I recently did a very time sensitive purchase through Barcodes Inc. I placed the order at 5pm EST and they had the equipment there the next day. When one of the guns had a manufacturer defect (hey... it happens) they had an advance shipment to me the very next day. Can't ask for better customer service than that! They even called me just to make sure everything arrived ok and to offer assistance with configuration. I highly recommend this guys. I won't be going anywhere else for my hardware / software needs around barcoding.

We were in a crisis of running out of labels for our product and when I contacted the sales representative, he did whatever he could do to get labels shipped to us as soon as possible.
The representative was very pleasant and easy to deal, it was a pleasure to do business with your company.

I have dealt with BarcodesInc on two occasions to purchase Bartender software. They were VERY helpful in working with me to make sure I purchased exactly what I needed. I called them a few times after the purchase with a few questions and customer service and the tech support were more than happy to answer my questions.

I had mistakenly ordered a cash drawer with the incorrect connector for the receipt printer that was ordered with it. The receipt printer shipped first and when I called to check on the shipping status of the cash drawer (which was luckily on back order), the customer service representative caught the error and forwarded the information to the web sales team. I was contacted the next morning and Barcodes Inc. returned the incorrect cash drawer, then updated the order with the correct cash drawer. The correct cash drawer arrived just a few days after the receipt printer, so everything worked out! Thank you, Barcodes Inc.!

I have contacted Barcodes three times over the past 2 months and they have been nothing but helpful and made my job easier by answering any questions I had in a timely manner. The people I spoke to went out of their way to ensure I was being properly taken care of.

This was my first time to have to purchase handheld computers and I had an excellent experience with my Account Manager Tom Engelen, who was more than helpful in providing guidance on the purchase of the correct handheld units we needed.

We've been working with Barcodes now for a better part of 2 years and Jesse has provided us with nothing but the best customer service. I rep Ford Motor Company here in Canada and their demands for product is always very high. I don't think we've ever run into any issues with getting the product for next day to meet our end users requests. The great service has helped us win some good opportunities.

As i am outside of USA and i was looking for good and cheap card reader four year ago. I did quick search online and found out about your company.
You guys are very good in business. I asked for the quote and i got my quote with in 24 hours most of the time. Good always arrive in perfect condition and on time (international postage).

I before don't know about your company but your website have very good attractive feel and quick question tab on the main page which i never seen before (at least in Australia).

I will like to recommend you guys if some one want to buy one for you product.

I have used Barcodes Inc for years because they will not be beat on price, we have always found a fit for every application because they have a great range and when I do purchase, the shipping is extremely quick.

I purchased an Epson P60II thermal printer from Barcodes Inc. I attempted to order online and there was problem I couldn't get the free shipping option that was advertised. (I think issue with the website). So I called up and spoke with an Account Manager named Randy and helped me through this process, it took no time at all. He was so kind and extremely helpful! We received the printer in just a few days, very fast shipping. After trying to charge the machine I realized I needed an actual physical charger not the USB cord (which did not work at all). So I called up and spoke to Randy again he was again extremely helpful he got me set up with a wall charger (I received in just a few days). I felt a lot better knowing that I could return if there was an issue he said they would gladly take it back an issue me a new one! The prices are also extremely reasonable on many of their items. This was such a seamless process and what a great experience with this company I will defiantly be doing business with them again!!!

Having dealt with MANY technology vendors over the past 10 years in my role as a Computer Systems/Software Engineer for a Fortune 500 Company deeply invested in both using and developing cutting-edge technology, Barcodes Inc. has consistently been a pleasure to work with. Their friendly staff has always gone out of their way to work with us to provide custom solutions to a variety of challenging "opportunities". In my role supporting a very large, very diverse analytical lab organization, I've depended on B.I. representatives to provide top-notch advice and quick turn-around, and they have NEVER disappointed in the 10 years we've worked together. In all that time, there has NEVER been an instance of products arriving late, or of missing or damaged parts. In fact, their shipments often arrive earlier than I'm expecting.

I've purchased barcode software from them in the past that has allowed us to introduce barcode scanning into many labs that had previously not had access. Recently, they led me to a barcode scanner that captures an image of the barcode, rather than scanning with a laser. This allowed us to completely eliminate printing barcodes on paper for one of our highest capacity lab processes. This not only represented a significant cost-savings for us on paper and printer supplies, but saved an enormous amount of time during the test setup for each run. We were even able to remove two printers from a clean room. I always know I can count on the folks at Barcodes Inc. to provide great technical insight, fast turnaround times and uncompromising quality.

I use barcodes Inc for most of my sticker and ribbon needs. They have been very quick with orders and have even matched the price on other places that I used to do business with. I place an order and normally have the ribbon the very next day. Can't beat the service.

We ordered (4) Magtek Readers and was told by our product rep we would not receive them until June due to being on backorder.....we received (2) of them 3 days later!! Excellent service by Barcodes and we appreciate the partnership!
