I ordered two boxes of chocolates on Tuesday 24th May they arrived within two days.The chocolates were beautifully packaged and tasted delicious.The service is friendly and efficient.Will be visiting again,thank you chococo.

The perfect present for Fathers Day was the gin selection box of chocolates, but I couldn't help buying the mini biscuit bars in both flavours too, two for him and a sneaky two for me (which he hasn't yet found)! The chocolates from Chococo are simply the best in the world, amazing flavours and top quality. Last year I even visited the home of chocolate in Grenada which is the source of much of the chocolate used by Chococo, all very natural and interesting to see the process from pod to bar. Would give 50 stars if possible and.no wonder that they receive so many awards. I'm also very lucky that I live within about 30 miles from the Swanage shop.

Extremely good service on the phone... Helpful,funny & really personalised... Have all the time in the world to ensure one gets what he/she needs & expects... Lovely & delicious chocolates, unbelievable great service...

Have been buying from Chococo for around 10 years now, first discovered them at their shop in Swanage and have been hooked ever since. Frequently buy gifts for others which never fail to please, with many commenting that "they were the best chocolates they've ever had". I have to agree. Not only scrumptious chocolates, but excellent, friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

The Vegan Chocolates are a complete let down, the worst we have had and they claim to be creating products for 16 years. Emailed to let them know that what we received was very disappointing and they agreed that some of our complaints had now been looked into and changed. Left completely Unsatisfied with the product, their solution to the complaint was to suggest we go and buy more of their new range.

Just received my 1st box so it is early days. Eaten 5 chocolates so far. Very tasty. The rest look equally appetising. I would rate these higher than Thorntons for taste and look. Highly recommended.

Chocolates are soooo good, ordered a couple of boxes to be sent to Scotland, said 3-5 days delivery, arrived in 3 days, just a shame i live in France or i order more just for me, do deliver to France just more expensive for delivery.

Bought two boxes of mixed milk chocolates from Chococo, one for a friend and one to try. Arrived promptly. Very nice packaging, and vibrant colours. Looks modern and fun. Good thought about the little cards, packaging style etc. Excellent little booklet of varieties (could have been easier to read). The standard menu covers 46 varieties, whereas the box only contained 25! There are some very unusual flavours, but I thought the quality of chocolate very good, and can see why some flavours have won awards / recognition. I'd like to be able to select my own box, but wasn't sure this is an option? I think you get what they have. Very fresh chocolate, so you're supposed to keep it in the fridge and eat within four weeks. The cost is high, but probably reasonable given costs for quality chocolates. I think they make a nice gift so will be giving the second box to my friend. I would buy again, but am not addicted to the wide ranging flavours (yet).
