DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely awful service from Bathroom Planet. Placed an order back in February of over £4k and STILL waiting on items arriving. This is despite Bathroom Planet confirming on 4 occasions that these items were due back in stock and would be delivered to us.
I eventually asked for my money back as I have ordered elsewhere and now I am receiving no response from Bathroom Planet whatsoever. Had to report the transaction as fraud to my bank in order to try and get over £1k back from them.
Please if you value your hard earned money & don't want your time wasted DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So many other reputable more reliable companies out there.

Appalling service, basin arrived with chip but didn’t notice in first 24 hours so no refund and lack of empathy….

I phoned to check that the item was in stock and was told it was and delivery would be 2-4 days but I have still not received it

Everything went 100% definitely deal with him again

David and team supplied 4 bathroom suites for a recent new build. Service was excellent, issues were resolved promptly and without fuss. Aftercare has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend bathroom planet and will use them as my first port of call on all future projects.

I recently struggled with some faulty goods (that was absolutely no fault of Bathroom Planet I might add)
Upon contacting them, a member of their team - Julie Strachan - came back to me pretty much immediately with a solution, she also got new goods on their way out to me next day.
I run my own business, and in this day and age of internet purchasing it was extremely refreshing to speak to someone who A. was a human being, and B. someone with quality customer service at the forefront of their mind.
