On Thurs morning, I was on my way to work and had been unable to find my fave t shirt, a Legend of Zelda shirt. I assumed I had left a load of laundry in my apt building's common laundry room. I decided to look and even bring the shirt with me if I found it. I am 4 flights up.

I go down the winding, low ceiling stairs to the basement and I trip. I land on my backpack. I hurt my knee badly, but I do find my t shirt in a dryer after getting up.

What did not fare well, was the glass in my Uwell Nunchaka that was in my backpack. The glass in the tank was shattered. 2nd time on this tank...when no other tank since 2012 has the glass broken.

When I got back upstairs, I found it to be out of stock locally and on some familiar websites. I ordered on Hoosier E-Cig and since the glass was only 3.99 I sprung for extra shipping, but it was a no guarantee 4-6 days.

I got a confirmation email. then a processing email, then a SHIPPED email within a few HOURS.

That was Thursday morning, This is Saturday afternoon and I am happily vaping away on my Nunchaka with new glass in the tank. Perfect awesome!!!

My second purchase was just as good as the first. Will return again!

I have been a customer of Hoosier E-Cig for over a year, now, and I can sum up my experience with them in one word: EXCELLENT! They have the best prices I've found for quality products. Their house blend e-juice can compete against ANY major name brand e-juice and rivals all of them in price. I've had one issue in the whole time that I've been buying from them...and that wasn't even their fault, but the stupid government's fault for sticking their nose where it isn't needed nor wanted, all because of big pharma and big tobacco throwing their billions of $ to people in congress and the senate to buy their way...or try to. They've not completely won. Their way would be the elimination of all competition. Thankfully, we still have great companies like Hoosier E-Cig to fight for our rights as responsible consumers. As for that issue? Hoosier took care of it to my complete satisfaction and in a very speedy way. As I told them in the note attached to my last order: "Please, for the love of all your e-juice enjoying customers, don't EVER disappear!

I ordered 2x with Hoosier and both times I was either missing an item or got a completely different item than I ordered. While both times they did sent me back out the correct items and apologized about their errors in the shipping dept., I will not be ordering from them again. I will stick to my usual online Vape store that always gets my order correct and is mailed out the next day, not several days later like Hoosier does. Good prices but until they are more established and consistent I will not order anymore

The pricing was fair, and I was pleasantly surprised that the tank arrived within 3 total day's of ordering. I chose the 1st shipping option. I misplaced my tank, and could only find it on this site, and one other site. It was cheaper on here. I don't think I'll be using the tank much, because it's gurgling a lot of liquid. More than I realized with the 1st tank, until I had to use my husband's extra tank while this tank came in the mail. That's not this company's fault, and I did check, and everything is authentic. I'd definitely shop here again!

I love this store, granted there are some sites online that I can find some of their products for a bit cheaper, but regardless you know everything you're getting from this place is quality, they carry a great selection of merchandise, and I received my last online order the next day, though granted I also live close to the store locations. Always a good experience from these guys.
