I placed this order several weeks ago only to find out in checking the web site that it was not shipped. I re ordered the same thing a few day"s ago and now I find once again you have not shipped the order you confirmed. Your site now says my order is pending. I have called your phone number at least ten times never to have even one person answer----------you just get a runaround on different extensions to call and they do not answer either.

I ordered 8 Wilton Armetale glasses on Nov. 27, 2012, that did not arrive. I re-ordered 8 glasses, paid extra for 3 day delivery on Dec. 14, 2012. The glasses have not arrived as of today, Dec. 26, 2012. I am very disappointed and I do not have an order# for tracking my purchase. I received the first set of 8 glasses I ordered in early Nov. with no problem. I was pleased with Gift Collector prior to this fiasco.

Gift Collector had the dishes that my future daughter-in-law wanted so she registered on this site. I'm sure she had no idea how long it would take for the items to be delivered. They were wrapped to protect the dishes but a month's delivery was a bit much. I ordered some additional items and am afraid that I won't receive them in time for her bridal shower.

I was very pleased with my experience with Gift Collector. There were many items to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The checkout process was easy to follow and the additional discount at the end was a pleasant surprise. I received email updates on the status of my order and the processing/shipment was faster than predicted. I guess if there was anything negative from the experience it's that the cost of shipping was more than the items purchased. Although, when looking at shipping costs, those charged from GC are no more than any other company. All in all I am happy with the entire experience and would use GC again for future purchases. Prompt service and delivery of hard to find items at rock bottom prices means I will be a return customer. Thank you Gift Collector.

this was the 4th year in a row I got my wife a panda bear from you I was glad to see the manafacter come up with two new bears for this year and I already got the mother panda with baby in my cart for next year I got to get my wife a panda for Xmas every year she puts a panda on her list and with the pandas I got from you they can be handed down I save the boxs too thank you for making my wife happy

A simple butter dish that matches my Noritake Colorwave Chocolate dinnerware has been on back order since April(Invoice #1100040540/Order#1100037918). This is disappointing because it does not appear on the website as a "back order" item and with each sale email notice they continue to show it like it is available. Email to/from them indicated it would ship around June 11th but I still have not received it.
My second order listed below is mostly for bakeware. A pitcher was to have shipped on June 11th but I have not received it yet. The rest of the order is delayed due either to the warehouse closing for inventory and/or back orders.
I do not believe I will deal with them anymore because they do a horrible job of communicating and updating delays in shipments. It seems it is the responsibility of the consumer to stay on top of the order and that is not good customer service.

This is, at least, the second year I have used Gift Collector for my Dept 56 Alpine Village Christmas and Haloween order. While I do not remember last year, this year my order arrived at my home within 3 days of my order - which was placed on a Sunday. The packaging was exptremely well done and while I have yet to open the individual pieces (they are presents) I trust there will be no damage. I will most definately continue to use Gift Collector to order my Dept 56 items in the future, and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in ordering such merchandise.

I really enjoy ordering from this website, as they also give you 10% rewards to use the next time you shop. The only drawback is that it has taken weeks to get most of my orders. On the other hand, I guess they can't stock everything and have to order it from the manufacturer. I think a quicker turnaround from the manufacturer would make this an awesome website. I'm not sure if the manufacturer ships directly to the customer or sends it to Gift Collector, but it takes weeks to get most of my orders.

I recently made my second purchase of Lladro from Gift Collector, and am once again very pleased. The second purchase was even nicer, because I had earned points from my first purchase, and was able to apply these points for my second purchase. It was nice cash discount. My new purchase earned more points for my next order! They also provided free shipping, which made the deal even sweeter. They are very easy to reach by phone, for any questions you might have. I had called after hours, but received a phone call the next morning, from a representative who efficiently answered my question about points. Two thumbs up for GiftCollector.

I ordered two items and only one shipped out. Had to call customer sevice twice to inquire about the second item. They finally shipped it nearly two weeks after I ordered it and I never received it (even though Fed Ex tracking states that it was delivered to my front door). I called them again to report that I never received it. They have no more in stock and now I have to wait for them to file a claim with Fed Ex before they can credit my account. They also did not apply the $10 rewards credit to the item I did receive, so hopefully after a lengthy and confusing explanation of the circumstances they will resolve this. I'm really not happy with this company. They do not keep you informed when there are problems with your order. You have to keep calling them so they could finally ship your order. They don't honor promotions correctly and it just ends up being a hassle to buy from them. I do not recommend them nor will I be buying from them again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience with Gift Collector.
They managed to screw up my online order twice and after three phone calls and many minutes on hold they refused to honor the original quoted price.
I will definitely not bother with them again!!

I originally placed my order with Giftcollector.com January 22, for Noritake place settings and additional pieces. It is now February 8th. I have called twice and emailed once. I have yet to receive a single item from them. The last thing that I was told, 4-5 days ago is that it is shipping from the manufacture and it would be shipped the next day. I am extremely dissatisfied. It's been a total waste of my time and energy, as I spent lots of time researching what I needed and what I planed to purchase. I am currently without dishes for my new remodeled kitchen as I had discarded all of my old dishes.

Ordered it November 23rd. Still has not been delivered.

They said it would be delivered on January 2nd. It arrived on the 3rd. For this time of year that isn't bad. I also never received a confirmation on the order. The only reason I had a date of delivery is because I phoned

I went to GiftCollector/Chimney Corner to get a particular kind of Christmas tree ornaments because I had gotten some from them last year. They were in stock. I ordered them and they were delivered on time carefully packaged. I am pleased.

Ordered the week before Christmas and received it in 5 days!! Just what my friend wanted! I'd order again!
