Received notification that parcel on way before the message saying one item unavailable.
Only one option for postage which was a bit on the high side.
Nice treat inside the package.

I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive.

My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!!

I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA!

Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!

I’ve been purchasing from the RMS since becoming a veteran on the 06/12/2012 and will continue to do so as the quality, staff and the delivery of items has always literally been worthy of 5 stars, keep it up and continue to have pride in the work you do, many thanks.

Excellent website; so easy to navigate through different categories and browse the products. I emailed to enquire about an item that was out of stock and the response was very prompt and they were true to their word, items were in stock within 2 weeks.

Thank you - almost 5 but I emailed you to ask where I should add my membership number but no reply.

It’s annoying to order a gift for some else when paying and get your emails addressed to that person rather than the account holder.

Emailed suggestions about Christmas cards and no answer.

I had trouble placing my order as the site kept telling me not available to be sent to Australia, however it turned out to be just the catalogue that for some reason cannot be sent to Australia, but it would not accept my order until I removed the request for the catalogue.

I am after a corps tie and a cap badge but now I have been able to order it. There are still a couple of items I want. It takes a bit to get used to the ordering system but we will get there at the end.

I ordered my XXL polo shirts online but when I checked my order email I noticed that the wrong sizes were displayed. I emailed the shop and they immediately corrected the order to the correct sizes.
The two polo shirts and one tee shirt arrived within 2 days which I thought was very good service. The three items were all of good quality material and the embroidered badges were excellent.
I will be making further purchases.

I purchased a watch box , and didn’t know I could have any engraving done , Hayley informed me that I could and it arrived this morning and it’s great , Name,Number,Unit and Corp Badge Hayley was in communication with me and was very helpful, thinking of getting the other box for medals

I buy for my Dad who served in the late 50s we now live in Australia, he is still a proud Royal Marine and this shop has brought him so much joy! The shipping is fast and all the products I’ve bought have been great quality. Last Christmas I got him the bullet flask... it is always full with rum! Thank you Lisa, Perth, Western Australia

This Corps colours bobble hat is what every Royal needs when tackling the school run with 3 kids and a pram. It’s like a beacon of light for when my boys stray from the main body, or acts as a warning sign to other dads that may pose a threat. Unfortunately it does have a disadvantage, as I now have to wear full Gary when walking to school. This is owing to the regular flash floods that occur from the other mothers as I stroll past donning this essence piece of kit.
Hoofing. 5 Stars. Highly recommend!

It has been many years since I went through CTC. Thankfully my brother attended as a visitor to be shown what was available as a bootneck and the recruitment. He was able to attend the shop and acquire a couple of items that I had been looking for for a few years... Staff were very helpful and patient, (as I was texting him from Canada) on what I wanted him to get me... I now have a brochure and have looked at the online store and no doubt will be getting things in the future...

Superb and prompt service, goods always arrive quickly, safe, well packaged and undamaged. On the phone, the service is also superb, friendly and extremely helpful.
This shop is in my top five worldwide for shops I trust and actually enjoy shopping with online.

As a former marine and a full member of the Royal Marines charity the biggest majority of my clothes and other stuff ie dog accessories are all bought from the Royal Marines Shop. Service is excellent and the quality of the products is first class. Prices are great some real bargains in the sales and delivery time is always spot on. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a Royal.

I have never had any bother or problems when purchasing from Royal marines shop, even when I revieced a faulty item they were so helpful and got the problem sorted straight away for me. 5* in every avenue of this business I can not fault them at all, and I will continue to order from them.
