I recently signed agreement with EPOSNOW for my new to be opened store. As soon as I signed the contract, first all the sales persons stopped replying to my email, they just seemed to disappear. I had no way to contact anyone as website chatbot said-" Unfortunately, I'm only able to raise a support ticket for you at the moment." Next 12 days there was a blackout- no one cared to reply to my emails. After that, Implementation manager contacted me and sent some information and fixed a date for help me configure the system. When finally implementation manager contacted me , she helped me configure the system, somehow phone got disconnected and she left. I received one last call from her without asking me if I am available for help, well unfortunately, I was not- at that moment. After that again I am left without any help from anybody- Due to some reason I am not getting any reply(email) from anyone. Finally, every one is blaming COVID-19 for all the issues and problems, i think ,In this network era, If you do not get reply to your email for many days, it simply means they are unwilling to reply or avoiding you. I am very disappointed with the service provided by EPOSNOW, and I am scared what is going to happen after 1 month when I will no longer have a dedicated manager to help me. They offered 30 days onboarding 24 hour help and say that, "We really pride ourselves on our customer service and always endeavor to go above and beyond for our customers!", but unfortunately, they have failed me, its not if and when your customer service agent contact me, it's about their availability. Worst customer service experience ever, stay away. I am seriously thinking of keeping a backup POS SERVICE like square or something.

Was having trouble with my epos till system today. I called and spoke to Debbie Manning who remotely logged in and resolved my issues quickly and efficiently enabling me to get back up and running. Very happy with the service. Thankyou Debbie!

Rob was very helpful and all queries or issues I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. He also gave me some useful information on integrating a web or app for the busines for online ordering and emailed them through to me which is great! Thank you!

Not the easiest of POS systems to get to grips with.
However had some excellent support from Phillip Gardner, who happily took time to explain things in a simple but informative way. He even took the time to repeatedly go over the same things to ensure we understood, without sounding impatient.
And when he wasn't sure he had no issues in saying so and getting advice from other colleagues, before answering. Very refreshing not being given a "fly by the seat of your pants" answer which does happen all to often.

Whilst a great and fairly complexed system some more help files would be more than good. The "guide me" built in help system whilst useful holding your hand whilst you step through very basic processes eg. adding a product. It's hopeless if you want to do something more advanced or want to read up on the systems capabilities to allow you to create a more bespoke setup.

I the found Epos Now app intuitive and easy to use and after excellent instruction from my trainer I completed the training in just over a week. The trainer was able to listen to my requirements and tailor the training so I only needed to use the training for what I needed.

this is absolutely worst ever epos system ever
We purchased three till system and here the main problems:

- We are big grocery store with over six thousand products and the system can not handle these many products, the average customer processing time is more than standard.
- System is too slow , we are facing problems after scanning which it takes more time to load and come up on the system.
- We have three till system with EPOS NOW and when we scan a product it appears on one till only and when we scan the same product on the other till it does not appear which is very surprising and time consuming for our staff.
- Regarding the card machines we have problem of integration where every day the card machines disconnects which we have to restart the whole system and this affects negatively on business and customer service.
- After each transaction it takes around 30sec to 1 minute to print customer receipt and the customers have to wait longer just for the receipt printing.
- We have problem with the label printer which is not portable, our staff has to spend long time scanning and printing each product when the prices change or the new product added we have allocated one staff only just for this matter which is very costly for us.
- Worse part , fruit and veg section , We are loosing huge money with our fresh fruit and vegetables due to staff error on finding the right product in the system. As there is no option on loading pictures the staff mistakenly choose the wrong product which is very costly for our business and provide negative picture to our customers.

I'm new to this system but it's great to know that there's someone on the end of the line to help & not judge the sometimes simple questions. I spoke with James who was fantastic, he wasn't just a robot going through the process, but explained well & answered my queries with a lovely, friendly tone. Hopefully all staff have his customer service skills.

I purchased back on January .1st they billing me for service I don’t even use which $60 a month for warranty I have to pay for the whole year and now they start charging me $40 for credit card machine I don’t even sign up with them so $100 monthly for something I don’t even use this is fraud. Don’t purchase this pos very slow system the screen freezes all the time I have to restart every morning some times twice a day so please anyone read this review don’t purchase ...

Excellent service from the technical support department, I had a minor issue with a newly installed receipt printer so contacted customer support I got through to an advisor called George Maidment who was truly excellent, he fixed the issue in no time and then went on to give both my terminals a good once over to ensure they were running as well as possible, I was so impressed with both his knowledge and his attitude he couldn't of been more helpful. He spent over an hour working to get things sorted and even gave me a call a few hours later to make sure everything was going okay. George Maidment you are a real asset to epos now thanks for all your help

The process of installing new POS remotely can often pose mind melting issues but not this time. We have been fortunate to have the help of Cameron Keane. He helped us alter our existing business model and adapt to the current environment. He has been very patient and generally solves any issue with minimum fuss.

Dishonest company with a poor product. Avoid.

I have had a till system for two and a half years and have had to contact support every couple of months because the system is slow and continually crashes.

A member of staff will end up resetting the till software meaning that it is usable for a couple of months before it starts crashing and becomes unusable again.

The till has just been returned to me after being reviewed by the support team and after very little use had started crashing again.

Staff also make up answers if they do not know the correct one.

For instance, when I was sold the till software, I was assured that the ability to upload products in bulk via a spreadsheet was included in the price. It is not (although this fee has been waived for me for life).

Most recently, I received an email saying my till was with the dispatch team and they would let me know when it was fixed...when it was already on its way back via DPD. This was not an automated email sent in error, but another example of poor customer service with the member of staff making up an answer to my question.

Following a software update, I could not use a physical keyboard with the till software for around six months because eposnow said they could not guarantee that their software works with hardware by another company. Following another software update, I could use the keyboard again.

It's an incredibly unreliable system. The reporting system is also incredibly poor as you're unable to produce sales reports which also show how many items are left in stock. An essential for most retail businesses.

This is the worse customer experience I have ever had.

WE ARE A NEW CUSTOMER TO EPOS NOW AND PURCHASED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MY SALESMAN STATED . I AM TELLING YOU GEORGE SAVED MY DECISION TO GO WITH EPOS NOW. HE WAS GREAT. I WAS WONDERING IF MY TEAM HAD MADE A MISTAKE BUT WITH SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE GEORGE , I WILL STAY. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

Phillip was really helpful and clear in teaching me how to add stock levels to my till system and getting my back office working again.

For my business which is retail, i really desperately need a deposit button on the till for when people leave money against an order placed in the shop.
If we can get one sorted asap that would be really helpful and complete my till system.
