ViveDecor took over 3 weeks to send my purchased item and they sent a broken item. The manager Chris Harris was rude, spoke over me, refused to take ownership of the broken item. Blamed UPS told me I had to take it up with the shipping company and refused to send the return shipping details and said I had to pay them for shipping because they sent a broken item. The WORST company every. DO not order anything from this company. They have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, uneducated and unprofessional. Their only concern is taking your money.

Bought a 2000$ table for 300. Was the cheapest price around(after lots of looking) and then gave me a another discount when checking out. No tax no shipping was another huge bonus. After making my order I read some awful reviews and was really worried. I called the customer service 3x and everytime they gave me accurate update and settled my nerves. Table came within a week. Couldn't have asked for a better company:)

On 07 May 2015, I ordered a $90 portable dehumidifier from ViveDecor.net. My credit card was charged $90 on 08 May. 11
days after my credit card was billed, I received an email from ViveDecor stating "Your Order is in Processing". On 23 May, I
received a package, but it did not contain the model I ordered. The model I did receive is sold by ViveDecor for $60 and is
unacceptable to me since is does not have the features I require. I called ViveDecor 3 times and could net get a person
on the phone, I left a voice message and never got a call back. I also sent an email asking for the model I ordered and several days later received a reply stating, "the original item you ordered has actually been replaced by the item you received." I called again and this time got a very rude person that basically said "it's not our fault and you do not see our address on the shipping label. The rude person also said I would get a return shipping label via email in the next few minutes. It has been 12 hours since the phone call and I do not have the return shipping label yet.

I was very pleased with vivedecor.com First the fact that they had the best price online and second because their customer service was great. I ordered a Dimplex BLF74 which is a built in electric fireplace which is 74" wide. I had to contact them regarding the dimensions and so my husband and I could cut and measure the hole properly. Vivedecor was able to provide me with the exact cut sheet which showed us exactly how we needed to cut the hole in the wall.

We decided to proceed and place our order. Everyone else online was on back order meaning they could not even get the BLF50 for a few months. Vivedecor physically had the product in stock and my order shipped out in less than 48 hours. As soon as they shipped my order out, I received an email notification with tracking and an email notification thanking me for my order. I was very happy with my experience at vivedecor.com I have already been back to look at other products that they sell online. I have noticed that vivedecor seems to have the best price on every item. I am a price shopper and i love to find the best price.

I ordered lounge chairs in April and through no fault of Vive Decor, they were back ordered from the manufacturer for a long time. However when I contacted customer service they responded with a day and answered my questions about the status of my order. I checked in from time to time and was given updates from the head of customer service. When the items arrived at the manufacturer and were back in stock they were shipped out immediately. Their prices were lower than any other website and I would use them again.

-- promised me to refund after 2-3 weeks
-- refund never came after weeks and weeks
-- could not find the sales people (or one person) by phone or email, seemed they did not exist
-- stay away from this store which does not has a actual address other than a PO BOX.

I ordered a table through ViveDecor at the end of January because they had the absolute best price on it, and it included free shipping. My table arrived through FedEx and I watched as the delivery guy "rolled" my rectangle table up my driveway and into my house. Because the table was so very heavy I had to wait for my son to get home so he could help me move it and set it up. I noticed the box had a tear and a hole in it in the middle on one side, but wasn't able to really inspect the table until it was assembled. When we got the legs on and stood it up, I noticed the tabletop had a groove rubbed in it exactly where the hole had been in the box.
I took pictures of the table and the box and sent them to the ViveDecor. They were going to send me out a new table and pick that one up, at no extra charge for me. They also offered us money back if we were willing to keep it as is. This was our choice. We move a LOT and movers normally do far worse damage to our things than this had wrong with it. It couldn't have been easier or less stressful in dealing with them about the damage to our table. It was clearly done by the shipper but they were so friendly and helpful to us at ViveDecor getting this resolved.
All in all was a great transaction considering the table was the best price, shipping was free, and we got some money taken off for the damage done to the table. We easily could have just had a new one sent to us that would have been perfect, but I know our next move in a years time would result in getting damaged anyway. I understand this may not be the choice everyone would make, but it was wonderful for us to be given this option.
I will definitely shop ViveDecor again and trust them to know if something isn't right, they're going to fix it to our satisfaction!

I ordered a Vermont Castings VCS322SSP 3-Burner, Propane BBQ Grill in Stainless Steel. ViveDecor's price was competitive with other suppliers and included free shipping (325 lbs.)The item was on back order and scheduled to ship the 1st week in June. Mid June I called to get an update. I received both a call and email providing the current status. I was called/ emailed again when ViveDecor received the grill from Vermont Castings and they provided 3-day delivery to our home in Oregon at no cost to make-up some time for the back order delay.

