Lusso Stone

I ordered a sink on jan 12th, with an estimated delivery time for the end of February. I checked the delivery date on February 23rd and saw the sink was now estimated for April 30th. No one had contacted me, so I was not made aware of any delay.

I called Lusso to find out if the date was correct and was told on the phone the delivery could be July. In an email I was assured in was still estimated for end of April.

This is now the only item missing in the entire house refurb and the date for delivery is now end of JUNE.

I have had to chase Lusso each time to be aware of the delays, and they wash their hands of any responsibilities as it is an ‘estimated delivery time’. I’m sure if I estimated I would pay in January and didn’t pay until July things would be different.

The delays have left me with several bad options, I wish I had been told it could take this long at the start and could have gone elsewhere. I could now order a different sink, and have to wait for that to arrive, and pay the builder to return and fit it, or wait for this one, which I feel now may never arrive, and pay the builder to return and fit it. The bathroom has already been made to accommodate this sink and this has left me in a frustrating position.

Lusso have been uncommunicative and I have received no compensation and no apology. It’s ‘challenging times’ apparently.

Five star service from Lee at Lusso today. Not easy times at the moment for companies but the service I received today was exceptional. Thank you Lee and the team at Lusso. So appreciated.

So easy to deal with and the item arrived within 2 days. Which is pretty fabulous in during these conditions.

I purchased two shower sets and two basin taps from Lusso Stone based on reviews and based on my communication with Neil who assured me that the shower head and all other parts of the products are heavy and not plasticy as so many others out there - this was a major worry of mine after seeing how the shower sets of really famous brands looked really cheap and the shower heads too light. Well, I can report that is absolutely not the case here. I placed me two orders separately and called Neil to ask him to ship them together to save on delivery cost and I had a couple of other questions too all of which he kindly responded to and with a short turnaround time. I put in my second order on a Wednesday and both orders were with me by Friday afternoon. The packaging is just as luxurious as the products and I am extremely satisfied at this point and very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for the service Neil!!

Haven’t received my products yet to review, however the customer service operator, Lee, who helped me with my enquiry, was really professional and very helpful. He responded promptly to my emails, returned my call & sorted out a problem I had with my order lead-time.

I ordered a matt black shower, toilet, stone resin double vanity (Luxor in matt) and two of the large marble basins. The vanity and shower are really good quality and look great. One of the sinks was perfect, one is being replaced next week. Replacement is less that a week after we raised that there was an issue, so very quick. But the marble sink is beautiful thick smooth marble and looks amazing.
I'm really happy with the quality and look of the products, they look very expensive and beautiful.
Its always nerve-wracking ordering online without seeing them in person, but these are so much nicer than the bathrooms I saw in the various showrooms I traipsed around in London.
I would definitely order again, and in fact need some mirrors and other bits and pieces and so will order more now I've seen the quality. Have already recommended to friends undergoing renovations currently.

We've had a Lusso Stone Picasso bath and basin for a year now, bought as the centrepiece of our redeveloped bathroom.

Both items are excellent quality, beautiful and well-made pieces. The bath particularly is a joy to use as it holds plenty of water and retains its heat wonderfully allowing for a sumptuous bathing experience.

In the last couple of weeks, I had an issue with the bath waste (essentially, I broke it) and Matthew at Lusso Stone was happy to send me a replacement part at no charge.

Not only fantastic products but fantastic customer service too.
