Ordered two dumbbells from this website for my brother in the Netherlands. Placed theorder on sunday afternoon and he received the items Wednesday. Great quality items and will definitely be ordering again from them.

The order i made delivered next day (even though i ordered it in the late evening). Nothing missing from it, nothing exchanged, just perfectly the item. I checked other sites the same product, but Gorilla has the best price ALWAYS on the market. Since i use this product for a while i can tell you, that the quality is excellent great! No problem, no break, not the tiniest mistake on it. Just simple perfect!

GorillaSports.nl! The best ones, if you want good for cheap!

The customer service is a joke, I'm waiting 6 weeks already for a simple order and can't reach them in any way.
No doubt they are being flooded with orders and emails during these times but please, how hard can it be to hire some extra people to handle this?

Lost money to this company and I don't expect to be getting it back.
Don't be fooled by their fancy ads

After 4 weeks, still waiting on my shipment.

Delivery time on their webshop: 5-6 days
Delivery time during corona crisis: 1-2 days extra
Actual delivery time: 4 weeks and still counting.

No response from “customer service”

I've also made a mistake of ordering something from them without checking the google opinions first (those are the real ones since you have to have an account to place one) check them yourself.

Packages nor delivered, mail communication at first with some promises from their side then it stopped. They are not replying anymore. Their phone line is always busy. The whole shop is a scam. I might lost my money.

Don't make my mistake and be tempted with their very low prices.
I have all the proof that what I say its true, can share it on request.

Worst experience, I am still waiting since 10 days for the missing part to arrive which should have arrived in first deliery.

The total order was split to 2 separate packages, one arrived according to the estimation, other package was a few days later. Neighbour took the package so no real issues.

I got a grip for my cable machine and 2 ankle weights, very good quality, fast delivery and good price. This is my second time buying from this website and they haven't disappointed me :)
