Ran the 1" carbide lennox blade for the 1st time yesterday. Only difference between it and the resaw king is the size was more accurate to the tension gauge on the bandsaw (no one uses this but interesting when I set the tension as usual, the gauge was actually on the 1" line), and the price! $60 cheaper than the resaw king!

The blade that was sent was the wrong size, but they corrected the mistake in three days sending the right blade. Blades are high quality and very sharp.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with sales, ordered 2 blades that cost over $100 for cutting composite materials for custom orders. 6 weeks later after not receiving my order i called to find out where my blades are only to be told that the order was never processed. I was then told they would take my order so i would have to wait another 3-4 weeks? No i ordered from another company and recieved the correct blades for much cheaper in 2 days

So I'm kind of an idiot and I measured our blades 1/2" short. I called in and they were great. They remade the blades longer, got them shipped quickly and accepted the short blades back. The product quality is top notch and the service is the best there is. You won't regret working with these guys!

Really bad service, it took over 2 weeks to get my 2 blades. I was ready to cancel my order and get them somewhere else. I had to call to see what the delay was.

It's a good thing I didn't need them in one week ,two weeks, three weeks ! I had put my last one on and it could have been ruined quickly and then I would've had to wait and halt the project till who knows when!

Ordered two custom blades and two porta band blades as usual. Waited over two weeks for blades to arive (first time for that). Customer service was a bit rude. The last custom blades both gave out on the weld (first time for that--twice).

I didn't know which blade I needed and spoke to a rep and he directed me to the correct blade. Once I received it and installed it, I quickly cut through the hickory board and proceeded with my project.

Very happy with the service, they made my custom sized metal cutting blades for my 50 year old saw.
They were shipped out earlier than the website said they would be ready.

I was dismayed to open my new Lenox tri-master blade ($250 +) and discover it was made up of roll ends. Alll previous blades I have ordered from you had only one weld. I called you and talked to a nice fellow who offered to replace it if I would return it. I opted to keep it as I had mounted a different spare. I run a one man busy shop. Returns are a hassle I don't need. The new blade may give good service - I don't know - but I have no faith in it. I paid a premium price and expect a premium product. I remain bummed about the situation,

Two weeks to get my order, only after I reach out to them asking about my where my order was. They gave a me a excuse of how busy they where. Man, if your that busy, put it up front when ordering. When we order blades it becouse we have a paying job waiting. I ended up having to eat up my saving and going to a other blade shop and having it expected.
