lol. Canada post does not recognize it in there system at all. I know that can sometimes take a day or too. But still nothing. I move tomorrow and obviously with there 10-15 day policy did not think I would have any issues. So I move tomorrow canada post can't reroute it because it doesn't technicaly exist! Emailing shirt punch for 3 Days , only get general email responses which lead you to belive that someone will get back to you lol.
That has yet to happen!
Unfortunately for me I already had a problem exactly the same as this with them in nov/dec . They informed me because It was not a daily deal it can take longer. I let them give me coupons and points and I eventually got to give my sons coach his Xmas gift in January. This time the items I purchased were a daily deal! It was the wahoo bundle feat Mario kart Hoodie and coaster and a wall poster. So there goes there own wishy washy policy again. Not to mention they are still trying to hock the small bundle items online. The designs a awesome but shirt punch doesn't design all of them they a submitted by artists. I feel genuinely horrible for the artists involved. Every design we have choose from them we choose with pride! And we love them and wear them with pride. The artists who designed for them don't deserve bad reviews. Just the company

I placed an order on July 23rd and I've yet to receive my order. I emailed ShirtPunch about it and they asked to confirm my address and said the shirt would arrive at my home "next week". When that week passed without a shirt, I emailed again. This time, a guy named Russ told me that I didn't understand how made-to-order t-shirt sites work and proceeded to explain a long convoluted process, blaming the Canadian Post for their failure.

It seems like this is a common answer for people complaining in an attempt to take the heat off of their company. Between my order on July 23rd and now, the site got redesigned so my order doesn't even show up in my control panel on the site. I emailed Russ again and explained to him that competing sites like TeeFury and Ript Apparel have no problems getting their shirts to me. He offered to refund me like he has so many others, but I doubt I'll see a return.

TL;DR: Don't order from ShirtPunch, even if it's a design you like. Contact the designer and tell him to use a better site.

I placed an order on December 7, 2016 and understood it might take about two or three weeks for it to arrive. Not a problem, as the item was for a secret Santa and the exchange would be after Christmas. After I sent an email around December 27, asking for an update to my item (you're supposed to receive a notice of when it's shipped which I didn't) my reply from ShirtPunch was simply, "Sorry! We've got a lot of order and it'll take longer!" I received my item today, January 27, and my hoodie was simply folded in on itself and shoved in a box with no protection whatsoever AND a giant hold in the center of the box. Do not order from these people!

I've probably purchased roughly a dozen+ shirts from Shirtpunch and I kid you not 5 of them have holes under the armpits, i remember one of them had a hole the first time i washed it.

im pretty happy with ShirtPunch, i ordered 3 items 1 of them made it too me no problem but the other two didnt make it (my own error). when i talk to their support Heather, she was so helpful patient and understanding of the situation. Once she had figured out where my other two shirts had gone it was too late. She refunded all the money i spent at shirtpunch on the two item. I am still confident that the products that they sell, in will continue order from the site!

ordered a shirt on august 1st from shirt punch and its now augu so I contacted them a few times and finally got a email that it shipped on the 18th well I sent them an email asking for a tracking number and their response was we cant provide one unless it was at the time of placing the order I saind that makes no sense since how can get a tracking number at the time of purchace if it hadn't shipped yet. this company is one of the worst I have ever delet with if your gonna buy shirts go to tee fury or teevillan they are amazing . I will never buy a shirt from shirt punch again and because they are affiliated with nerd block im canceling my nerd block subscription as well. so since its been 9 days since it suposidly shipped it would be nice to know where it is.

I ordered one shirt, I happen to know the artist, and I wanted to show my support. Well... first I couldn't get my account to even let me log in. I tried to reset my password and it didn't give me any emails to fix it. So I contacted customer service. A week went by.. nothing. I contacted their Facebook and got a reply within an hour. They helped me reset my password to get in. This was just the start. Then for the next month I waited for my order to change from "order processing". It's been a month and nothing I tried to email them, it's been a week. I tried facebook, they told me to email them. For a while I started to think this was a scam company. I don't mind waiting to have my shirt but at least they could reply. I don't suggest you buy from them. As an artist myself it's a great idea to get original art out there but they don't handle themselves with any respect for the customer.

So, a few months ago (April 25th, 2012), I ordered six shirts from shirtpunch.com. It was an awesome Nathan Fillion shirt, showing him wearing his full Mal gear, pulling open his shirt to reveal his Captain Hammer tee underneath. Pretty sweet! Well, the original order took about a month to fulfill, and I only got three shirts. What gives, right? So I contacted them (May 25th, 2012), and asked hey, where’s my other three shirts? Two days later, I got a response apologizing, and asking for some info so they could look into it. At this point I’m a little sad, but nowhere near mad. I know what it’s like to all of a sudden have to fulfill a thousand orders, and I’m patient.