I ordered a Vermont Castings VCS422SSN BBQ Grill for my house. Our old one lasted us 6 years so I knew Vermont makes an amazing grill. Ichecked a lot of websites, and ViveDecor.com
had the lowest price and free shipping. They have a tracking system (this grill had to be trucked), with a date for estimated delivery. The shipping company did call me,and I was able to track it online as well. I checked online and found out that delivery. FEDEX Freight arrived later, unloaded the shipment, and that was it. I unboxed the grill, and it looks great. I haven't tried the grill out yet, but if there's a problem, it's a warranty issue, because the box arrived undamaged. Some buyers may have an issue with ViveDecor.com but all I can say is that I was very pleased with the product and the service. In addition to the best price, I also received a 3% Vivedecor.com rebate, which was a substantial amount considering the price of the grill, which was over $1500. I used the rebate to lower the price on a microwave that I just ordered. Thank you ViveDecor you guys have been amazing to work with.

I placed on order on 11/8/13. Have not received the order and I can not get ahold of anyone but they already charged my credit card. i live near Cleveland and the company's address is Cleveland so it should not take this long. Makes me wonder if this company is fraudulent?

We ordered an Atlantic bedroom set for ~$400 less than the price at a local store. Delivery was included in the price. We were a bit skeptical about ordering online in general but decided to go with Vivedecor.com because there were excellent reviews, overall we were very happy with our experience I also received phone call from delivery company to schedule delivery; June 12-bed set delivered.

I ordered 4 home theater chairs from them. Shipping took 4 weeks instead of promised two, but most importantly - they Sent me the wrong chairs! Would not want to take them back without charging me restocking fees. Agreed on the phone to give me a partial credit to keep the chairs but never honored it. Do not buy from this site! They are crooks!

company is only concerned about getting their money, I placed order on 4/6, I called to check status and I was sent an email saying my order was not processed and to re-order which I did not, I then received an email & shipment on 4/22, which I refused vive decor has haAd their product back since 4/23, however, I am still waiting on a refund 60 days later. I have called and no one has ever answered the line, I have ant email after email with 1 response saying I needed to pay restocking fee,

I ordered a pricey item on 9/3. My credit card was billed immediately. My receipt indicates the item would take 1-3 business days for billing, 1-2 business days to prepare for shipping and then 3-5 business days to ship. To date the item still shows as "to be billed." I contacted ViveDecor on 9/11 and they advised they would contact the warehouse and have it shipped 9/14. Today my item still shows as "to be billed." I attempted to contact them for an update, but now they will not answer their phone. I did some research online and found that this company has a horrible reputation and an F rating with the BBB. I am not going to wait around for these scammers. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and cancelling my order.

ViveDecor advertised one item, sent me a different one. I filed complaint with BBB and filed disputed charge with my cc company. After several emails, I finally got a prepaid return ship label from them, confirmed return, they said they were processing credit--and today my cc company called to say Vive says unit not returned! I've been going round with them since Dec 6, 2013. Their 100% Cust. Satisfaction Guarantee is pure crap. I'm still fighting the charge.

On Monday, during hurricane Sandy I ordered a desk from Vivedecor.com. Then read some of the negative reviews on reseller ratings. Needless to say, I freaked! Well, I want all of you to know that that my desk arrived 3 days later. Yes, the box it came in was dented and sliced up in places...I took pictures. There was no need. It was so well packed that there wasn't a scatch on it. It was easy to assemble and looks GREAT!!! Great quality too! Very pleased with everything

5 star service and 5 star product. Vivedecor took great care of us on our new wall mount fireplaces. We put two in our hotel lobby and one in our conference room. We decided to go with Dimplex because they were much better ratings than the amantii. I'm glad we did because these BLF5051 Prism fireplaces are stunning with the new multi color flame option. Everybody loves them when they see our hotel lobby.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and only received 2 notifications. The first was that my card would be charged, and the second a week later was that the item was to be shipped. Two weeks later, and it still says to be shipped. I have tried numerous times to call and email Vivedecor, and I have not received any return emails or phone calls. This business is very unprofessional. How many other businesses do not answer their phone during business hours? Oh wait, it gets better. The answering service sounds like a poorly recorded home answering machine message.

I am thrilled with my new Dimplex Bennett fireplace and 100% satisfied with ViveDecor. My fireplace arrived quickly and had no damage. ViveDecor was helpful in answering my questions and the fireplace arrived as promised!
