Grange Print

Recieved my order yesterday yes it's taken a month since ordering but with whats going on at the minute I expected a delay, all these people moaning about it taking so long what else did u expect I think they have done and are doing all they can a canvas is not exactly an essential is it, at least your order will arrive in good quality just cant please some people! Well I'm so pleased with my order well worth the wait brilliant quality thankyou! ????

I ordered a print through Groupon, got the voucher 30/03/20, and ordered from Grangeprint, on 01/04/20 it was all ready for printing etc.
On 22/05/20 I sent a reminder, considering the current terrible situation, I gave a bit of extra time, part of that reply on 25/05/20 was: 'We cannot give you a specific time it will go out.'
So after 2 months, that was the reply, trump that, I wish hadn't bothered in the first place, I have got other priorities.

Disappointed and let down, received an email and discount code advertising last order date of the 8th placed order then received another email saying extended till 10th. Still not received and just get the standard response stating 14 working days.
It looks like this company has let alot of customers down this Christmas, still waiting for an update and when I will receive my order which was supposed to be a Christmas present.

I ordered on the 24th of April and the frame was processed a few days later. I am still waiting for it to arrive, I paid lots of money for a large print and I know times have been hard recently hence ordering it in plenty of time but this is ridiculous! It was a birthday gift and I am still waiting despite the 50th birthday being ruined! I have emailed for an update through their website contact but not had a reply from that either. So currently in limbo!

Recently bought 2 canvas prints, very impressed with the colour, quality & price. Bought using a Groupon code. Also prompt delivery

Our daughter got married 20/7/19 and I decided to have a collage done arrived today and we are over the moon with it so very glad I chose you to print it all very very pleased will defo reccomend TYVM :)

I placed an order on 19th of November and I still haven't received my order. Don't know why it's taking so long. I wouldn't use this service again for sure. Totally disappointed. Order number 444119

Had conversations with a lady called Jemma who was helpful in getting my purchase to me within days which I’m thankful for! This communication with Jemma made things positive from then on. She was prompt with replays and polite.

I hate to do this as I never usually review, however i ordered my print on 10th March and still haven’t received it, there was an image issue which I was emailed about on 13th of march and I responded to and this was acknowledged which was fine but that was the last time I’ve heard from the company until I emailed them asking where my order was. I understand the situation at the moment puts a strain on everything due to reduced personnel, however the country did not go into lockdown until 13 days after I ordered my canvas so I’d have hoped it would be close to completion day this point, still causing slight delay but not nearly a month after ordering and still not here. All other review replies I’ve read include that they working in first ordered process so it’s now leading me to wonder how far behind they are if I ordered a month ago before all this pandemic. However as stated I do understand NOW at THIS point that there are reasonable reasons due to COVID-19 and safety of people’s lives - I just would have appreciated an email to explain it’s still not completed and an estimated arrival date or dispatch date - after all I have still paid money for this and for a service. It Was also a gift for my mother in law that i will still give her however it resulted in me having to buy something else to be able to give her until this arrives. Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again nor will I be recommending them.

Ordered on the 11th December. Still not recieved. Had to put off a trip as its a Xmas present and won't be able to go twice. No apologies or explanations, just they will reprint.. This was nearly a week ago and still nothing. Keep getting through to the same blunt person who sends the same blunt emails.

Very happy to recommend Grangeprint having used them for a few years now. I always order when there is a deal on and accept that delivery will take a bit longer (which is fair enough...people paying full price should rightly get priority over those like me paying a discounted amount). When I ordered the last canvas the order confirmation said it would take up to 10 working days...but I received it in around five days which was excellent and am very pleased with it. Thank you very much.

I order at the end of about the 23rd of March. Today I have just had notification that my canvas has been shipped.

I have ordered other bespoke goods which have arrived in good time.

8 weeks for a canvas which weeks ago they told me was printed. It was the framing that was the delay. I am not sure how long it takes to staple canvas to wood. But 8 weeks is completely unacceptable.

They think because they have emailed to say there was a delay that 8 weeks is acceptable. This was a gift for my mother’s birthday on the 8th of April. She is classed as vulnerable she hasn’t seen her grandchildren now since the start of March. The canvas was of all of us to let her know we love her.

Lockdown will be over before the canvas arrives.

Bought 2 ceramic tree decorations as presents for Christmas. The website was easy to create my order on and they are amazing quality! A great memorial gift at Christmas time! Quick delivery amazing service would recommend????????

DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING, placed my order on the 4th December it's now the 2nd of Jan still not recieved nor have I recieved my refund. Completely incompetent company they cant even tell me when my order is likely to arrive, had to continuously chase them and still no guarantee of delivery these were due to be Christmas presents, poor customer service poor operations, poor business practice.