May 29th after a quick back and forth, they said they’d send out the missing shirts. June 19th 2012 rolls around and I e-mail them again saying “hey, what happened?” They apologized for the delay and said it was on its way…..At this point, the shirts are lost to me, the point is moot, I can’t give the shirts out to my friends like I wanted, I just want to not feel royally taken advantage of.

July 30th, I’m now no longer sad, just mad. I e-mail them again more along the lines of “Hey, what gives??” At which point I’m responded with a “sorry, We’ll refund you AND send you the t shirts.” Okay, I can see they’re attempting reparation. They’ve lost me as a customer, but maybe I won’t feel so damaged from the transaction.

August 24th, I e-mail them saying “So, should I just assume that you’ve stolen my money and call it quits?”

And he asks for my paypal info to refund me, to which I am still waiting. So yeah, don’t buy from shirtpunch.com ever.

I filed a report with the BBB, and they’re current standing with them is an F. That should give you an idea that I’m not an isolated incident.

I’ve given the two shirts I got away, never got the other three, and never got my money back (for at least half the order, I expected this to have happened LONG ago…). I regret buying this via paypal, because there’s pretty much nothing I can do. Paypal refuses to dispute it.

I have been going back and forth with them for a month. First they didn't give me a tracking number but insisted my order was shipped, when I pressed for a tracking number I was given one that was to someone 6 states away. When I called them out on that they claimed UPS swtiches the labels and doesn't inform them. UPS states this is never done. Actually had to file a claim with the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous.

I live in Utah, I ordered two shirts with different designs on the same day, they arrived on the same day about two weeks later, they look great. Solid product and good price. Ordered another shirt today. I wish they weren't 100% cotton, but they fit well and I think shrinking won't mess much with the fit.

Order placed September 1 , 2016. For a shirt , a toy bundle and a grab shirt. Today is October 20th. I have received nothing. Customer service is a joke. I have no idea when my items will arrive,what quality they will be or if they will even be what I ordered. I will never use this company again. I am your consumer. I have nerd block subscriptions, spend hundreds on thinkgeek, loot crate, teefury. This company is the worse. I encourage everyone to NOT use shirtpunch. Ever. I only wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering and saved myself 60 bucks.

I ordered two shirts from them the day of Halloween that I saw on Facebook. I figured what the heck, even if it takes awhile like it says on the website, I'm in no rush to receive them. As the wait went on, I got a little more impatient checking on here (not the biggest confidence booster in their work) and checked my email daily. No updates on it being shipped— in fact, everything seemed to still be processing.

I'd planned to email them about it once their 10-15 business day guarantee had past, until I got the shirts in the mail today. I was really surprised, and got them out to examine them for any rips. Both are a nice fabric, printed well, the one I got that glows in the dark glows perfectly. I went on the website since I was sure that I hadn't gotten an email from them about my order being shipped...and my order is still processing, no email about them being shipped either.

I'm glad I got my order, but I can see how other people could have gotten worse service than I did. Doesn't give me much faith when they're still processing my order while I'm already wearing their shirt— hopefully in the future, they'll fix their technical issues and at least improve on that front. I may buy from them again, since the shirts I got were nice, but only cautiously in the hopes that some of the other horror stories from here don't happen.

I ordered a shirt for myself and my son on 4/18/2012 also. I've emailed and received the same apologetic email blaming the Canadian Post. I honestly don't think I will ever receive the shirts and I'm thankful I only spent 20 bucks. But what pisses me off is my son really wanted this shirt and asked for it for his birthday. The birthday as come and gone, thanks shirtpunch. I will never order anything from them again.

I placed an order for two shirts on 6/8/2018. After 17 business days I contacted them regarding my order, they said shipping was delayed on one of the items I ordered but should be in the mail shortly. I was asked to contact them again if I hadn't received a notification by the end of the week. I reached back out to them only to be told they would look into it the next day, it has been a few days and I still have not been given an answer.

Ordered a t-shirt a month ago, no sign of the shirt and haven't heard a single word from them since despite their website's claim that shipping takes 7-9 business days. The ShirtPunch website simply lists the order status as "processing." A google search reveals that ShirtPunch is basically the worst company of all-time with respect to shipping and communications. Wish I'd known before placing the order. Never again.

I ordered 3 shirts and waited. 15 days later I reached out to find out why I have not gotten a email about it being shipped out. Found out they still have not shipped out my shirts and no time frame on when they will be sent out. I will not ever be ordering from them again.
